I would like the chance to properly review the store but it was supposed to open at 9am, and here I am sitting in the parking lot at 9:10 with no sign of life in the store. Disappointing.Store associate finally arrived at 9:15. When I entered, she disappeared to the back without a word. The worst part was the overwhelming wave of stench that hit me as I walked in. I am so grateful this place does not carry many pets. Their poor ferret had a pile of poo that had not been cleaned in days. I purchased nothing and walked out wishing I could save the sweet ferret. Stay away from this place. Petco takes better care of their animals!

Amazing customer service! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The co-owner is so kind and will go out of his way to ensure you’re satisfied. I also like that the store has coupons and sales often!

I did not know about Pet Supplies Plus!This place is awesome! They carry my dog’s food that is somewhat hard to find at times! They are well-stocked and employees are knowledgeable!

I recently visited a Pet Supplies Plus store again for the first time in several years after moving back to the Atlanta area. I was shocked at the exorbitant prices! The markups on everything are eye popping. I didn't buy a single thing, which is rare for me when I take my dog into a pet supply store.I was perplexed as I don't remember the chain being that pricey in the past. But a Google search revealed that Pet Supplies Plus was acquired by a private equity firm in 2021 as an investment vehicle. I won't be back. I'm not interested in paying inflated prices to pad the pockets of wealthy entrepreneurs and corporate executives. I'll give my business to the local mom and pop shops, like K-9 and Kitty on Bells Ferry in Canton.

Went here tonight and both the employees were so awesome. Not sure of their names one was a younger long brown kinda curly hair girl and the other was a white skinny guy. I took my dog with me tonight which I don't normally do and they both made me feel very welcome and they were so sweet to my dog which means a lot. The girl helped me pick out some food for my chunky picky eater. She was so Sweet and you could tell both of them really enjoyed their jobs. She also knew what she was talking about bc my dog came home and licked her bowl clean so I just wanted to say thank you and y'all both deserve a raise! Dang good employees!! I will most definitely be back and I hope they will be working again. Thanks again for making me and Georgia feel at home and helping us.

This is for sure one of the best Per stores in area! Self dog wash is so simple and easy to do and price is even better! Staff here is very nice and willing to help and answer any question you have! Owner was kind enough to show me how to bath and dry my dog even played type of music I like lol he seems to be a great person and you can see it by how clean and organized store is! 5 washes for $5 is amazing no need to bring shampoo or towels because they provide everything for you! I recommend this place and for sure will come back here! Do not hesitate coming here if need to bath your dog and avoid making a mess at home.

This place is great! Awesome selection of pet supplies and always friendly staff. The owner (i think he's the owner?) is there most days and is always has a positive attitude and speaks to you and offers to help in any way he can. Very clean establishment. They also have a dog wash area that you can come in and wash and dry your pet and supply you with towels. I prefer Pet Supplies Plus over Petsmart anyday!

Called ahead and asked if they had a certain animal, she said yes and I came in. Didn't have what I was looking for and happened to see this whole I was inside. Please have trained staff that know how to care for animals. This is so sad.

I usually go to the pet supermarket on towne lake to use their wash station. But they had to temporarily close it due to the hot water not working. So I came here. I pay 10 there, and was kind of shocked when the price was 14 here. The stations aren't clean, no towels, they have a system that pushes shampoo with water out of the hose. If it does there isn't anything barely in it. No pressure changes for a good rinse.I'll be going back to where I went once they are fixed.The store is amazing. But they need to upgrade their wash equipment.Try the one on towne lake and you'll understand where I'm coming from.Customer service was good though.

Great place to pick up your pet supplies. Staff has always offered to help me find what I was looking for. They are friendly and help you so that you can get in and out with ease, so you have more playtime with your pet!

We used their pet wash station for the first time for our two dogs. The dogs did well for the first time being there. I think it will take a few more attempts for them to be completely comfortable. The wash tubs have a grid floor which both dogs were a little uneasy with. However, it helped keep them out of standing dirty water. Thanks! It's a nice service.

Stop by after seeing my veterinarian to get a shame collar for my husky dog who had something done to her paw and couldn't have her licking the paw. The staff is very friendly and help me pick out the right size and showed me how to use it thank you very

Great I prefer them and use them generally, I ran by Hollywood feed a couple weeks ago to check them out what a joke prices are higher there (Hollywood) they say they price match everyone everything I saw was generic or off brand, if no one else sells it they don't have to price match anything. So pet supplies + works for me and the people are nice and helpful as well

I used to love coming here to use the self wash. The last few times I've come it seems they are diluting the shampoo more while the piece of the baths went up. Some employees will give me some less diluted shampoo so I can give a proper wash, but I don't want to keep fighting for some shampoo when I can give a better bath at home.

We love that this pet store is locally owned! They always have what we need and if there is anything special you are looking for that they don't have, just ask - they will get it in for you. ALSO the on-site dog bath center is great! My dogs love it and if you purchase the dog wash card, you can't beat the price! Can't forget the special bakery style treats for your pets that they have :-) If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out!

I love this store! My recent visit was indicative of the staff's incredible customer service. I had to get a new harness for my 81lb dog, who is very shy. The team members took the time to find the right harness and help me adjust the fit, not an easy task with a non-compliant dog! They were very generous with their time and were very kind to my dog. For this alone, I will always shop here before I even consider the other two "Pet" stores.

Great pet supply store. It's clean, and the staff is always friendly. Prices are very reasonable, and they send out coupons often. Every time I buy a bag of food, they offer to help load it into my car. I've also used their same-day delivery services, and it's excellent! They were recently out of stock of the product I ordered online, but I received a call from them, and they made it right, ultimately got a better deal and delivered on time.

Customer service was good, however, if you buy dog food from here please check the expiration date before purchasing.I bought expired dog food and when I asked them to get another bag the other bags were expired as well.This is the one place I can locally get this specific food , but unfortunately it looks like I’ll have to shop elsewhere if they aren’t checking the dates on the food bags.

Bought an aquarium heater from this location and it lasted three months. Their brand. Took it back today and the guy refused to exchange it for me to get a new one. A heater doesn't just die in three months. Obviously they don't stand by their products! BUYER BEWARE!! I'll never shop at a place that doesn't stand behind their products with only a 30 day refund and exchange policy. Big oof. PetSmart it is. I would normally have given this location a better review because there are some friendly staff members but the dude was unfriendly and didn't even care to make the situation right.

This is a good mini store for us who live in acworth/woodstock and dont want to go to a Petsmart or Petco that are farther. They dont carry a big selection of food {I would check online before heading there} but they carry some food that you can only get at specific shops or online sometimes. They also send rewards and coupons which are helpful. The store def needs more employees. Sometimes no one is there when you come in, one or two employees are in the back and no one to ring you at the cash register.Its a small chain but a good affordable place to shop

Love this store. I can bring my dog(jack) here and he can walk around and the employees are super friendly. You can wash your dog here, which is really cool. They have pretty good sales most of the time. Family owned and the owner is cool as heck. Also my daughters love this store. We are customers for life...
