We have used Dr Bennett for years. No matter if it is well visits, sick visits, or death of pets he has been an absolute blessing to us and the rest of this county. Always nice and caring. Takes his time and always explains what he is doing and why. When the time comes for him to eventually retire it will be a huge loss for everyone around.

My husband took our large dog as a walk in because we had just did a bath at Tractor Supply pet wash and I noted ears looked bad inside . We live like 15 miles away so we decided to have a vet take a look for us . Our dog showed her teeth and the veterinarian refused to even look at her . He didn’t even speak to our dog . Didn’t offer to attempt to speak friendly . Just said I figured that was the reason you brought her here ! Don’t know how he figured that because he never saw us or our dog before . And will never be bother with us again ever . Rudest veterinarian I have ever seen or any of our animals have ever been exposed to . No personal interactions….. don’t go here if you love your pet !!!!

Been going there almost two years since my dogs were puppies. Dr Bennett and his nurse don't really interact, they don't smile or really talk you through anything. They charge to write a prescription for heartworm and flea and tick meds, unless you buy from him. Oh and it's CASH only!! Glad I found a more caring and professional vet.

Dr. Bennett does an awesome job! I will never take my pets anywhere else. We have used him for years. He always lets us know exactly what is going on with our animals and explains in a way we can all understand. I highly recommend the Adel Animal Hospital!

This is the absolute worst vet I have ever gone to. They are very rude. They did npt check my kitten for fleas or treat her. I went 3 times pver anput a month and a half. I emded up taking her elswhere. She was infested with fleas , dangerously anemic. I spent alot of money at Adel animal hospital. I was treated like dirt by them. Did not get answers to questions, did not do parasite test just gave her a shot. These people are nasty ,unprofessional people. I called them over another issue. Vet yelled at me during phone call and hung up. I have since changed bets to hahira and they are so nice and caring. What you expect. I am sorry i did not read adel animal hospital reviews before i took my kitten there. We just moved from out of state and got the kitten. I would never recomend adel animal clinic to anyone. In 40 yesrs of having animals this is the absolute worst vet experience i ever had. Plus very expensive. Very rude people.

I woke yesterday morning to my cat having a seizer and bleeding out of its mouth. I am only 16 and was very emotional and was crying very loudly when I entered the office. The lady at the desk told me I had to wait for her to get off the phone before she would see me. (The person never answered her on the phone). After getting upset with them they then handed me my cat in a box (still seizing) and told us to leave. They are extremely rude. NEVER bring your animals here!!! This is the worst place I have ever been to. (We did end up putting her down because of the time waisted here)

My experience has been good in the past but today. Totally rude and refused service. And Not because of payment. Not happy. Long story but most would agree with me..ill never go to him again. Told me to come immediately Nd get my dog and never bring him back.horrible experience

I knew walking in my best friend would not come back to me alive but I had no choice. I am unemployed and didn't have the money to bring her somewhere else. They took my money and gave her back in a black trash bag.

On vacation with our 14 year old Cocker. He had urinary issues. We had appt. In 1 hour.Dr. Bennet was great and addressed our issue directly and clearly. Gave us good guidance and medication and offered followup by phone if we had questions while travelling. Would highly recommend.Dorothy Broadwell

This dude will rip you off. We took our dog in after she got hit by a car and met with him at 10pm. He said after exams, medicaments, treatments, X-ray, emergency visit it would be 250$ which is what we paid.. The next day he said we have to give him 267$ within 5 days of he will despose the dog.He did not tell us we would have to pay more and over the phone before we took the dog in he told us he took credit card.. "CareCredit" is a credit card.. He then told us when it was time to pay that he could not take it. This dude is a crook. He will take your months worth of money for doing half the things he should be. This is the worst vets office I have ever experienced, heard of, would possible ever see. Mark my word.. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOWSY VETS OFFICE. He will make you sign documents that will charge you nearly 1k without even knowing so.
