This is a great place to take care of most of your pets needs. They were the only shop I the area that sells the brand of dog food we wanted.We also used the pet was for our Labrador retriever for the hassle free convenience. Though we brought our own shampoo, the wash was well stocked with various soaps. The wash stalls are starting to look a bit worn as well as the towels. A bit more attention to cleaning the stalls after use would go a long ways to enhance the experience. Replacing the threadworm towels will help as well.The staff is engaging, informative, knowledgeable and helpful, we will visit this location again.

Love this place. I live full time in an RV so it's difficult to wash my dog. I use their self washing stations almost every week. My dog is in a raw diet and they sell dehydrate duck and chicken feets. Very friendly staff who always making me feel welcome

Associates are always professional and polite. The store is clean and well stocked. I always find what I need, and then some. The grooming salon has given my dog a wonderful bath twice now. Rylie was especially friendly with my (initially) somewhat resistant pet and when I picked him up, he was calm and happy.

My dog is a picky eater. I have tried many foods with no success. A wonderful employee took the time to talk to me and make a recommendation. He told me about the guarantee of she didn’t like it. Well she loves it. I’m so thankful he took the time to help.

This is the third time I drive to this store and their shelves are always half empty. I asked the clerk about a particular dog treat and when I told her I've been several times and can never get it, she quickly blamed it on the manufacturer. I told her I used to live in Valrico and I never had that problem at that store. In fact I went back there a couple of weeks ago and got it over there without a problem. This Zephyrhills store is also very unkempt. I'm not going back to this store anymore.

I bought 3 glow fish, I got home only to realize by the next morning that they sold me sick fish. By day three I had one dead fish and 2 heavily infected fish. When I brought back the infectious fish they told me they wouldn’t take the fish unless they were dead. So I was told to wait until they die, which would probably be at the end of the 2 week warranty. Zero stars.

I like to support smaller chains and this store has honored price matching from all competitors for years. Today I was told their Online Price Match policy had changed MONTHS ago. Not true. I have been granted price matches at least 5 times in the last 4 months. And as a result of this experience, I found a major retailer has an even better price, and a direct Pet store competitor will price match the big retailer. And I’m not talking a few bucks. The difference in price matching is over $19. So disappointed in Pets Supplies Plus. You lost a customer who bought premium dog and cat food as well as treats, toys, and impulse purchases.

I bring my dog only was 11 pounds to be groomed and I can’t say enough about the young lady who takes care of her. Her name is Riley. I am not saying that everybody else isn’t terrific, I’m saying I only like to deal with Riley and she is fabulous!

$14 for a self use dog wash station was WELL WORTH it! They supplied towels, soap, water, a blow dryer and even an apron! The staff was super nice, and I couldn't say better things about this store!

Took my toy poodle to get groomed, very friendly, did not do a great cut, she said she was busy with walkins and so I think she rushed her. And very expensive compared to any other groomers I've taken her to before. And her cut was uneven.

Sale item not clearly marked. Items were supposed to be two for $10 and items I bought were actually larger and not on sale, but were positioned in the area marked with sale signs. When I questioned the price I was charged, I was told only two items at the sale price were available, the other 20 plus bags were not the sale items. I was also told that because the purchase was completed, they couldn't honor my discount if I wanted to purchase the only two sale items that were there. I will be shopping elsewhere over the way this was handled. I didn't want anything for free, just the discount I came in with.

Took our dog to the self dog wash at the Zephyr Hill location. Dog bay was FILTHY! Dog hair and blood in the dog sink. Floor covered in wet, slick dog hair. Only 1 towel on rack. I will give this place a 2nd chance with hopes they clean it up between dogs. Here's hoping!!

This is an awesome store. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I love getting toys for my precious dogs there. They are always so excited when we get home with them. This store has so much to offer for all different types of pets.

I love shopping in this store. The staff is helpful and friendly. Their prices are comparable to the big retailers. I like that they do curbside pickup and always put a nice handwritten thank you note with the order. It's a nice touch

Their buy 10 bags of dog food and get the next one free is a scam. Once you get close they will not put it on your account. The corporate office also does not help with this issue. Place should be called scam supplies plus. Won't be shopping here anymore.

I take my furry son (cat), Oscar, shopping here with me, he walks on a leash. Everyone loves to see him! The staff is helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. I drive the extra distance, from Cross Creek in Tampa, to go to the Zephyrhills store, it is worth the time for me and Oscar.He likes to hop up on the counter to make sure that everything is properly added up and bagged. Oscar recommends Pet Supplies Plus, he says they are "Murrow!" His highest recommendation.

The previous time I was there the girl at checkout was very rude and unfriendly. I was so disappointed in the service that I refused to go back when the item purchased needed to be returned. My daughter returned the item and we had not been back for 5-6 months until she went yesterday to get something for our dog's ears. The gentleman (didn't catch his name) working was very helpful and even spoke to me via speaker phone when my daughter called to ask me about the products they had in stock. He explained what the products did and even provided us with additional information which was greatly appreciated.At checkout Ava was super helpful in getting the credit we had applied to the current purchase and was very friendly as well.Thank you for making us customers again.

I have been here quite a few times now and I find the young employees nice and helpful.A few days ago I was told that certain tanks of fish were in quarantine to make sure they were good to sell so they wanted me to check back before buying.I appreciate the care they took to use caution instead of just trying to make sales on the aquatic life.

Called about grooming for my dog they said that they had availability but the computer was down to call back but when i did they said that they were fully booked and that the last time i went to get my dogs groomed they said only one of my dogs were not allowed to come back but when i tried to make an appointment for my other dog they said they were both a problemThat was not what they told me a previous grooming session.

There is this wonderful LADY in Grooming is the best nail trimming person , so caring so gentle on my little Butchie Boys, nails... We come all the way up from Sarasota to get them done.. for that I say thank you so very much, she is Training dogs for VETS as well.. will post that on my page as well...
