I showed up the zolfo Springs store at 9:43pm for an emergency propane cylinder exchange only to find the doors locked. I knocked on the door and about 3 minutes later a female came and said they had to close early because their system went down. I am VERY annoyed and will never return to any dollar general store.

Probably the best place to get practically everything you need without driving into the next city. And yes, convenience at bargain prices. On this particular occasion dare I say I found myself lost in trying to find items on a honey do list. Thankfully Shirley from management noticed and came to the rescue. Need I say more? It is New Year's Day. And I have an emergency plumbing problem. I tried calling the store. AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! So I am thinking this store is closed. I mentioned to a neighbor that I thought the Dollar General was closed and she asked why I thought that. And I explained about my call to the store. She laughed and said "They never answer the phone!!!" She said "Trust me! They are open." So I headed to the store, hoping that it was open and that what I needed was in stock. Sure enough, the store was OPEN and they had what I needed. And as God's reward for having the faith of a mustard seed, I found $5 laying where I had stopped in the parking lot. ***WARNING!!!!YOU MIGHT NOT FIND MONEY IN THE PARKING LOT!!! I am relating to you MY experience!***

I would literally give this place minus Stars if I could it is so hard to get anyone to help you at the store.. if you ain't wanting to check yourself out I wouldn't even go in there if you need cigarettes and have to ring the bell Lord forbid once they finally get there they're all in a grouchy mood because they either had to come in from smoking those cigarettes or at interrupted karaoke going on... This store needs a serious employee turnover!!

I go there 3 or 4 times a week for stuff I need. I love the environment there the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. They make your experience there a good one. The manager goes above and beyond to help you

Always has products I use at a reasonable price. The store in Wachula is awesome. The one in Zolfo Springs is horrific, nothing on the shelves, boxes in the aisles everytime I have been there, staff on cell phone not helpful.

I love this store. The employees are friendly and they have tons of deals on their very stocked shelves. They are always getting truckloads of new items. A great place to shop!

Bowling green dollar general is the best. I live in wauchula but rather drive and come to this one. Diana, Beverly, Jose and Mike are absolutely amazing. I couldn't ask for better customer service!

Dollar Store in Zolfo REALLY needs a major help. Can't get down isles do to freight on carts, floors and in buggies. The store also is just dirty nasty.
