I always enjoy stopping here when passing through. Customer service is always great, and I like the selection of brands that aren’t always available in other stores. Some of the prices are a bit steep, but those brands tend to be more expensive than others.

Today was my first visit to King Frog. I drove but 45 miles just to purchase one specific item. The store was clean and well stocked. Well organized and I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. Check out was fast and easy. Store associates (2)where friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall my shopping experience was great and exceeded my expectations. Will definitely do business at King Frog again and highly recommend

Every time I've been here I have received friendly service. It was over 4 years between my most recent visit and the one before, and yet the woman who assisted me was able to remember me. The store is a boon to people who, like myself, need extended sizes. It is a 'big and tall' store that also carries more standard sizes of clothing for work and recreation. I go there to get pants to wear at work, and am able to comfortably fit in the changing room to try on different pants to seek the best fit. The store is clean, well lit, and the aisles are wide enough for the larger people that the store caters to. The store is easy to locate, with sufficient parking, and I've never seen anything more than a couple of other customers. The only complaint would be the cost, but that is because of the extended sizes and the fact that only name-brand clothing is sold here.

The store itself is super cute and in a prime location. My fiancé and I were traveling back to FL and decided to stop. The young store clerk was very sweet and seemed to be new. When my fiancé asked if there was a restroom she looked at another clerk who then said, "across the way at the gas station." Instead of saying, "we don't offer a public restroom" because no where is it posted that they do not offer one. So instead of shopping we walked out without even being told to have a great day. A store can be great but the customer service speaks volumes and in this case, the lack there of.

Traveling through Georgia and stopped at King Frog! It was heavily promoted along I75 bull boards. Very disappointed. Two staff members at the counter. The entire time they are talking about an issue with a co-worker. No engagement with me and another customer at all! Store prices are inflated. I saw a Columbia shirt on the rack for over 60 bucks and I just bought the same one a couple of weeks ago at Marshals for 29. Half the price! I asked to use a restroom. The employee told me it was across the street at the gas station. How does a store that charges what they charge for these name brands and advertises like they do on billboards not have a restroom? Just not an impressive experience or worth the stop.

Not well organized, kinda like a high priced thrift store. Someone needs to go help these people get this store in order. Employees were nice and helpful but I probably would have spent alot more if it was organized better. Store right down from it was much better.

Don't waste your time following the hype of marketing on I-75. The store didn't have any deals and had a lot of old looking clothes. My local outfitter store in North GA is worlds better.

Every store open to the public is required to have restrooms. King frog employs could not stop people from entering restrooms and stealing so they closed restrooms to the public. Ok, I was a regular. Now I quit shopping at king frog

I’m trying to return some shoes that I paid cash for. I’ve been twice today to return the shoes, and was told that don’t have enough cash to give me my money back. Whatever! They were rude and kept trying to give me store credit. I don’t need store credit, because I’ve never going back. I hate that place.

Bought new Levi’s here out of the four pair that I bought two where defective. It’s been 8 weeks waiting on replacement. Got tired of it do I return for my money back. Thought I was buying fist but I think they sold me factory seconds. As they say buyers beware
