Today December 15, 2023 my wife and I took our family dog for a much-needed grooming for the first time at this location, and I am excited to know that this will be our forever place as long as the doors are open. We got a really great service & so our dog was also happy. I can really feel that the owner who also works inside & his staff love animals.

I don’t usually write reviews but I did what to share my experience. When I first started going to master of puppies is was good. My dog was done within 2-3 hours And came back with a good haircut. The last few times I have went it was a very sad experience, my dog took 5 HOURS to be groomed, which isn’t my problem I can understand taking that long if your taking your time and do a good job BUT I had just asked for my dog to be shaved which I don’t understand why it took as long as it did. My second issue was the price, I was charged 130 dollars (30 dollars more than usual) just for a shave and a bath. If your prices went up I can understand in this economy my only problem is My dog came back smelling good but looking so silly, I understand she may have matted but they only shaved her body and not her head or tail?? Also they shaved her tail half way down her butt So she looks ridiculous. Also to mention is how bad the shave was, she has patches where hair is longer than other spots so I wasn’t very happy since I was charged such a high price. Not trying to give you guys a bad reputation but I just wanted to share my experience.

Very please and beyond happy with my puppy Harmony grooming. They took their time with my baby and made her feel super comfortable and not rushed. Harmony was so happy to be there she was not Happy yoGo home. She wanted to stay with her groomer. Thank you Jesus you are the best iWill be back🐾❤️ Harmony loves you

Excellent place. I loved the treatment they gave me to my pet. I am super happy to find a grooming salon where my dog feels happy and calm. My baby came out with a delicious and well-trimmed smell.

Really like taking my dog Bella there! Took my dad’s two dogs with my dog today dropped them off at 12:00 this afternoon, it’s now 7:00 the dogs still are not ready. I was also told my appointment would be with Niki the owner who does an amazing job, she was not there today.My only complaint is it should not take 7 hours to groom 3 dogs. I understand they have other appointments too.However they need to figure out how to schedule a little better, this is the second time my dog has been there for an entire day.We will give them one more time, I hate to look for another groomer, but 7-8 hours is not acceptable.

I was a fan working with owner Nikki Knight. I was not informed she was no longer there. I received a call to bring my dog in 2 hours early (I dropped him off at 1:15pm) so they could get started on his bath assuming they would start grooming him. He was not done until 7pm. He is a small dog with short hair that needed a simple shave down. When I picked him up I was anxious to leave because my dog has extreme anxiety. I gave him prescribed anti anxiety medication before dropping him off which obviously wore off by the time I got back to him. He was screeching and unhappy. He was clean but thats about all I can say. I was called to see if I wanted his mustache shaved or kept I repeated yes fully shaved down because he is going to be having a surgical procedure. When I picked him up he still had a whole face of hair which baffled me. I just wanted to take him home because he was upset having to sit in a cage ALL day. Also i called multiple times to check on him and confirmed they did not start his groom until about 6:30 and they close at 7. His nails were not trimmed they said due to long quicks but I asked the vet to do it and they said they could tell they were not cut. He was also shaved in the wrong direction in several places and has chunks of hair between his legs that and on his neck that look horrible. I could have done a job like this myself and definitely bathed him myself. I have left two messages about this wanting to bring him in to be fixed and no one has called me back. So my baby was traumatized and he looks ridiculous on top of it. Whatever this new management is I advise anyone to take their pets elsewhere.

I really loved the work that Jesus did on my dog Oreo, he took his time on my dog and didNot rush the time was worth waiting because he came out looking great my dog was also vary happy to be with all the other dogs and he got to socialize with all the other puppies he was not happy to go home.im happy with how they treated my puppy😊 I will be back!

I took my dogs to the master of puppies and they treated my dogs with love and care Great customer service and reasonable prices. My dog leaves happy and clean. What more can you ask from a groomer They were very friendly and they make sure that i was happy with their service so i highly recommend them they have my five star will be going back again to them ....A+

Went there to make appointment for our dog for a haircut. Made the appointment and man said he would send a text confirmation which I never got. We've since made an appointment somewhere else. Not going to risk taking our dog for an appointment he doesn't have on the schedule.

I just happened to see an advertisement for Master of Puppies in the Zephyrhills today magazine which seemed very appealing to me so I decided to give it a try and so glad that I did .This was the first visit to a groomer for my dog and I was a little skeptical how she would act, but she did better than I expected.The owner said she was very calm and remained that waythru the whole time.The owner did a wonderful job and was very friendly, professional and great customer service.Kudos to Master of Puppies!

I have a polydactyl cat. He has 22 toes! I called to see if they could clip his nails and they said no problem. I was impressed by how professional and pleasant the entire staff was. Ginsu has been back since his first visit and loves his Pedi-paws! He doesn't even mind all the happy pups waiting to be groomed. Highly recommended!

Took our pup Rooster here today ☺️. Everyone was so friendly and it was so easy to get an appointment. This was Roosters first time and he was pretty scared. I have to say even though my little guy gave the ladies such a hard time , he looked so beautiful. His coat was so soft and shiny. And they really did such a beautiful job with him even though he was very naughty. Definitely recommend this group.

Deana is very detail-oriented, listens to your requests, and is a 5 star groomer! We’ve been looking for a groomer for over a year who has experience with grooming poodles and we are so happy to find her! She is excellent with Captain and he loves her!! I HIGHLY recommend her!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment my fur baby received!! I had been calling and calling groomers that were recommended. No one answered their phones or returned calls or emails. So I decided to just call all the groomers in town until someone answered the phone and keep my fingers crossed. How lucky we were! Not only did we get an appointment within a couple of days but when I picked up my baby she was absolutely beautiful and happy! Thank you so much. Ya'll rock!

We are so happy with the professionalism we experienced at this business. We had our 8 month old puppy's first grooming experience here and he sure loved it.As a pet owner you always worry that you pet won't come out of a groomers like he went in. While you want them to get some of the fur off, you still don't want to see your dog come out looking naked, or unrecognizable. We have heard this type of concern so many times from pet owners in the past.We are happy and impressed with our Dandies grooming. Tha k you so much!!!!!
