I went here on a Monday afternoon, it was not too busy but there was still some people.Man what a cool spot to eat! They have a lot of different options as far as food goes, and even more options available for pastries and different treats.I personally got a pretzel bun Cuban, and it was absolutely amazing. I also got a chocolate cream croissant, which was also fantastic. I would highly recommend coming here for lunch, as the options lean more towards lunchtime meals. The staff were great, they all were very positive and outgoing. The place feels very homey and welcoming.Overall an absolutely fantastic place to go if you want to pick up some pastries, or you want to just sit down in a cool spot have some lunch.Notes:The seating here is absolutely awesome. They have a ton of indoor seating, and a lot of outdoor seating with some great scenery.

I recently visited this authentic German bakery and had an incredible experience. The sweets were absolutely amazing, and the Reuben sandwich was out of this world! The ambiance was elevated with live music during outdoor dining, making it a must-try for anyone craving authentic German cuisine. A delightful treat for all your culinary needs!

Went to pickup freshly baked loaves of bread, Sun dried Tomato and whole what! Compact freshly baked and sliced on the spot. Froze half as the loaves were so hushed. Tasted delicious 🤤 had a piece of each on the drive home.Added on a turkey/swiss ham/cheddar croissant with German beers 🍻 and finished it off with an apple 🍏 strudel that was huge, not too sweet and just enough tart! Sat outside in the Biergarten 🍺 under the shade of some beautiful trees 🌲 a nice relaxing environment with delicious food! Highly recommend! 5 ⭐️

Finally got to this bakery, after hearing about it from my daughters. The selection is awesome, I'm from Virginia and we really don't have bakeries we really only have baked goods in grocery stores. So this was very reminiscent of bakeries I had growing up in New Jersey in the '70s and '80s.We tried the cream puffs, the linzer cookies, the chocolate mousse cake, the croissants filled with moose etc.I think the cookies were a little under $3 a piece and most of the other items like cream puffs etc were close to $6 each.I thought most of the items we bought were very good, I don't know I would go there on a regular basis if I live there but it's a nice treat once in a while.

Great place, but the bakes no. I've searched for the best cimimonroll all over Oregon for 7 years and the worst Oregon bake is way better than yalaha. There were other bakes I bought that I couldn't finish eating it was so bad.I got the tuna sandwich for lunch at it was ok.The service was good. FriendlyAtmosphere was greatNo bakes for food allergies though.

Not just the best in town,Arguably one of the best in state. Every single time I visit no matter the day or the time, as long as it’s open they’re always packed. And not just busy packed, I mean full parking lot and parking on the grass outside of it packed. There’s a great reason why.We live in Hudson and make the multi-hour commute just to go here and revisit our favorite pastries. I’ve never tried one thing from this bakery that I haven’t loved. Rather, it’s hard to try something new because every new thing I do try is what I also end up wanting to revisit on my next trip.Though my all-time favorite is the Trio bread they make. It’s hard to get a hold of, but it’s worth it every time. My favorite for sure.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! This was a great little coffee place. There was plenty of treats here. We absolutely loved the outdoor seating they had. It was covered with trees and had umbrellas even. The drive to this coffee shop was a little bit longer for us but totally worth it. The German treats were great and the coffee was awesome too. It was a little bit expensive compared to other coffee places but again totally worth it. This a good place to try out their treats.

Excellent place for pastries and a sandwich. You'll have to stock up and take some of their fantastic dessert home with you. On some days they have live music outside. Not so loud you can't talk. Looks like you can bring your dog to sit with you outside. If the parking lot is full, just pull into the grass. Go next door and pick blueberries if you have the time

It's heavenly! You need to be rich to survive a visit if you're hungry.. This place is amazing! They take everything yummy and delicious and put it for sale in baked goodies!! The little girl in me wanted to squeel with delight!ask for a Fat mans misery tart.., Or a peanut butter cookie.Anything you choose is going to be so awesome. The scenery is pretty nice too. If you're up for a drive to the lake park.☺️💟Dietary restrictions: Gluten freeWheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's handicapped accessible

Great baked items, great atmosphere and the guy who took our order and rang us up was talkative perky and had great reccomendations.Others who worked at this facility seem tired upset and maybe overworked. Had a hiccup or two and did not really get the sort of response that would be appropriate from the owner but hey everybody has off days and I will still give the benefit of the doubt.Their commitment to their baked goods and the atmosphere is 10/10 and there is a reason they are packed day in and day out. The music on display was top notch and really enjoyed the experience.

We were overnighting next door (no affiliation!) and pleasantly surprised to be so close to a bakery. We were not prepared for the excellence of the bakery offerings! We breakfasted in the deli and took bakery goods to go. The breakfast had me swooning it was so delicious- the nurnberger sausage and eggs. It’s a little ackward getting coffee and breakfast together as we had to order at separate sections of the business and wait in two different lines. The coffee (latte for me, Americano for companion) was great. After breakfast we got in line for our pastries to go. The selection is beautiful, broad and enticing. And the bread! Absolutely gorgeous loaves of bread. Exhibiting more than normal human restraint we left with a Bavarian cream, pistachio torte, and a fabulous French Country loaf. All perfect. We come to central Florida a few times each year and this is now on my mandatory stops list.Be prepared for a long line if you aren’t early but you can trust any wait will be worth the prize.

The pastries here are amazing and so are the breads!! I know my picture of the pastries one of the cannolis is gone, I just couldn't help myself 😃 they're so good! oh and the deli here is also amazingly good. If your looking for great pastries and delicious deli food I do suggest stopping by this Bakery.Update went yesterday to get some pastries and they're not as good as they used to be.I believe they have went to boxed cake, it just doesn't taste the same as it used to. The fillings that they use are still amazing but the cake on the pastries it just felt as if they've been using boxed but still amazingly good and the major up side of this is it no longer has the freezer burn flavor to the pastries so whatever they've done to correct that I give them major props.

I always stop here on my way to Mt. Dora. The Linzer cookies are the best I’ve ever had. I always stock up on a bunch of pastries because everything is made from scratch. They have a bakery and a deli. There is always a line for both, but it moves fast. There is a Biergarten outside with live music on the weekends (polka!) with plenty of seating.

Great place. BUSY. Wall to wall and forget about finding an open table. When they say Saturdays are busy, they aren’t kidding. Even at 5pm. That being said the bakery items are PHENOMENAL!!!! I stocked up and will do so again. Their sauerkraut was light on the vinegar for my taste, but overall, would go again. Pretzel rolls were lite and soft on the inside with amazing flavor. I am officially addicted to those poppy seed bars. Beware, Portion sizes are LARGE, very large. The cheese covered pretzel roll was the size of a grapefruit. Photo does not do it justice.

I love the warm giant pretzel! This trip I got to mean AnneMarie who is I believe the owner she was very nice! Always love then they have love must’ve outside too!

03/18/2024. Passing through and saw the place. Turned around to try. Probably the finest German bakery outside Germany. This place is eye candy to any foodie. The breads are gourgous. Total transparency of all ingredients. Many gluten free. The cakes and pastries are way too many to list. I regret not taking pictures to post. This establishment is way more than a bakery. Attached is a deli, coffee shop, music and beer hall. Staff is very knowledgeable of tastes and ingredients. They are also very welcoming. For us the trip was 30 minutes. Very well worth it.

The chicken salad was very good! I had it on a croissant. Another woman had hesitated on rye - she enjoyed it. Another had her chicken salad on a Pretzel roll - yummy!. My friend loved her liverwurst sandwich too.

This place is worth the drive and wait. The schnitzel sandwich is amazing and great with the beer they have there. Plus the desserts there are to die for. I've gone a few times and always buy several to take home.

This is for the Deli: Everything was awesome! We got the pretzel, the smoked bratwurst lunch, and the onion and bacon quiche. This is for the bakery: It's dangerous! We got the croissant with Bavarian cream, walnut bar, apple strudel, and poppyseed bar. I could live on that croissant, I can't hype it up enough, it was ecstasy in my mouth. Everything else was also incredible, but for that Bavarian cream was just on point.Totally worth the almost 2 hour drive.

We really enjoyed our first visit and all of our sweet treats. You can taste the freshness and love that they put into each one. It was so hard to pick what to try first. We are glad it's only a few minutes away from home to try the rest, including their deli corner. Not pictured, a loaf of sourdough bread and pretzels that we grabbed from their discount day old rack. What a great way to reduce waste. We can't wait to come back. It's worth the wait if there's a line!

This is a beautiful bakery. Display is just gorgeous. I have visited two times. On my first visit, we tried several pastries. All were dry. We wanted to visit a second time, and the result was the same. Dry pastries. I also wanted to try the deli section, and although they saw me waiting, no one came to take my order. I waited for about two to three minutes, then I left. Maybe it was not our lucky day, but it's sure beautiful.
