We were referred to this store to buy aluminum clad wood windows and doors. From the moment you walk in you step back in time; screws in bins, things you haven’t seen in forever. Cool old store. It would be great if you had a big sign with an arrow that has the store name; it was a little confusing with the gas station in front to find the front door. Will update our experience after we buy windows and doors.

It’s the place to go when you know what you need and you need it today! Don’t hesitate, don’t contemplate, and don’t procrastinate. Get out of the house and through the gate. If the car won’t start, then you could roller skate. But whatever you do, don’t be late and get to Gulf Coast Lumber for deals that are great!

Im in this store a couple times a week most weeks and love it!! The prices are a little higher than say Home Depot, but competitive for Aces located a block from the store.It’s like our own small town Home Depot, but with much better customer service.

Great price on propane tank refills… the have a per gal price or a discount price for full tanks.Nice old lumber yard with free coffee and advice you can trust!

I have been shopping at Gulf Coast lumber for over 20 years. Their prices on both lumber and plumbing supplies are excellent and significantly lower than the big box stores. They willingly pull and load supplies for you and their staff is ALWAYS helpful and polite.I feel like I am cheating myself if I happen to go to another store. Go see for yourself!

Bought 6 gallons of non-ethonal gas for my lawn mower. Got it home and it had two separate small engines spitting and sputtering. So the next morning I called them back and told the.manager what happened and that I thought there could be something wrong with the gas. The manager handed me over to another employee who got nasty right off the back. He informed me that if there was something wrong with the gas I must have done something to it. Then telling me that he would not discuss this over the phone I would need to bring the gas to them. So I loaded up and drove to Woodville only to have the same employee rush me out the door telling me he would "meet me at the pump". He came outside with a clear bottle poured some of the gas from my can in it then pumped some in to the same bottle. I think his intention was to show that the two were different. However, they were not! At that point he informs me that there is nothing wrong with their gas it must be my equipment. Saying I should return it cause they sold me a lemon. I remind him that I ran it through two separate engines while he ignores me telling it was my problem or the company they buy their gas from, Eli Roberts and I should call them. Having had enough of being treated like a scam artist I inform the employee that this is where I bought the gas and all I want is for them to make it right so I can mow my grass. That in the very least this is terrible customer service only to have him turn to me and say, "It doesn't look like you're our customer any more!" and storm off. This place is already over prices so avoid the hassle and go any where else!

Pretty decent place. For the amount you spend driving to Tallahassee if you live in Crawfordville or Woodville it about the same amount of money and saves on extra driving time

Sold me old material that cracked while being installed, and refused to even discuss the issue with me. Had to spend my own money on materials the customer already paid for. Just doesn't seem right to me.
