This clinic, I can not even describe the pain they caused my mother today. She is trying to put down her dog of 16 years who has deteriorated rapidly as of late. She spoke with the receptionist at the clinic no less than 5 times today. The original receptionist gave her hopeful vision of a quiet time to say goodbye to her beloved companion. So much so that she stopped calling other clinics and started to say goodbye. From that point on through subsequent conversations the office staff changed the perimeters from a end of life care visit, to an end of life consult with an exam which is reasonable. Then again shortly before the appointment, which several family members had rerouted to be at, the appointment became a medical visit where the vet would be able to prescribe medicine and lifestyle changes. My mother who had been told one thing at the start of the day was at a loss. The result was then one of the staff of this clinic, deriding her for not wanting to care for her pet. Mind you this is a dog who has always been in good health, and who has had consistent medical care documenting the steady decline of a medium sized dog 6 years over life expectancy. This clinic and its insensitive, rude staff, took one of the worst days my mother has had in a while and added guilt and derision. I honestly don't know if this is a bait and switch that they run often, or they just felt a special need to be hateful today. I can tell you under no circumstances would I send any pet here. Any vet will tell you that a peaceful end of life is the best gift one can give to a beloved animal. This place seems insistent on prolonging the misery of an animal to puff its own pockets. Any vet that would allow their staff to behave in such a manner is unworthy of the title or a trusted business name. Stay away.

Amazing staff! Great vet! Reasonable prices!There is another local vet who is cheaper, but the wait is horrific. Also, you have to pay to go back with your animal!Crystal Springs is an amazing place for your pet, with a friendly staff, and a vet who is extremely knowledgable. The vetranarian takes the time to learn about your pet, and gives valuable and helpful advice. The staff knows who you are, and will work you in if needed.If you are looking for a competent vet, who is efficient and kind, this is the spot for your pet.

I have nothing but great things to say about Crystal Springs Vet Clinic . When my older cat Sharky got sick they did everything they could to help him . When he was at end of life , Dr Gayle and the rest of the staff were so sweet and so kind and gentle with my sweet boy Sharky . I definitely recommend them .

2 years later and still heartbroken about the fact that we brought our dog here every month for 3 months and the vet never listened or did a full exam.Er Vet finally told us he had Lymphoma. He died within 24 hours of us finally finding out. I could have saved him or at least saved him some pain.Never take your pets to this woman. NEVER.

We have tried countless vets and finally found Dr. Gail and her team, they are all truly amazing! We are forever grateful for all she has done for our 10 year old husky. Our pup had a growing lump that other vets told us not to worry about, turns out it was cancerous and thanks to Dr Gail and her team it was completely removed! The aftercare and support from all staff was so comforting. Even now when we have other questions about our pup they are happy to help as best as possible. Can’t wait to bring in our other fur children.

Probably mostly fake reviews, customer service not great, never has been for the nearly 2 years going there. I had an appointment, when I get there I call to check in. Put on hold for ten minutes, other people pull up and I hear them call and check in, still I'm on hold by an Olivia, so I call off my work cell while still on hold on my other phone and Olivia answers ,introduces herself again, obviously not knowing its me. At this point I've been there over 15 minutes and have not even checked in. I will find a different vet office , they do not deserve such dedication ,and would save yourself the hassle and do the same.

I drive past 3 or 4 vet hospitals to get to Crystal Springs. They're all incredibly helpful, patient and polite. They've taken such great care of my two rescue cats, even on a moment's notice. They offer helpful advice, the office is very clean, they're accommodating and took very good care of my cats when I was away for a week. As long as I live over here, I wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else.

Wonderful people so caring. I am a snow bird and my do got an infection they told me they could see her the next day and how to care for it until then. They answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend them.

Staff friendly, the vet. Herself is a know it all.but wrong, gave my little dog a antivirus med that mad him unable to function period. Poor dog couldn't even get up, the long list of side effects is so long and poor dog had most of them and she says too bad that's all I will give him....$650. Later, gee I wonder why her rates are so high, and parking lot empty!!! Live and learn... Run from this mean lady!!!

They say that finding a new Vet is like trying to find a new hairdresser. Or maybe that isn't really a saying?! After moving here in 2018 we tried a few different Vets while still driving our pets to our old vet an hour away. We are so thankful to have found Dr. Mendenhall!! She has been nothing short of amazing and her staff is truly amazing as well. tThey have helped us get our dogs allergies under control, taken us in on short notice and walked us through some difficult times.
