We were so excited to stumble across this amazing store! We walked in and were immediately in awe! The collection of exotic amphibians, reptiles & birds is easily the coolest experience we’ve ever had in one place so close to home! Sam the owner, had a little bit of everything! We came in inquiring mainly out of curiosity and the interest of owning a chameleon & we were blown away! We had never seen such a variety & of all ages! Sam answered every question and was incredibly knowledgeable, even though he was busy with customers and it was towards closing he still was extremely patient with our little girl and let her hold and pet just about anything that wouldn’t bite! We came the next day and purchased a chameleon & another praying mantis for our daughter! We look forward to being regular visitors & customers. Thank you Sam for your sharing your business & hobby with us! We appreciate your hospitality!

This is our go-to place, we have bought snakes from Sam. We also buy everything for them and our bearded dragon. Sam's help is helpful and knowledgeable, and Sam is the best. Everyone always talks to my girls and teaches them something new each week we go in their. His prices are as good or better in most cases than the box pet stores, and better yet, he's a local small business. If you haven't stopped in, you really should.

I drove by this place for years and it never looked appealing to me but then one day I decided to stop in and I was very glad I did. I have not been to their new location yet but the old location was extremely well stocked with amazing pets. Sam is always a pleasure to speak with and is very knowledgeable on the things in his store. If you’re looking for a new pet, information on a current pet, or supplies for your pet…this is the place to go! Support local, shop small (it’s better than the big boxes for multiple reasons!)

At the time of this review, it doesn’t look like much on the outside but I think that they recently renovated. However, on the inside, there is a good selection of animals, from snakes, lizards, frogs, birds, rodents, and some fish.The guy who greeted us inside, who I think was the owner, was a pleasure to talk to. He took his time to answer all of my questions and even let me hold the snakes I was interested in. Overall, a good experience! Would recommend to anyone interested in exotic pets.

We got rerouted because of an accident so we stopped here for a bit. There are birds, frogs, snakes, geckos, chameleons, hamsters, fish and more. Plus a big friendly dog that kept checking in to make sure we were finding everything okay.

Great place right over the line in FL. They have everything you need for Beardies, Crested and Leopard Geckos, and of course Snakes. I personally think he's a little pricey, but easy access, and open 7 days makes up for it. Minus 1 start for being next to probation office...

Great experience.Wish I remembered Sam’s right-hand-man’s name! Anyways, he was very patient with us. We needed several things, and advice on how to rear tadpoles— as our frogs from Sam’s are now around a year old and should begin laying soon. He showed us how to take care of the eggs and tads step-by-step.He also patiently waited on us as we got distracted by all the cool animals while shopping. 😂 Love visiting this place.(Photo of 3 of our babies from Sams!)

Sam is an awesome owner, super knowledgeable about all of his animals. Helped me pick out everything I need for my future dart frog and answered all of my questions. They have a wide variety of animals from reptiles, amphibians and small animals. This poor bunny has been here for months and is kept in filth. He is in a fish tank surrounded by his feces and slipping on his own urine trying to move. This is not a proper rabbit set up or diet. I don't see any hay which is 80% of their diet. This is awful!!

You'll be greeted by the owner's daughter upon entering. It's a very friendly welcoming by a Dad who is sharing his passion with his daughter.This young lady knows anything and everything about every little and big exotic pet in the shop. I'm totally impressed and blown away by her knowledge! Dad is bringing her up right and should be very proud of her!The selection is great! This place is packed with a big selection in a small space. You can spend a lot of time in there seeing exotics you've never seen before. You won't get the service or selection out of any big box chain store that you'll get here.Thanks for a wonderful experience! Our daughter loved it! My wife and I did as well.We'll see you soon for our next purchase!

Very personable. A please where you can interact with the animals. Staff very knowledgeable. Now as far as prices, they are high for my liking but these seems to be the prices for the southern states. Where I'm from, the animals are almost half the price.

They have the best selection of amphibians and reptiles I've ever seen outside of a zoo. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of his critters. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Faith. They have hedgehogs, rabbits, rodents and birds too.

Knowledgeable owner. Elaborate habitat arrangements for various critters. Broad range of animals and products in a cozy space. It is worth a visit, if only to see the terrariums and aquariums. I look forward to visiting again with a plan to build another suitable habitat for my home.

Sam is awesome I love coming in and looking around he’s got a huge assortment of different animals all the tanks are highly elaborate and you can tell just by looking that he loves what he does and he’s full of helpful knowledge, he offered me advice on how to care for my gecko and even gave me samples of food for him to try, I definitely won’t go anywhere else no other pet shop around has as much of a variety to care for and house reptiles

This place is awesome! Worth the drive if you're looking for something specific or want to speak with actual experts. There is a huge selection and every tank and inhabitant is incredibly well taken care of. I will DEFINITELY be coming here when I'm ready for my next frog!
