Where do I even start? This is definitely the worst pharmacy on the face of the planet. First off, you can't even call and talk to a human. If you want to talk to an actual person, you have to yell at the robo-answer system for several minutes that you want to speak to a pharmacy representative before it eventually connects you to a voicemail system. And then you have to wait for a call back. And they don't even listen to whatever message you leave before calling you back. And when they do finally call you back, the first thing they do when you answer the call is say "Hold on one sec!" before putting you on hold for 10 minutes. I've been trying to fill a prescription for over 2 weeks, and it just has a status of "delayed". And when I'm FINALLY able to actually talk with pharmacy staff to see what the hell is going on, they can't help. They don't know when it will be in stock. How in the hell does a massive retail pharmacy have such an awful supply chain that they don't even know when they'll be able to stock a medication that's been delayed for weeks? And that's just scratching the surface of how terrible this CVS is. Half the time when my doctor sends a prescription, they just flat out don't receive it. My doctor has to send prescriptions several times before they even get received by the pharmacy at all. My wife just got out of the hospital, and needed to urgently fill a prescription to treat a serious infection. The hospital sent the prescription over and over, and it was never received. The doctor had to finally just print a paper prescription. In 2024. Seriously?! All that to say, steer the hell clear of this awful pharmacy. Because they're terrible at filling prescriptions. Which is the main thing a pharmacy should be able to do.

Every time you get to talk with someone, you get a different answer. I was checking on a prescription I had on hold. First person verified I did in fact have an order but the med was backordered and to call in 2 days. I called almost every day for 2 weeks and was told the med still had not come in. Then two days ago the person I spoke with said I did not have an order and needed the doctor to call one in. So for 2 weeks with me checking continuously, no one could give me an honest answer or take the time to actually check. So if the medication had come in, it probably went to someone else. This happens almost every month. Such poor medical practice to let a person go without a necessary medication. They would not call any of their other branches to see if it was in stock somewhere else.So I am back at square 1. I have an order, they do not have the med!

Would give it 0 stars if possible, or even -5... Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. The staff are VERY rude and unprofessional, constantly give you the wrong information and when you DO finally get one of them to call you back, half the time they hang up on you.

My whole family has been using this pharmacy for a few years and I have nothing but good things to say. Most of us have no insurance so we use GoodRx and it works very well. They’ve been helpful with everything we have needed thus far.

Although they were suppose to have my medication ready a worker named Palestine was really helpful. She is the only employee that kept her word and consolidated my 2 accts.She also had a great personality. Many other employees promised to but never did.

I have waited about 1 year to write this review to give a fair rating. This CVS has been the worse pharmacy I have ever been to!! There is never enough staff, my prescriptions are never filled. They have also messed up multiple times with prescriptions. Giving the wrong medication!! When you call you absolutely NEVER get through speaking to a live person UNLESS YOU somehow trick the system!! Someone in corporate please do SOMETHING ABOUT this never ending issue. You guys closed the CVS down the street and now this location is overwhelmed. This is terrible for the population in that area, especially more difficult for the elderly. Not sure what else to say or do as a consumer but wow unbelievable!!

The five Stars are not for the store itself but for a very caring employee named Doug at the Zephyrhills Eiland rd location. He helped me get all my accounts active and showed me Exactly how to save money monthly. Thank u Doug for loving your job. Cvs needs more of you

Worst pharmacy ever! They work very slowly and don’t even give you accurate information! Said patients have a copayment when they don’t and said medications are ready when they aren’t! I ended up transferring all medications to Walmart. This pharmacy is a waste of time and money!

I had a script filled that should have used goodrx as everytime before. This time they messed up and it was 83.00 instead of 30 and change....THEY SAID SORRY WE CAN'T FIX IT AS THEY ALREADY FILED IT...Cost me an extra 50.00 because of their incompetence..That's the last script they will ever fill for me...

Very unprofessional and not organized. I called to renew my prescription to find out that it was on hold and I never was notified, so they said they would contact my doctor to get a renewal and it would be ready 4 days later. 4 days later I called to find out that they hadn’t heard from my doctor, again they did not tell me. I called my doctor and it turns out they never even heard from CVS. Then I went through the drive though after it was finally ready, waited ten minutes in line with no one greeting me, to discover they were randomly closed until 10pm.

So just stopped in real quick to grab a couple things. So if you need to get meds filled you can do that here as well. But staff is helpful and friendly. Just sometimes easier to go here instead of a big store

Should be no stars. Store 0651, 930 shift employees. Scripts not ready. One of the techs working couldn't get my insurance to go through so she put everything on hold and moved on to something else. Then shes goofing off and throwing meds around and across shelves. Very inappropriate talking between employees in the pharmacy department. I was on the phone with Walgreens when all this was going on. Now I'm heading to Walgreens for professional service.

There is a girl that wears an Alabama shirt doesn't know what she's doing. Needed lidocaine patches , should have fill a week earlier after leaving Hospital. Never call . When we called said come in 2 hours , we did and told could not fill . 3rd time total with issue's at this CVS.

I had my antibiotic prescription sent here. I have been up to the Pharmacy 3 times. I was told to come back at 11:30 PM, to show up, and be told to come back at 12:00 PM the next day, only for it to happen a third time again. Was told directly by pharmacy staff that "we just tell people to come the next day". The behavior of this location is honestly insane. No priority on prescriptions whatsoever. They ended up sending my prescription to the Dade City location because they might have the medicine on hand.God forbid you have an infection or need your insulin quickly. This place is a joke.

My husband called the pharmacy today to see if his medication is in stock before driving the prescription over (he has a paper prescription now because this location loves to say they didn’t get the prescription that was sent by the doctor). He’s done this numerous times as they are out of stock half the time and has to take the paper prescription to another pharmacy to get it filled. Your staff today refused to tell him if his second medication was in stock, after saying the first was out of stock, and said it was “policy” not to advise over the phone if medication was in stock and we would HAVE to drive over to the store to see if it was in stock (which is not true, we’ve been able to call before to get this information). The person on the phone then hung up on on my husband during the middle of the conversation as he was thanking her for her time. Absolutely laughable customer service.

Where can I file a complaint?I experienced a situation today at my CVS pharmacy that I have been with for years. As I approached the cashier whom was very helpful she had to go and solicited additional help from another co-worker(Pharmacist named Sherry or Sherri hiw ever she spells it).While waiting patiently at the counter, I hear the Pharmacist ask if I knew this medicine was $185 and if I had the funds to pay for it. I felt so dehumanized as I shrunk into myself as the customers and staff looked on to see whom she was talking about. As I swallowed my words and anger, I was so embarrassed. The way the Pharmacist(Sherry or Sherri)spoke to the cashier about me was so degrading and disrespectful. This was profiling at its worst. I asked myself how many other customers have suffered at the profiling of the Pharmacist(sherry or sherri). I keep asking myself why she would speak of me in that manner. I always walk up with a smile as I frequent this Pharmacy twice a month. Was it because I looked poor? Was it my skin color? What did I do to be treated so badly? I’m afraid to go back to this pharmacy and no longer want to do business here if this is the way customers will be treated. I believe the Sherry/Sherri needs to undergo some sort of compassion training. I know if it was my place of business, I would want my employees to be courteous and respectful to all customers. No one regardless of color, race, or appearance should ever be treated this way.We have to do better as a people.

I bought 2 pack 12 volt battery and rack price was $8.79 and at the cashier counter the price was $9.99. I showed the cashier the price on the rack and he can’t change it. He said the price went up. I feel very disappointed.

Literally the worst CVS in America. All week trying to get my daughters script filled by these people just to be told different info daily! Was told Monday evening the doc sent the wrong dosage. Unlikely but ok. Fixed that on Tuesday only to then be told that the drug is on back order, could be for months, and then the same day when my doc office called to verify, they tell them the drug will be in on Wednesday. Call Wednesday morning the guy I spoke with looked it up and said no, it will be here on Thursday. Called this morning and spoke with an extremely rude person named Selina. Told me she has no idea what's coming today and that the pharmacy manager doesn't come in til 10. How is this pharmacy still open?! Terrifying that these people control such an important aspect of healthcare. Being clueless and rude is not only unnecessary, it's unprofessional. I've heard great things about Zephyrhills Family Pharmacy in town. Will be taking our family's prescription needs there after this. Awful, awful experience! This medicine is for a five year old CHILD who needs it! Customer service is everything. I understand things being on back order but I can't understand being an a**hole to customers.

They put your prescriptions on hold without notifying you and then they turn their phones off so you cannot reach the pharmacy. When you call the store, they refuse to help you get in touch with the pharmacy. Absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful. Worst pharmacy in town.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I have been dealing with CVS for years and it has been the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have been forced to use them because I’d my insurance and trying to find a way not to. The customer service is terrible. There has only ever been one gentleman that has been nice and helpful. They are rude and unhelpful.

This was my first time visiting the Eiland Blvd CVS Pharmacy in Zephyrhills Florida, and I was thoroughly impressed. Heather was extremely helpful, from the moment I called in to the store to verify the services of the store, through my shopping and checkout. Can I just say I have my script here but also a family member has the pharmacy across the street... We know who that is.. they take a day at the least to get meds ready... Where as cvs is always so fast!!! I just love them here. If there is an issue they are always willing to make it right. 👏👏👏👏 Thanks for all you do for your community 😁

Pharmacist was a little rude and seemed annoyed that I provided a discount card for prescriptions but other than that it was a good place and I like the fact that the pharmacy is open over night. The only down fall is this is the only pharmacy that shuts down for about 2 hours during the day for lunch. What I don't get is they have 2 pharmacist and multiple other employees working during this time so why do they all take lunch at the same time but the over night shift only has 1 of each and they don't shut down the pharmacy for around 2 hours.

They make it impossible to fill a prescription.. People are relying on them, sick people, people with disabilities. Call and they’re sending you to voice mail and you will wait eternity to hear back. Do better CVS or get more staff!!

Every single time I have a prescription I always get the “pleasure” of speaking with the women pharmacist who is absolutely the most rude and incompetent person I’ve encountered! Today really took the cake. I called about my daughters prescription that I dropped off at 9am.. it’s 4pm and they never told me it was ready. I called and as she’s asking me a question which I answered many times this morning, I was responding and mid sentence she puts me on hold and I eventually after waiting on hold spoke to someone else. I am not one to leave bad reviews, I’m actually pretty patient but she is horrible. I never realized the poor reviews at this location and I have to agree. Don’t even waste your time here. Drive a little further down the ride and switch your pharmacy. If I could give this place a -10 stars thanks to her I would.

The staff is always friendly, however, this has to be the slowest, and most incompetent run pharmacy I've ever seen. They have 5 people working in the pharmacy every evening, yet they take 5 minutes per car in the drive thru. They run 2 days behind on prescriptions at all times, and they refuse to answer their phone before 8PM. They have gone as far as to even tell their customers to their face they will not answer their phone before 8pm. It seems to me that if corporate knew how bad things were at this store they might actually make a change.

Used to be a good pharmacy.They never answer the phone when calling - always a 20+ minute wait.Today I went to get my prescription and waited for 45 minutes as the second car in the drive thru. When I got home they gave me one pill instead of two, and the girl that gave them to me told me she put my debit card in the bag with the prescriptions, when I got home my card is not in the bag. When I called they said they had two other debit cards but neither one was mine.

I called last Monday to confirm that they would order my prescription despite not having it in stock. They assured me they would and put the order in (I have a saved messaged on my phone saying it was ordered even). Today, one week later, I called to ask if they had an ETA for the prescription coming in. That is how I learned that they cancelled my order on the grounds that they do not carry this medication (despite being told that they would order it for me). I am already late on taking this important medication because of their incompetence and now I'm even later because they didn't feel the need to even inform me that they were cancelling the order.I will not be using CVS pharmacy again.

If there was a way to enter a 0 star review I would. I called the pharmacy and went through all of the long prompts just to have a young lady say hello and then hang up on me before I could tell her what I needed. I had been in the emergency room all day and needed the prescriptions that the doctor prescribed.I then drove to the store and an employee found 1 prescription and was ringing it up. I explained that the ER doctor sent at least 3 prescriptions. She reluctantly pulled the computer screen up and collect 2 more. It felt like she was upset and bothered that I was there taking up her time.I paid for them and she shoved 3 bags at me. I asked her if I could have a bag to put them in because I had to pick up a couple of things in the store. She then grabs a bag and shoved it out at me as well. She should have bagged my prescriptions in the bag, hand it to me and possibly say...have a good night or thank you or just acknowledge the transaction.I went up front and asked for the store manager. Sorry....she is to busy.I went home and called the store and asked for the store manager and was told that she gets off at 10pm and is busy. I asked for the district manager and that party is also to busy to take a call regarding feedback on this.I left Walgreens and took my business to CVS MANY years ago.I think that it is time to dump a company that obviously does not care about me as a customer.Time to use small local owned pharmacy.
