AVOID THIS PHARMACY.My doctor called in a prescription for me that must be taken for 5 days in a row at the same exact time everyday. This was called in yesterday , 4/30/2024. I received a text that there was some sort of unknown delay to the order being filled. My husband called and they said they didn’t have the script on site to fill. Later in the conversation he was told they had enough for 2 days worth and the remaining 3 days would be filled and ready for pick up “tomorrow”, 5/1/2024. The pharmacy closes at 9 pm, and I waited until 8:30 for someone to reach out to me; no one did so I called them. When I called, a person by the name of Gigi answered the phone. I explained to her the situation and she stated they still didn’t have the medication and they would have it tomorrow. I explained to her why I did not find comfort in that because it was the same thing we were told yesterday. She informed me there was nothing she could do about it and asked me what I expected her to do. I told her that I needed her to look in the system for a near by pharmacy that does have it because not getting in time to take tomorrow (5/2) was not an option. She states (while sighing) that she would have to call around and find out. When I was trying to explain to her why that was what I needed to be done, she over talked me while I was talking - to the point where I let HER finish and then asked if there was a reason she was over talking the customer and not allowing me to talk. She then cut me off and stated she was transferring me to the manager. I was on hold for 10 minutes before taking my husbands phone and calling from a different line. I then reached someone by the name of Payal (sp) who allowed me to talk and advised me she and the pharmacist, Carol, were the only ones working. Neither of which were managers (so Gigi lied and provided ZERO help). Later in the conversation with Payal it was discovered that Gigi was IN TRAINING and this was how she was speaking to a customer. Additionally, it was discovered that the script WAS in fact in stock (so either she lied again, or she truly isn’t getting anything out of her “training”). Payal needed to call my insurance to work it out and call me back. When she called me back, she said the insurance would only cover the cost if I picked it up when they opened tomorrow (5/2) at 9 AM, and asked if that was acceptable? I said sure if they could guarantee that I would be able to pick it up with no issues at 9 am tomorrow. She proceeds to tell me “well, not right at 9 AM, why can’t you give us 15 minutes to fill the script?” So I asked her why do they all have to be so condescending to customers. She had the audacity to then tell me that I was the condescending one, and that I needed to be the one being helpful to THEM. she then hung up the phone. So now I have no idea if I am getting my medication tomorrow or not. This pharmacy is always delayed, always rude, and never willing to be helpful to their customers. They lie, they don’t answer the phone half the time, and they make you feel like the problem all the time. This is not the first issue here, and I can almost promise you it won’t be the last. If I wasn’t required to go here per my insurance I ABSOLUTELY would not. I have filed a complaint with corporate, given all names, and am waiting to hear back from someone.

The store employees are great, as for the pharmacy however... on top of being rude on the phone and fake nice in person, they're horrible at their job. I've been coming here for almost a year with the same prescription at the same time of every month and not once have I gotten my medication on time. I call in advance to make sure it's known that I'll be there for same thing as last month again this month. It's almost always an unnecessarily rude encounter and every single time they still find some reason to make my condition worse by not having the medicine I need. They're either morons or absolutely heartless or both.

Their website clearly says it has the squishmallow I was looking for is at this location and I can pick it up in 30 min if I order it. So I drove down there and the staff was VERY unfriendly and told me they didn’t have it. They barely glanced around and said no we don’t have it. I explained that it says it’s at this location and the older lady proceeded to give me a HUGE attitude like my question was inconveniencing her entire day. She says yeah the website is not accurate. If you ordered it. Online I would have looked for it and if we didn’t have it then we would have told you when you got here.” EXCUSE ME? There is no way this is how a cooperation runs. Why would they have a website if it wasn’t accurate? Between completely not caring about helping us and blatantly lying and saying that the website is not accurate. I would NEVER return to this location. This location and staff make Walgreens look bad as a company for them hiring such rude staff. Does not make we want to shop at a Walgreens again. 0/10

I use this Walgreens pretty often as my go-to stop for drinks, snacks, milk, etc. Besides the pharmacy, of course. It's always neat and clean, normally very fast service at check out. Brands of ice tea I buy are even cheaper than Winn-Dixie and Publix that I use nearby. It's not a huge selection of many items, but many everyday items are stocked.

Doctor called in prescription at 4:00. I called at 5:20 estimated time to completion was 20 min. Called back at 6:30 they said not work had been done wait about 40 mi. Went to the store at 7:15 walked up to the counter. They said it isn't ready yet. Waited 40 min and finally got the prescription at 8:10. Really it takes over 4 hour to fill a prescription. Crazy. A different time i tried to fill a prescription here they told me 20 min I went back in a half an hour and they said they don't carry that prescription in stock and I would have to contact the specialty pharmacy.

This store has fantastic and helpful staff, is generally very clean, and carries most of what you would expect from a convenience/drug store. The only thing keeping this at 4 stars for me is the lack of available dairy-free or vegan ice cream. They also have a relatively limited grocery section, though it still remains stocked with many of the essentials.

I really don't understand all of the one star reviews on the list.I've been using this location for about twelve years now and have always received excellent customer service from every department. Everyone has been friendly to me at all times. I go to the pharmacy the most and have always had excellent customer service. That includes service from the pharmacists and their respective staff. They all know me by name and always say hello to me when they see me. There are some store staff who will even strike up a short and pleasant conversation with me.Perhaps it's a matter of people's expectations and sometimes impatience with staff. It's also important to understand the pharmacy staff are human beings too. They can't perform miracles and please everyone all the time. However, I can only give my experience which has always been excellent.

This place has been here for quite awhile! Most of your needs met within the realm of a pharmacy. Not as expensive as Publix, but, you definitely get what you pat for! Pharmacy are friendly and knowledgeable...

Great people, very helpful! I have always had positive experiences at this and all the other Walgreens locations I have been to throughout the US. The employees are always pleasant, eager to please, and knowledgeable. Not sure why there are so many one star reviews here, <shrug> we all have good and bad days. As with any reviews, your mileage may vary.

I am constantly seeing commercials or receiving information in the form of an email reminding me how "convenient" it is to make an online purchase for curbside pick-up in as little as "30 mins". I call bull to this -ESPECIALLY- this Walgreens. I am literally a 10 min drive from them and it is upsetting that I have make the commute to the Red Bug Lake location or Longwood to receive decent service. As an immuno-compromised person, I heavily rely on these types of services and this location has utterly failed me. Twice I've placed a curbside pick-up with this Walgreens and not once received a call, text, email, or a smoke signal that my order was ready. And listen, I am not an unreasonable person; I understand places are short staffed/low on inventory, however, let me know that you can't fulfill my order instead of letting me wait days on end and having to call and being told some lie about "the system is down". That was the last time I shop at this location. I had no choice but to call corporate because I lost all my digital coupons with my second failed curbside pick-up transaction. The corporate reps that answered the phone were extremely nice, apologetic, and gave me all my coupons back and little extra as a goodwill gesture. Also, corporate promised me a call from the store manager and guess what? The manager NEVER called me - telltale sign that this location is rundown, disorganized and the employees don't care - and if THE manager doesn't care... who will, right? Avoid this armpit of a location at all cost.

The Buy Online Pick Up In Store or Curbside has been so convenient. There’s been a couple of hiccups but the team at this Walgreens has always been very nice and prompt at resolving issues. I never wait a long time picking up my prescriptions either so it’s very convenient going after work and getting things. I have done the same at other Walgreens and the service has not been the best so I’m glad that this is my most convenient Walgreens since it’s so close to my home.

I went there to drop off a prescription I need for school that I have been taking for 8 years now. I have always been able to pick it up using my ID, but when I went to this store they informed me that I had to have a local student ID to prove that I lived near by. I went to pull out my insurance card that had my address on it and the pharmacist completely blew me off. Later I tried to call and I was very polite and patient with them. I called to ask what I should do about the student ID and get information on how to cope with having to stop this medication cold turkey due to this issue. I got transferred at least 10 times, and once I finally got to talk to someone in the pharmacy, the man was very rude to me and wouldn't let me speak. I have NEVER went into a store and had to deal with people that were unprofessional to such an extreme. I left the store feeling terrible. I understand that I might need an ID with my recent address on it but this was the worst store experience I have had in my lifetime. I am definitely never going back to this Walgreens. There was no reason for the pharmacy to be so disrespectful. I was in tears after that phone call.

Greeted with superior service to receive my first dose of the covid vaccine. Check in process was quick and easy followed up with the Pharmacist administering the vaccine with ease. Lucas the store manager was more than helpful during the experience. Thank you again Walgreens for the incredible service.

Kelly at the Pharmacy is really awesome! I needed some additional information about COVID testing for an upcoming trip and she has been so helpful, understanding and sweet. Additionally the rapid testing results arrived even faster that i could ever expected. I am very satisfied with the services I received at this location.

This is one of THE worst Walgreens on this side of town. They have zero curb appeal - their trash bins are always overflowing and just trash in general throughout the parking lot (think, run-over baby diapers greeting you once you open your car door). Sometimes there are bums begging by the front door and the rest of the barefooted folks from the nearby trailer park community that shop and loiter there. I agree with the other negative reviews on here: Customer service is * Nonexistence *. Had problems with curbside pickup; employees could care less. This place beats the worst walmart imaginable.

Exceptional customer services at this Pharmacy. I have used other pharmacies and other Walgreens, but none as well-run as this one. In fact, I drive three miles past my local Walgreens to pick up prescriptions. It is always well worth the trip. Great service always trumps distance!

Usually everyone in there is super friendly, went in a hour before closing- the cashier (young male) was so unfriendly. Slammed my items on the counter, and did not say 2 words to me. I usually don't leave bad reviews but his service was sooo poor I had to.

Went to the Walgreens clinic in early December and was given a prescription with one refill. I went to go get my refill for my prescription of a rescue inhaler today at which point I was told there's no refill. The person told me they would follow up with my doctor at which point she realized I got it there and the clinics are now closed so she couldn't follow up with my doctor. I asked what we can do about this being that I NEED this prescription. She told me nothing they can do until I go get a new prescription and walked away. Hate this corporation.

Some of the mangers are a joke. Disrespectful and rude literally they lie to customer about the sales that are going online . Please report them to corporate they actually do report the store hopefully the group of women running that store get fired!!!! 🙏🏾 if I can give then a negative one I would .

I have always used walgreens as my preferred pharm but since i moved i started going to a new location & as this was my first time i dropped my script off mid December. I do not say this to be rude or arrogant & angry.. but let me just say that in all honesty i have never in my life gone to ONE pharm so many times before, not only that but i have never been treated more like a complete idiot, no one ever wanted to help. I went day after day, called, they kept telling my my insurance didnt authorize it yet.... long story short .. Today is January 11th and i just took my script to a different walgreens (redbug rd) and got it filled within 2 hours.... never ever ever ever going back. I am honestly disappointed with their service and how uncomfortable they made me feel everytime i went to check on my med.

This has got to be one the most incompetent pharmacies I've ever dealt with in my life. Not being entirely their fault Florida healthcare is a joke! Having possible the best insurance possible everyone is very willing to take your money with less than poor service. You want to laugh at me because of this system? I came here for prescription cough syrup. When arriving, I find out the pharmacy is out of the medication. No problem, I understand inventory problems happen. Then I overhear the woman in front of me also can't get her medication because they're out of it. I start to notice a pattern.So they transfer the medication to a Walgreens down the street. Ok fine, works for me, I go down the street. Upon arriving, I ask the pharmacist about my prescription, who looks bewildered and can't find anything.So I call my doctor. Turns out, this pharmacy never called the doctor's office to transfer my prescription.So now I'm sitting here waiting half an hour for cough syrup.If you're thinking of picking up a medication here, run. Run far away.

The pharmacist don’t know what they are doing. They told me to give them Cvs info to have my prescription transferred and never did it. Now I call them and the say I have to come in that what they originally said was wrong. It’s been a week still no medicine you suck

Zero customer service here. I used the app to order prints and had to call to change them to 4x4 pictures. Calling and calling, no one answers at the photo department so I get redirected to another department. Omar rudely picks up doesn't say "thanks for calling Walgreens" or anything. I tell him I need to talk to someone in photo department he answers with "what do you need" I'm like "...ok I would like to know if you can print 4x4 instead of 4x6" and he just says "hold on" an obscene amount of time later he just says "that's it ?" Never answering my question or even thanking me for holding. I hope they pay him and the rest of the staff 7 dollars an hour.

Pharmacy is a covid-19 free zone. While I was waiting to pick up my prescription two people were there without masks. Healthcare professionals wouldn't even educate them nor the store enforces regulations.
