Well I am angry at Walmart the last 2 months I have purchased fresh Strawberries from Walmart on Gall Blvd. I would like to know why are they taken the old Strawberries out of the containers and adding them to the fresh ones that came in. Today I got a container, brought them home out of the 16 Strawberries 8 were rotten and 3 had black mold on them. Is the reason because Seniors live in Zephyrhills or what is it! Are we not worthy of fresh fruit. Looks like I need to go to Publix!! Smh

The woman working in the vision center couldn't be bothered because I wanted eyeglass accessories. She said she didn't have, and couldn't order a part for my glasses that I've bought there before. Do you have insurance? We can sell you new frames.I needed side shields for safety glasses.I went to another Walmart, and they gave me a set for free.

I've been shopping at this Walmart for many years. I've noticed that the quality of service, attention to detail, and product quality have dwindled drastically. From the disarray of products on their shelves, do the miss marking of product pricing ( products or merchandise sitting behind a pricing label do not match). In an attempt to contact the store management, it must be done in person as nobody answers their telephone. Not even the operator!!!

This is by far the worst Walmart I've ever shopped at. I am disabled and us a scooter. It is very difficult maneuvering the isles cause they stock and do online orders during prime time. While it's busy AF. There were isles I had to wait cause their carts are so big and don't even think to ask them if you can get by. Today as we were leaving, a woman was at exit and asked for receipt. I nicely asked why cause we didn't go thru self checkout. She said she was doing her job. I said I know. As I walked away, she said I don't end your attitude either. Well..I was about to show attitude but wife asked me to just leave. She was rude as hell. If I had more time, I would have dragged the manager over. Never again will I even set foot in that place.

While walking from produce to the dairy department, there are refrigerated/frozen isle items between the wall and other isles. Can not walk through, have to walk all the way around to get to other side. Same with many other isles. Is this a fire hazard? Was my first thought. Nah, I hoped. But it would make it extremely difficult if we had to rush out of the store with all the boxes and crates in the way. And be careful, as many employees think they have the right away no matter what, so I'm dodging them.I spend more time trying to get somewhere avoiding employees and their boxes, crates and large carts on wheels. Some demand they have the right of way and will not budge. I'm constantly just trying to get from one place to another without colliding into something or someone. Not so at other Walmarts.There are some employees that will gladly help. Walmart continues to move things and employees can't even keep up. We (employees included) all learn how to use the app, then they change it, or move items without updating the app.I was in dairy by the milk and saw a big sign in large letters "BUTTER". Went over there and looked and looked. Saw an employee and asked where's the butter, or are you out? She pointed to a totally separate location. Well, remove the BUTTER sign.I included pictures of the mess, avoiding taking pictures of people.I do realize they need to work and Covid changed things and hours, but really, in the middle of the day when the store is busy? I often shop elsewhere.I was with my daughter the other day and she needed to stop at her Walmart, in Port Richey area. I said I don't mind, I don't need anything but I'll tag along.Wow! What a difference! I was telling her. The store was clean and stocked. I ended up buying several items. The produce was in much better condition and they had things that Zephyrhills, Walmart is often out of or I could not find.UPDATE: I've noticed lately they are not overly over stocking areas when I go in . Point taken.

I don't typically like this store. However, I will say there are a few 5 star employees. Asha the cashier went beyond what she needed to. She grabbed an extra Cart and helped me put all the groceries in the extra cart, she was fast and friendly. Going to the store as a mom with a whole cart full of stuff, this was such a nice gesture.Secondly Chris who was working In the parking lot helped me load all of my groceries in my car and then took the cart back for me, he was extremely kind and had a huge personality.I have never has this experience at this walmart or any others. But these two employees are top notch.

Store is being renovated. Complete chaos at the moment, employees are just as confused. Sanitizer Dispensers never work in meat department and/or wipes are always out.But still hasn't stopped me from shopping here, hope it all comes together for a better experience.Edit: Every. Single. Visit. In the last 30 days, items are ringing up more than the shelf price.

They never ever pick up the phone. I have to walk back to the store every time I inadvertently leave some of my groceries behind or just need to ask a question. This is ridiculous! Publix gets an A + in customer service and. Everything else. And I have on numerous times emailed corporate the names of the employees. They’re all so helpfully. From cashiers to baker to managers, they would see me walking in the store and ask if they can helped! Now that’s real customer service!

I don't expect much when it comes to customer service from Walmart; however, this location has gone above and beyond in finding new ways to lower the customer service bar. It's truly impressive how little they care about the customer.No matter how bad the service gets, the location will always be packed because of the Walmart prices.

I love this place during the off season. But when the snow birds are down, oh my goodness. You have to make sure you get there early or you will be stuck in a very large crowd. And they also let me take Rocky inside. He's a hit. Everybody comes up and shows me their pictures of their Chihuahuas. And it always puts a smile on people's faces. Well it's nice to be able to grocery shopping, clothes shopping and just get whatever it is you need. I also like the Walmart Plus. They offered it to me for half price for the year so I thought what the heck. I love it. You can order one thing or a hundred things and they will bring it to you for free. I tipped them but I'm just saying. Plus if you want to send something back they will come pick it up and take it back. I mean what more could you ask for?

No one answers the GD phone.. Auto Center, Human Relations, Online Pick-up Orders.. Do I need to try the Deli or Eye-wear Center? Correction someone picked up in Online Orders, said they would find someone and disconnected me.. Ive called numerous times over multiple days w the same problem. Who runs this place???

Where do I begin. But ill pick the best ones out of the visit. My cashiers light was flashing for around 15min with no soul around not sure how long we all would have been waiting if i didnt go look for Natalia the person who was in charge of the front end. She gave attitude saying was the only person there.also since we spent so long waiting we were late to our docs app when leaving the register we did not have time to wait in line for my receipt to be checked( thats just rediculous to begin with!) And was 10 cart line.we had to go so we skipped the line with me holding the receipt in my hand . As we are loading our car guess what? A cop shows up asking if i paid for it??!!!!! Are you serious? so me waiting at the registers and then getting rung up at the customer service for 10 min wasnt noticed? The lp guy calls the cop to check if we paid!!!!! Walmart!! You have issues! Big issues to solve!

I don't understand why more folks do not yet have the Walmart+ membership which could save them $0.10 on every gallon of gas at any Walmart and MurphyUSA gas station along with free delivery for Walmart orders over $30 and a whole lot more.

I came here from a small town in Virginia and we had a Walmart there but it paled in comparison to this Walmart. This one is huge and I loved it. Everything was there, easy to find and displayed great. I was impressed how neat everything was. I sort of felt like Alice In Wonderland.

Stock time always change it use to be an overnight stock crew now it seems to be an all day stock crew! Shelves are empty during the day still and if you aren't fighting scooter traffic you're looking around the stock cart!

It's what you expect when shopping at a typical Walmart. No fancy bells or whistles which makes it dependable. Although, after COVID started prices have doubled on some products and haven't gone down, even though there shouldn't have been supply shortages for these particular products. You can still find savings though.

Now that the snow birds are gone, there's actually food on the shelves and the place stays stocked. But the employees I've dealt with have been very helpful and nice.

I had a horrible experience with Walmart Pick up store 706 in Zephyrhills. They are canceling orders and saying customer is canceling. Save yourself time and frustration Do not use pick up service with them today. They are backed up since last night. Nina looked at me in my face and said she had one order leaves me out there for 30 minutes waiting to turn around and say it was canceled while I was still in communication with the customer who was waiting for something she ordered. So pick up fail.

Last time I'm buying tires from Walmart, I'm not sure how the road hazard warranty is any good at all considering I can never get in there to have a tire patched. Noone answers the phone in the auto center, the warranty is a complete waste of money

This store # 706 is no longer on my list of places to shop! In my opinion why don’t they just go ahead and make it a warehouse for online orders and pickup service and don’t allow customers in to shop. I have shopped here since there was a Walmart in Zhills. I shopped recently at self check out and a Walmart employee came over and took item from the bottom of my shopping cart and put it on the table for me to scan it. I told her I didn’t need help,that if Walmart wants to make sure I pay, check me when i leave the area. She was nice & said she understood but I was still pi!!ed.They have cameras watching your every move so I did t need EXTRA scrutiny.

I can not stand the customer service I've received while shopping. So many times, I've asked if someone could check the price on an item because it wasn't labeled, and I was told to download the walmart app. Which I have done, and it NEVER WORKS! It's not just my phone because my daughter's father downloaded it as well, and it doesn't ever work. The attitude I received from the last guy was shocking as he told me, "I'm not going to argue with you." I was confused because all I said was it's frustrating that this is a continuous issue, and there wasn't an argument to be had. This time in the Christmas section mid day, guy was around 40-ish.

We took our fur baby here for the first time as a walk-in, since we had an emergency with her.. they were so friendly and helpful... and o, g the cost was very, very inexpensive.. I was so surprised.. y, s I would definitely recommend them..

I’m giving this Walmart a 1 Star because 0 stars is not available.Management really need training on how to speak to the employees. Their not your kids and deserve the same respect that’s given to you…I wasn’t going to name anyone but Nina Jones at the Walmart Supercenter in Zephyrhills, FL. we’ll start with you!!!I really hope Human Resources get a hold of this review.. Nina is extremely disrespectful to the employees and speak to them in a very belittling manner and this should not be tolerated!Walmart is too big of a company not to properly train the Team Leaders and management staff on how to retain the employees…

They consistently mess up pick up orders, no one will answer the phone, none of the employees seem to know what they’re doing and tonight after 2 trips to the store they finally “corrected” their mistake but once home we discovered they selected the wrong sizes for clothing and the wrong products. Now we will have to make yet another 30 minute drive to the store tomorrow and try to get the right products or a refund but they didn’t even include a receipt. It almost feels as though they purposely selected the wrong items as I could maybe understand selecting one item incorrectly but half of the items were the wrong size or wrong product or both. To make matters worse they were blaming us for all of their mistakes saying it was our fault because I “placed two orders”. I did place one order yesterday that was supposed to be picked up within 4 days. They apparently put that order back 3 days early. I placed a second order today and when I picked it up the app said both items were picked up together but they were not. This store is absolutely horrible but it’s really the only option for us as we are in a rural community.

This Walmart is by far one of my least favorites. The customer service desk is rude unless their manager walks up unexpectedly, the curbside employees couldn't care less, the wait times are incredibly long, employees parking in curbside order spots, and currently as I wait for my pickup order there is a customer loading their own baskets.
