I am always happy to shop for creative ideas at Dollar Tree, but even before the pandemic this particular store's shelves are a cross between unorganized and empty. A good portion of their stock is either in the back storeroom, in boxes cluttering the aisles, on order, or just plain unavailable. Under normal circumstances I would give this store only 3 stars but the lack of organization and management is very common in Adel. And of course, the supply chain issue is not under their control.

Ok, let me start by saying that I absolutely love Dollar Tree! The only problem is, is that this particular Dollar Tree is always dirty and and always has all of it's items still in the boxes. Shelves are always empty, and never stocked. Not sure what's going on with management or staff, but this has got to be one of the worst stores I have gone into as far as cleanliness. For the first month it had opened, it was a great store.

Isles were displaced. Hard to find items. Long line. Cashier more interested in talking to guy friend instead of waiting on customers. Cashier had alot to say to guy friend but not to customers. Business comes first.

When The Dollar Tree came to Adel Ga I was glad to see a low cost store with quality items come to my area. I have always enjoyed shopping at The Dollar Tree in the past. It was organized and clean.How ever in the time that the Adel store has been opened I have seen it's shelfs go from neat and organized to let's see if I can find it on the floor. The employee's are always friendly and helpful. How ever I have heard from the customer's the manager tells at the employee s and is rude to them as well as customers.I understand with all that is going on the world today that things are tite but at the cost of safety there's no reason for it.

Store is always dirty. Most items sit on a cart for weeks.I have been in 4 times in one week to wait for something that was on a cart. Employees always outside on break. Tired of having to travel to another location for the same items that are in boxes on a cart for weeks sitting in the isle's.

I love this store so much!! Everyone in there is so sweet especially Tonya .. She did every thing to maje us happy to blowing up balloons, & smiling behind her mask. Thank you my local Dollar Tree 💕

Everytime I go into the Dollar Tree in Adel, GA, theres always only 1 register open and a line backup down the aisle. Coworker's be walking around not doing anything and still they won't open another register. I went in today and it was the same way. So I politely put back my items and walked out.

The store overall didn't smell all that great but I mean I don't go shopping for the smell of a store lol I found everything easily and I had the best cashier if I wasn't like Dori the fish I might have remembered her name but overall friendly workers and great store merchandise for the price of a dollar 🤑 can't beat it.

Glad to see Adel get dollar tree! They have great frozen food deals 10 spring rolls for $1! Oscar meyer bologna sliced cheese for sandwiches good deals. Various vacuum sealed frozen Filet of fish. great items for single people need cook for yourself. Pie slices similar to what you get at Burger King for $2.69.Cashier was friendly too. I'll be back it's closer less crowded than valdosta new dollar tree.

This store is so dirty! We walked out...I'm not spending a dime in a place that filthy! Associates to busy yelling across the store and playing to clean. This isn't the first time I've seen it look like this!

I go at least once a week for bingo prizes for the senior center. Prices have gone up selection is lower.

One of the worse Dollar Tress I have ever visited, store Manager talks down to the employees, she is rude to the employees, gossips about other employess to the other, nothing professional about her, loud, rude and the list could go on.
