I have never had a bad experience in the whole year I have gone to this Publix. Everyone that works there has been nice. I do more grocery pickup via Instacart though so my experience is mostly with the employees that bring out the groceries. Today I had the honor of being serviced by a very sweet, outgoing, cheerful and friendly young man named George. The little conversation we had while he put my groceries in my van was delightful and he made me smile.

Publix offers truly the best grocery shopping experience! Their employees are helpful and friendly. Their selection of grocery goods is extensive, and their stores are clean, bright, and well organized. At this specific store, Elliott, the cashier, has helped me through the check out lane several times. He has been pleasant and welcoming each time. He always asks, "How are you today?" Just a simple, "How are you today?" goes a long way! I really appreciate Elliott and his exemplary customer service skills and the Publix team all around. Please keep it up! Thank you!

My family and I choose this Publix over any other, their produce is always fresh and beautiful so much it could be in a magazine, the customer service is always a high priority for this location. They have the freshest finest cuts of meat so beautiful! Their bakery is amazing we have always gotten our daughters birthday cake from them and will always do so and they take pride in their work. The deli is 5 star as well they know how to make a sub better than subway and it's reasonably priced and make it exactly the way you want it. I can't say enough how great this Publix is!!! Give it a try and see for yourself!

I close to where I live which is good. Good Publix, not one of their best. The service I got at the bakery was exceptional. Very good service at the checkout. It seems like an older store that could use a minor remodel.

We came in a little close to closing at the deli and ordered a sub. Mohamad was helping us and went above and beyond! He made the best sub we have ever had, seriously. They were out of chicken tenders, and he could have simply left us empty handed, but went out of his way to make sure we got the sub we wanted. The sandwich was made with absolute love and care and definitely tasted like it. Please share all the compliments to Mohamad!

One of my fav Publix stores in FL. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, they have a drive thru pharmacy, and the employees are the absolute best here.

My days of shopping here are over.. they have 1 checkout line open, with a line of 7 carts filled to the brim waiting.. several self checkout lines, but I you buy any decent amount of stuff you have nowhere to unload your cart, or put groceries back in.. the Winn dixie down the street always has 4 checkout lines open, with a cashier and ZERO self checkout lines.. you make shopping a miserable experience for the customers... 1 checkout line open for an entire store is absolutely beyond belief to me

Overall, it's the best place to shop in Zephyrhills. The pharmacy is terrible, though. To save you time, I have their answer for EVERY question you ask them..."Call your doctor or insurance company." Even when I proved to them it is an issue they have to fix, that was still their response. It took weeks to get the issue fixed because of their refusal to do anything for the customer. Then, the same thing happened in my next refill, I called them, and guess what answer I got. Yep. Basically, they want to make sure they do as little as possible and that your health is not part of their business.

Typical Publix for the area. Friendly service, great sandwiches, overpriced groceries, but good bogo deals weekly. The parking lot at this entire center is not great. This is a small to medium Publix compared to others.

Went on 04/24/24 around 7pm and I had like 9 items and 4 more from buy 1 get 1 free so the only open line was 10 items or less and I had 13 so I didn’t think anything of it so the lady started checking me out then she stopped and was really rude and was trying to get me to leave because I had 13 items when technically I had 9 the others was free so I ended up having to use to debit cards and have 2 orders to stay in the line would’ve been faster just to scan the 13 items but the lady’s name is Toni a mean old lady really disappointed

Spend literally 35 minutes in the deli line at 6:30pm waiting for someone to acknowledge me to get some chicken tenders and when it was finally my turn they trashed them before I got them. I’m extremely upset and your staff needs more training or help! I won’t be coming to this Publix any more I rather drive down the road and go somewhere else.

Clean like other places but staff are very friendly. Specially there deli section is amazing. Staff are friendly and caring. Deli section is more clean and attractive then other Publix. Specially Wanda who helped me to make my sub. She is the best in making sandwiches and make people happy..must visit if you need something.

The store itself is fine and the pharmacy is fine but the deli counter is horrid. They are rude and won't substitute anything if you buy a sale sandwich also the counters are dirty and they lay the sandwich right on the counter also the meat cheese and tomato and cook them
