I prefer PetSmart, and this location exemplifies why. The store is very clean, and tidy. Cat food was dated in sharpie. The live animals and fish were in good health. If I were PetSmart Corporate, I'd give every employee in this store a bonus, they clearly care and have an eye for detail.

My family came in to find a hamster that would be a good fit for a pet. Emily was amazing and spent time with us figuring out which hamster would work well for us. We were impressed at how well she knew each hamster's personality and how to care for them. It's hard to find good customer service these days, but this store is great.

This location is very clean, well stocked and very shopable. I use the Banfield pet hospital which is also at this location and have been very pleased with their service and professionalism. Give them a shot when looking for a better choice when shopping for your pets.

Rachel took such good care of my boy! He walked out not only happy but so so handsome!! Best haircut and bath service ever!!! Definitely recommend her, as well as the other caring staff members of the grooming department to take care of your fur babies

I purchased over 100 dollars worth of cichlids. Brought them home and added them to my tank. ..in less than a week all my fish were dead. Even the ones I already had .. I called the store and asked for a manager.. who was unnecessarily rude and told me to bring them back. Well. Okay. I didn’t keep dead fish around and they didn’t die all at once. That’s fine I’ll cut my lossses. But what is more concerning is she just did not care. Be warned. They’ve got sick fish and doesn’t seem like they are going to take care of it.

This review is for the training provided by Kimberly. All three of my pups have gone thru training with her and have had so much fun learning. My youngest went thru obedience training which helped him come out of his shell. All three did Brain games, which was so much fun and amazing to see how smart these pups really are. If you’re looking to bond with your pups more or get a little more obedience in, Kimberly is your gal!

The store was clean and inviting there was very little waste on the floor. The staff was super helpful when I was checking my dog n for a bath. Make sure you have all your paperwork so it doesn't delay your visit.

I believe this place may be selling fake Seresto flea collars. One sure way to tell is a foul odor coming from the collar as seresto collars use chemicals that are odorless. The collar I purchased smells terrible even from over a foot away. I would avoid purchasing a Seresto collar from this place.

Had a great experience at this pet store recently. Much more accommodating and friendly than some other pet stores that are neighboring. Highly recommend this store!

Had never used the grooming services before but I am extremely happy. Rhi Rhi did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend her. Very sweet and polite young lady who is very skilled. She took great care of my dog Harley. I definitely will be back to see Rhi Rhi. Thank you all so much!!

It's seldom that I go to this location and find what I need. My dog has special dietary needs and there are only certain snacks and food he can eat, and it is always hit or miss on if I am going g to find what he needs.

Just took my daughter to look at the kittens. Store was clean and organized and well stocked.Parking was easy there was plenty of spaces to park and I'm handicapped so it's hard to get a close spot if handicapped are all used but I got one.I do shop here frequently and am pleased with this store.

So, my review is based upon this. After finally finding out that I do not need to make an appointment to have my dog’s nails trimmed. I went in as a walk-in as I was told to do.I walked in and asked where the groomer’s were for my dog’s nail trim. Straight back I was told.I started and finished the check-in process only to find out that it was onsite vet. Not the PetSmart Groomers. Which incidentally is right next to the vet. The vet was real nice about the mix up. A mix up that could have been avoided if the the cashier at the front had been more clear I might add.I stepped over 3 feet to the PetSmart Groomers. They said it be a while. The nail trimmer person didn’t come in.I stepped back over the vets 3 feet away and they did my dog’s nails. Very well I might add.So, the trimmer person called in. Who gets the blame? Covid? Putin? Everything seems to have gone to hell when it comes to actual service at so many places? I squarely put the blame on PetSmart. For not managing their people well. Lack of time management.I was told No Appointment Necessary. Seems one is. My dog doesn’t approve of these people.

A $5 ball I didn't expect to last ten minutes has survived just over a week despite all odds! The squeaker died within the hour, but our boy Fry has been playing with the ball nonstop. It is his new favorite toy - for as long as it continues to live. Money well spent!

My husband and I adopted our dog Max at one of the Saturday pet adoption events at this location about a year ago. We have been using the grooming salon ever since and we have been very pleased with the services they provide. The groomers are friendly and seem to enjoy their job which makes the experience very positive and enjoyable.

Very knowledgeable and full of fresh stock of fish and items for Aquarium. My local Petsmart in my town never has full stock so I was happy to stop in here when I was in town. Got everything I needed.

It was my baby boys birthday so we stopped in so he could pick out a new toy. Store was clean and set up nice. Staff was very friendly to us and he had a great time searching for his perfect birthday toy!

So many dead and dying betta fish, it's very sad. They don't even have dividers between each betta. This store really needs to do better.

I'm from out of town and if it weren't for my Sister in Law guidance getting to the place from the road behind wasn't easy. The selection for a leash and collar for a Chocolate Lab was good.

Had a terrible experience with the groomers. They absolutely butchered my dogs grooming. I asked for a light trim of his wispy hairs and Eskimo tail but they cut it all the way down he doesnt look like an eskimo mix anymore. The hair all over his body is cut choppy and uneven. I left notes and explained what I was looking for at drop off. They said the person who took the notes wasn't the person who groomed my dog and there is nothing they could do. My dog is a specific mixed breed and the groomer didn't even cut him to his breed. If they had questions they could have called me. I spoke to a store supervisor and shared my concerns and they discounted the bill the cost of my add on package. They also mentioned there were newer groomers recently hired. However due to the lack of knowledge and overall negative customer service by the grooming department I'd like to give future customers a heads up.

We adopted our dog son Mickey from an event held at this PetSmart location. The store staff was very kind, involved, and helpful with all of our questions about everything that day! Very thankful for the support they give to adoption groups and the great coupons they gave us that saved us almost $60!

I went to Riri and she was the absolute best!!! She was so patient and understanding with my dog. We went in not knowing what to expect and the results were amazing!!! My dog came out looking great. Riri has great service and I will definitely continue to go to her

Purchased online for pick up. Item was ready for pick up quickly - under 2 hours. Interior pick up not well marked. Lighting in store was dim. Friendly staff and well stocked.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service in the grooming department. When I arrived, I discovered that two of the three people on staff were unable to pick up my dog due to weight lifting restrictions. Not a problem - I understand that my dog's weight wasn't updated in the system (though the website didn't ask me during the appointment process.)The third groomer was the only one able to lift my dog. The head groomer asked her if she had time that day to give my dog a bath and do his nails. She barely acknowledged us while grooming a smaller dog, and muttered "no, don't think so." After an awkward silence while they kept checking me in, the head groomer asked her a second time this time she didn't bother turning at all, and said no.There was no attempt to try to switch out appointments to accommodate us. I can't believe that all of the third groomer's dogs that day were large dogs; she could've offered to take our dog, if one of the other groomers would take a smaller dog she had later in the day.They offered another appointment three days later. I said I would let them know, and promptly went across the street to Petco, where they had openings immediately and were very accommodating. We'll only be using Petco from now on.

Drove almost an hour to get some shrimp only to be greeted with a sign saying fish sales are suspended until further notice.Says they’re in stock online and no mention of not being able to buy any until you get here.

Customer service is very OFF here. As I walked into the store an associate who was right at the front didn’t even acknowledge me and she looked right at me. Instead she was on a drink buying mission and acknowledged her co workers and if they wanted anything to drink. Lol. Smh. When I finally got to the register another associate walked around to ring me up and as she was approaching she didn’t utter a word of greet to me but greeted another customer as they was walking through the door! Wow! That was very tacky and ignorant to say the least. I’m glad I got options for other PetsMarts. Great and proper CS goes a long way.
