I want to commend Tawny on what a great job she does! She is so gentle and caring for our pups, and does a high quality job. We just had our third groom with her and they are very content and that tells me they are very comfortable in her presence.

front desk was professional and nice. I had asked for the teddy bear cut but she warned me that they would need to shave shorter if knotting was found.I fully appreciate the honesty up front! I love how there is a reward system after x amount of visits you get a free one!Im very pleased with the staff

Tawny is a fabulous groomer and stylist. Our dog, Zephyr, is always eager to see her. He is primarily white and Tawny takes the time to clean his tear-stained eyes. At this visit, we opted for the Shed n release to help expedite the dense fur, and it was well worth the cost.

When booking my appointment online, it stated a price that I would be paying. When I received my bill, it was higher. When asked why my bill was higher, I was told it was because my dog was a long hair breed. My dog has short hair. However, because it is a doodle breed, I was told it is automatically charged as long hair, even if the hair is short. This policy is not stated when setting up my appointment. Not only that, my breed was selected as a doodle breed online and it allowed me to select short hair. If a doodle is automatically considered a long breed, why can I select a short hair breed? It should default and not allow me to change or there should be a note that states a doodle is automatically considered a long hair breed.I feel this is bait and switch and will not use Petco's Grooming service again due to, what appears to me as dishonest advertising.

Amanda did a great job taking care of my older dog, Roxie and of my Sister's 8mo old dog, Sophie, it was her 1st time at the grooming salon. We also met the trainer, he was wonderful and took his time helping fit her with a gentle leader. As always, a great experience.

I was quoted one price then they up charged me for $15. They stated all 3 of the dogs we matted (one yes a little the other 2 were not) however they pretty much shaved ALL 3 of my dogs including the face of one if em. They were negatively unrecognizable my friend picked them up and refused to send me pics due to the horrible cuts!!!! I have never in my life seen such poor work. I will never bring my dogs there again nor will I shop in the store based off the people that are hired. It seems like they were very inexperienced groomers.

The girl that checked is in didn't seem to know why we were there. I was having my foster golden doodle groomed. She looked really great when I picked her up. Of note, between her toes on her paw pads should have been trimmed. Otherwise good job.

Friendly staff, they always do an awesome job. One of our dogs is very skittish, but he will go in without a problem which tells me a lot. There's always an added extra touch which is appreciated. They always find a way to accommodate both pups at the same time even on short notice.

Did a great job but my dog is 14.5 and fragil and the receptionist tried to play vet and tell me what he needed. For his age he is great, just very thin, failure to thrive says vet. He eats well al, is happy and enjoys his life. I did not appreciate her approach.

The person who was tasked to cut my dog's nails almost hung my dog! You don't place a 110 pound dog on a lift with a choke collar when you are the only person and don't have an assistant. My dog moved and almost fell off the table which would have broken her neck! Totally inept and all because your tech was too lazy to get down on the floor to cut nails! The only thing that saved my dog was my husband going back and calming our dog (he was a vet tech for 5 years). The tech attempted to say that he was not allowed in the back! That's the only thing that saved our dog was him going back and reassuring our dog. She was literally hanging off the elevated table with only three legs supported. He told the tech to stop what she was doing before our dog was killed. It was truly a horrible service experience. Then the tub was dirty for the self bath!

Recently went to the vet and my dog was now a few pounds over the “medium” limit. I booked my appointment weeks ago when her old paperwork said she was 46 pounds. I drove an hour only for them to tell me they couldn’t take her and had to cancel. Like there’s that significant of a time difference between a few pounds.

We have taken our yorkie, Lily, there for years. This haircut was the best she has had and the blueberry facial (we NEVER do that) got all the stains off her face. Great job!!!

Very pleasantly surprised that Winston had a great bath and nails done. We needed to have them buffed and she said she had no problem doing it. Some folks can only get the front paws and cannot do the back. Overall, and A+ for the groomer this time!!

They completely messed up my puppies pretty coat i asked them to trim up. and the cut all the hair off the top of his head. i could’ve honestly done a better job at cutting him than them i am crying embarrassed to even been seen with my dog it looks so horrible DO NOT COME HERE
