On one hand, I like Family Dollar as alternative shopping, on the other hand the stores are usually dirty. Merchandise is usually out on the floor. It should be in back or on the shelf. Unfortunately, other stores that are similar, usually have the same problem.

Good location just have coupons ready, No service in store makes for unreachable digital coupons. Clean location and staff is very nice. Well stocked and good selections to choose from.

One of the few places on this side of town. Convenience matters at times. Need to up the checks of good employees. Raise the wages to keep employees. Love the store but needs to figure out how to keep help.

Very clean store, meticulously kept by the staff who are always smiling, very friendly and so helpful! Shelves are well stocked, no products on the floor like competitors. Other locations should take note of how it’s done here, management obviously knows how to run this store.

Well not be going back they asked me to drop my backpack at the door while a lady was shopping with a handbag bigger than my backpack, fyi antitheft things were in place at the door and there were security camera's, well that is if they work i suppose. No trust in customers no business

They did not deduct my smart coupon. It looked right on the screen but when I checked my receipt at home it was wrong. After going back and forth with them in the store. And the store clerks acted like they didn't care whether or not I received my discount. This was NOT good customer service.

Yep pull all the way up into the store and there's two associates sitting outside telling everybody that the store is closed.It's not the end of the world, Dollar general's just down the road.

This is a horrible place to work in the Zephyrhills area. The manager there lies and will accuse the employee of stealing when in all actually it's him that takes things and writes it off. I have much more to say about this situation but that will be on another time. I am going to start a law suit against this company.

Store employee raised her voice and scolded me for attempting to assist a fellow customer. Apology was hesitantly given when I said I was going to shop in a different store. Rude, unnecessary and embarrassing.

I shop at Family Dollar often. I was unable to make a Data or WiFi connection in the store. Coupons have to be clipped before going into the store. Very inconvenient!!. 🙄😒
