This is the absolute best place to shop!! Their customer service outperforms anyone else I have ever encountered. This is true home town old fashioned “customer service” with a smile. I believe in my heart they go above and beyond to make people happy and satisfied with their shopping experience. If you need something and have any questions, they will absolutely help you. I can always find what I need, or get suggestions on what would help with my problem or projects. If you can find better people or better customer service……please let me know because I would have to see it to believe it. Ace hardware in Adairsville is the best!!!!

I honestly want to give negative stars! My family has taken mowers here for 10 years. We recently took our zero turn for complete maintenance for summer. Tommy called me the next day stating it needed a new spindle. I ask him to do whatever it needed to be in perfect shape for the summer as we had taken time off & borrowed a trailer to get it there. Nearly $500.00 later our mower flew apart on the 2nd mow. Spindle came off, bearings out, belt off. We called & was told bring it back and IF it was something they did they would repair but if not, new charges. IF if had been completely checked & repaired correctly the 1st time this wouldn't have happened. Tommy's reply was, "Well things happen!" The work AND customer service here has gone to HELL!

Stopped by for the Grand Opening for the store in the new location and it so much better now! Many more new products, better organized, all the help you could need and they were running some great deals. Lost count of how many Stihl weed eaters, saws and blowers went thru the checkout while we were there!

The service is absolutely terrible. I was told to ask this particular person for help and when I did he basically said he cannot help me and would not help me because he just repairs equipment I have never been treated that poorly and I will not go back again and I live less than a half a mile away but I will travel 3 miles to the next hardware store

I shop at this place a lot. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. This place has many different items to choose from. Kinda like a one stop shop kinda. Recommend this place to anyone in the area needing supplies and not wanting to drive you far. The only down side here, is I buy play sand a lot. Here they leave it outside in the parking lot so the sand is exposed to the weather and turns to mud from all the rain. That's the only down side here.

Mike of the lawn repair department told me that they would not have a diagnostic fee if I took my mower to them that has a warranty. They told me they would would get back with me the following week no one Ever did - weeks went by. Then when I called they put me on hold and took a lunch break! Then they told me to come pick it up without any explanation and said I would just have to come see it myself! I was told that they have no diagnostic fee yet now I amBeing told there is no diagnostic fee if the item that’s damaged has a warranty that they serve! Yet that’s not what they told me. I drove and hour to get it there and they pumped their cheesy and said I know all the people at brigs and Stratton I will make sure the warranty is covered ! Crazy party is the Motor is what is damaged! Yet they are saying the warrant isn’t cover because they believe me to be the one to cause the damage …. the mower didn’t even last a year. The people were extremely unorganized and dishonest! I’m not paying $25 I’m contacting corporate.

If you don't like trying to find someone to help you then this the place to go. I'm always welcomed when I enter. The cashier usually tells me which aisle I need when I walk in and another associate usually takes me to what I'm looking for. I pay a little more than I would larger businesses, but it's well worth it for the service.

Excellent customer service. Always a pleasant experience. Have purchased several big ticket items here and they treat me like Family. Hal Treece made my visit exceptionally easy and he helped me find everything in needed and more all very efficiently. Will definitely be purchasing more items with these helpful people. They also provide seasonal activities such as photos with Santa and ornament painting. I've been on a number of time where they have hot dogs and such on the grill out front. Highly recommend for all in the area for all your home and power tool needs.

Since moving to the area, I've shopped here for several things. The staff is absolutely the most helpful, and they always work hard to make sure I get what I need while there. With stock and service like this. I will always shop local and support the wonderful crew of this Ace!

We have tried to support our local businesses, like this Ace Hardware. However, there have only been two or three successful visits from the last four years in which we were able to purchase the item we were looking for.Aside from this, this review stems from our visit on 11/07 when we attempted to purchase a chainsaw. I have never felt so ignored in a customer service setting nor purposely disregarded when attempting to purchase an item. The store was not busy, so this was not a matter of impatience, waiting for the gentleman working power tools to finish with a previous customer. We were asked what we were looking for, told he would check, and when he finally came back, he went straight to helping another customer who came in after us.On the bright side, since this Ace was not a helpful place, we ended up finding a better deal down the road in Cartersville on the chainsaw we wanted. I will not be returning to this Ace Hardware.

Tommy does fine work on any lawnmower out there. He is also honest and kind. I do not see such qualities combined very often. I needed work down and told him my problem and he quick did it fast. He told me once, when I asked him if he could fix my BCS tiller, that if I had a jet engine, I could bring it in with confidence. Good guy! I forgot to add that Lisa and the paint department are awesome. In fact give everybody there a pat on the back.

Don't ever call to see if they have parts! Was on hold for 10 minutes and called back. Can you hold please? I told the fellow I had been on hold for 10 minutes. He then told me he had to take care of the people that walked up to the counter

If I could give this place zero stars, I would as one star is even too high. My fathers riding mower needed some work so we stupidly thought the service department here would be a good choice. We were initially quoted 120 dollars and agreed on a day for the mower to be picked up. Instead they were a no call/no show. When my dad calls, they claim that they pulled up and HONKED then left. Seriously. They didn’t even try to call. They finally picked it up the next day. When my father calls to check on the progress, a rude guy answers that he hasn’t started working on it but “will call you when we start on it”. That obviously didn’t happen as they call today and say that they will be dropping it off in the next few minutes. Gee thanks for the heads up. The best part is they expect us to have cash on hand as they refuse to take payment over the phone. The lack of professionalism of this place is outstanding. No explanation on why the bill is higher than quote either. I will be warning everyone to stay away from this place.

I definitely recommend Adairsville Ace Hardware!!! We suffered a tragic loss and Adairsville Ace Hardware went out of their way to accommodate us in our time of need! They were not only knowledgeable about the rebuilding process of our home, but friendly and the customer service was the best we have ever encountered!!! Thank you to the folks at Ace for helping us and we know you pay so many things forward! May God bless you!!!

The people in back that works on chain saws had mine around 6 months "working on it " never did fix it or give any calls on it . My saw in very nasty now and not fixed eather. Want take anything back to them plus they lied to me

The ACE Hardware in Adairsville is one of the BEST in the State, the staff makes shopping there a pleasure and always willing to help. Just wish they would not close so early every day because working people gets off and ACE is closing, they would have more customers and a better revenue if the started closing like all the other stores which is 7 or 8 pm.

Every time i go to this place , they either don't have what i need, what they do have is cheap junk for a premium price, like a house door plate for door button for $7.00. Went to home depot and got it for $1.50, Their royal paint was the worst i ever used. It streaked terrible and i had to sand it off and repaint with Behr from home depot.This morning i went and had 3 house keys cut for my daughter,,drove 45 miles to her house and not one of them would work,,so guess where i had to go to get more cut,,,,Right ,,,Home Depot. I AM DONE WITH ACE HARDWARE!!!!

Great small town hardware/lumber yard. They carry a fuil line of Stahl products and there's a lawnmower repair shop there to. They have a great selection of parts on hand.
