Canine Country did a wonderful job with my ~14 yr old Portuguese Water Dog! She looks great, and was very happy when I picked her up.When I called, they were able to get me booked for the next day, and everyone was friendly and professional. Upon picking up my dog, they very kindly let me know that she didn't handle the blow dryer well, and recommended I take her to a vet that offers grooming going forward. While that was a bummer, I really appreciated their honesty and that they have my dog's best interest in mind. Whenever I get a new puppy, I'll definitely use them again!

I was scheduled appoints by the owner. On Feb. 22, 2024 I showed up at 11:50 for a 12 oclock appointment. I was told to come back at 1 because that was when my appointment was for. I have 2 dogs. One was scheduled at 12 and one was at 1. I was told that one of the dogs did not like being caged. Now this is not the first time my dogs were groomed there. So now the dog gets upset from being put in the car, taken out of the car, but back into the car and again taken back out. Would that not upset the dog and get him agitated? And all this bacause he screwed up. I came back and spoke to the owner about why my schedule time was change. He got very angry and nasty. He called me honey on several occasions trying to demean me. Then tried to blame me. He said people have a tendency to change things and are given a revised scheule and do not throw the other one out. This was not the case. For 10 minutes or better he just get nastier and nastier blaming me for his mistake. He even went as far as looking in his computer but did not prove anything that he said. If this is the way he treats the customer! I feel he needs some lessons he customer relations. I will never go back to this establishment. VERY DISSPOINTING! HONEY~

We love Canine Country. They do such a fabulous job on our little Maltese. They always go the extra mile. I know she is well cared for and loved when I drop her off. Finding a good groomer I can trust means the world to me. Thank you Michael and Alexis!

Very disappointed in how my dog returned home to me. I understand matting can be hard to deal with but I have NEVER seen her look so bad after being shaved/skinned all the way down and then left with a French poodle crown. She looks ridiculous. Then for you to tell my grandma that she lied about how long since they have been groomed after explaining what the situation was with our last groomer and my other dog not even to be touched. Definitely poor recommendation from my vet and I’ll be sure to tell them that.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They are handling our 5 month old little monsters and I couldn't ask for a more patient, caring and thorough attention to my girls. MUST VISIT!! They have a friendly environment where my babies are able to run around with no fear of leaving the facility. They handle my anxiety over-dramatic baby with ease and care. I feel bad that I expect them to groom my fur baby when I know she can be a little hard to handle at times. You can tell as soon as you walk in how much they love your pets and their own. The groom is great as they listen to what you want and will advise based on that as to what is perfect for your breed. If I was to leave any constructive criticism it would be that they need to open a boarding service (Daycare) as I would hire them in a heartbeat to care for my babies. I am a very over protective fur parent so that is a high recommendation from myself and my husband. Thank you for all you do and for all the care you give!!! Hope you guys are around for years to come - My girls love you guys and you can see that by the excitement they have when we get there. THANK YOU!!!Picture is prior to Groom session

I took our 1yr old Bichon/Shih Tzu mix to Canine Country for the first time today, and I couldnt be more pleased! This place is the first groomer I have been to in this area that looked super clean and smelled amazingly good, and our dog never looked so good!! The people were very nice too! We have finally found our groomer! Thank you so much Canine Country! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I took my 6 month old puppy in last week and he loved it. They have the back (behind the receptionist desk) fenced off and there were four or five dogs running about, happy as could be. My pup was super excited so they put him with the other dogs while I filled out paperwork. He didn't notice when I left, and was actually really sad to leave his new buddies when I picked him up. Since this was only his second grooming, I had no idea how to articulate how I wanted his hair cut, but they made him into the most handsome pup ever. Great cut, and I'm super impressed with how short they got his nails!! I'll definitely take him there from now on!

I could not be happier with the service at Canine Country. Besides always doing a great job grooming they actually care for your baby. My girl had anxiety really bad and hated going to groomers. After trying 4 different places I went to Canine Country. They spent time with her and she adapted very well even to the point where she was excited to go there. Mike, Alexis and their entire staff are hands down the best around.

Professional and obviously extremely patient. Michael was able to brush out and de-matt my nervous dogs tail and hind end. We're not even able to touch either area. Highly impressed.

Just moved here and took my dog to Michael today for grooming. Very professional and he asked exactly how I wanted him cut. I can't tell my groomer back home but this was the best cut ever. Chase is so soft, smells wonderful and the cut is perfect. If you're looking for a groomer in this area you can't go wrong here. Michael did a wonderful job and I can't vouch for this place enough. When your dog walks out looking this cute and totally calm and relaxed it's very telling, he liked it there too.

Was really looking forward to having my little rescue dog Bella groomed here this morning. I made the appointment 6 weeks ago and forgot to grab her shot records on our way out the door. The man working said if we can make it back in 30 minutes we could still get her groomed but there's no way with two small kids and a dog I could do that. I had a brain injury a few years ago so I forget things easily, and 6 weeks is a long time to remember. In the future a reminder of both the appointment and the shot records would be helpful. Guess I have to continue our search.

I am so greatful for canine country! I have a temperamental rescue, who will not allow anyone else groom him. They always take their time, and make sure he has everything he needs done. They are also very affordable!

Not happy at all with this place .. told them about my dog having anxiety before I brought him in .I was quoted sixty five for grooming .when I went to pay was told it's normally 65 but he was difficult so I am charging you 75 then assumed for a tip after the extra unexpected charge. That was not what the quote was it was wrong of them to do so .didn't even cut his hair properly. Don't go here

They do a good job but they don’t answer their phone so you have to leave a voicemail and could wait several days for a call back. In a customer service oriented business it’s not fair to be so unavailable. I understand that their justification is to groom during the day but it’s not good practice. I don’t get to hide in the back and do my job without distractions. It’s just part of customer service. If they don’t want to answer their phone they should just do mobile grooming.

Please be aware: When I got to the groomer he said that my dog was matted and they would need to shave her and asked me to sign a waiver that they would not be responsible if they cut her or if she bleeds badly and needs hospital treatment. Then he asked me for another contact number besides mine just in case “I got in a car accident or something they couldn’t keep the dog there”. Wow so rude! I left immediately. Don’t know how they run a business with rude customer service. My dog is my everything!! I took her to another groomer and they did such a beautiful job and they said she wasn’t matted that bad.

We had the best experience. We called and were able to get a same day appointment. Our New Puppy was very nervous but they made him comfortable and treated him great! We loved his puppy clip! We highly recommend this groomer!!!

They do amazing work!! My dog didn't want to leave when I came to pick her up. They are all so nice there and are very compassionate about what they do. They are dog lovers and treat the dogs like there own. Amazing amazing work done by them! I highly recommend going to them!!!!

They somehow lost my pups appointment, I am 100percent positive that the appointment was made before I left the last time before I left.Now my dog is overgrown a d they can't get her in until late January.I would have thought they would make special arrangements for a repeat client, but apparently they have plenty of clients and don't need to keep their current ones happy.The sad thing is that my dog was a work in progress, ahe had a bad grooming previously and Canine Country were correcting it, this was going to be the finished look!I just can't believe I have to find somebody else again.

Kudos to Canine Country! We took our 2 elderly Bichon Frises in for grooming. They did a fabulous job! My fur babies were groomed exactly as we requested in a little more than 2 hours total for a reasonable price. Also, they were very considerate of my female who is a bit incontinent as they took her outside for a bathroom break. (Thank you!) I don't give 5 stars lightly, but Canine Country earned and deserves the high rating. I highly recommend this business!

First time bringing my puppy Bentley to a groomer for nails, they calmed him down and did fantastic job with him! My other dog Velvet, who HATES getting her nails done, has always been turned away because she freaks out too much. Brought her here and let's just say, AMAZING JOB handleing her and getting the job done! They were so sweet and understanding with her! Not once did I feel uncomfortable with them handeling her and the situation. I would recommend Canine Country to everyone and anyone! Thank both of you for the time you spent with both my fur babies, fanstasic job!

Canine country is a great plate to get your doggo groomed. They are very friendly, and will make you feel welcomed. They are very gentle and understanding withyour pup. Our dog hates hus nails being trimmed but they did a great job handling hus fear. I would definitely recommend you try this place for grooming.

Fantastic service! I've always taken my dogs there. They said that they are under new ownership/management, and my experience has been way better! The service is incredible and the people are so nice! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
