Spill Wine & Craft Beer Bar

On the early evening of April 24th 2024 I visited The Spill Wine bar. I’m a musician and they host an open mic on Wednesdays that I was excited to participate in. I seated myself outdoors and waited 20 minutes for a server. I concluded that no table service was offered at this establishment so I went inside and ordered a glass of wine. In all fairness, I was greeted by a very professional and attractive young lady that provided me with fast and friendly service. While she was pouring my wine I browsed their wine selection and was very impressed. They stock many excellent wines. I went back outside performed my set and finished my wine. While consuming my Cabernet I noticed table service was offered outside and as I sat there with an empty glass, watching the waitress pass me by more than a dozen times, waiting on every table around me but mine, I concluded that this server was unwilling to ask me if I would like another glass of wine. Then it dawned on me, there’s a possibility they only offer table service to patrons that are members of the wine club. So I went back inside and inquired if this was the case. I was informed that such was not the case by the friendly barmaid. I paid my tab and left.

Went in to see a fellow friend sing on open mic night. The vibe of this location is very laid back, older generation type of place. Beer and wine selection is pretty extensive. This isn't a cocktail place, hence the name. My husband and I ordered their Flatbread, and they were fresh and delicious. The only part I didn't like was the crust had kosher salt and made it too salty for me, but no biggie, I washed it down with beer. Will definitely come back, we liked the environment, and the bartenders are super nice and quick on their feet even though they were busy.

My mom threw my dad’s 50th surprise birthday party at Spill. Nancy did a phenomenal job going above and beyond to help her with ideas and themes for the party, decorations, and helping keep it a surprise:-) everyone who came to the party raved about the food and huge selection of craft beers and wine! Live music was fantastic, as well! Nancy is THE BEST hostess, party planner and thought of everything! I can’t thank her enough for such an amazing, fun, and memorable surprise party for my dad!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They blast music outside and completely disregard any neighbors that live in the area. Have gone and tried to have conversations with the owner on numerous occasions. She is rude and inconsiderate. Do not support this place! They are so many local sports that treat their customers and neighbors much better. Not to mention the menu isn’t worth your time!

Looking for a new place to try? Be forewarned, this could become your new go-to place! My New Years Resolution is to write google reviews of places my husband and I frequent; just to let folks know where your time and money is best spent.So we’ve been going to SPILL for over a year: The menu is such a step above ‘bar food’; we’re talking flatbreads that you can actually taste all the yummy toppings and the flatbread itself is delicious, not cardboard. And speaking of flatbreads, make sure you try the s’mores flatbread dessert! Yes, you read that right- A FLATBREAD S’MORES! To die for! The ambiance is one where you can sit comfortably inside or out, talk at a level where the music is background noise not IN YOUR FACE obnoxious noise. And the wine! So many to choose from! The staff and service is great. Just a relaxing, fun place you can meet with friends/family any time! And we’ve discovered during these visits they have theme nights; trivia, bingo etc!

Great place with live music and a great atmosphere! The happy hour house reds were really good and so was the chicken skewers!!! The cheese lovers will love this great place to try artisanal cheeses and great wine! Wouldn't recommend this place to someone like me who is lactose intolerant and could only eat the chicken lol

Casual friendly place in Winter Springs downtown area. It has a great selection of wines and craft beers, live music and events such as bingo and trivia on week nights, provides a lighted outdoor seating area. The service is great and staff is friendly, including personal attention from the owner.

Wow!!!! We came and it was a staff members 21st bday, as an outsider they welcomed us with arms wide open!! The charcuterie board was amazing value! The hummus plate amazing!!! You got to come here!!

I was visiting the area and decided to stop in for a bite to eat and because they closed later than the surrounding restaurants. They had a live music playing outside with outdoor sweating (was a vibrant crowd with many enjoying themselves), inside wasn’t as much seating but they have 2-3 tables and then some comfortable lounge areas. Of course, they have bar seating.I orders the cheese flatbread and despite the pizza being very small (more like a personal pizza to me) it was delicious. You could get that flamed taste and the pizza just had this buzz about it where you wanted to dive in for the next piece. Again, portion more suitable for one person, but I suppose it can be split for a light snack. Coke products; no sweat tea.

I love this place! I have only lived here 3 weeks & I have gone the past 3 Wed nights for Open Mic Nite. Both MC's are excellent. They really get everyone singing & dancing with them. The music is great (60's-80's). Bartender & cook are so friendly! The place has a very warm atmosphere & is very clean. 2 for 1 wine on Wed night. You have to visit!

This place is GREAT! Staff is friendly, food is excellent, wine is great.They are the perfect place to have a celebration gathering for friends or family because they are flexible and very accommodating. HIGHLY recommended!

Went on a Saturday night with my boyfriend and had two glasses of house wine (happy hour!), a glass of sangria and two flatbreads. We definitely enjoyed our drinks and the prices, but we were pretty disappointed with both flatbreads. The chicken pesto was dry and the honey, bacon and brie was mostly jam on a flatbread - very little brie or bacon. We enjoyed the atmosphere and live music!

I already loved this place for it's chill atmosphere, great music and friendly owner and staff, but after planning an event here for a client, I love them even more!! Nancy created a stunning 6 foot grazing table, her staff kept the drinks flowing, and they were so easy to work with. She even accommodated my crazy schedule to set up and break down the event so day-of could run smoothly. I actually can't wait to plan another event here. I would highly recommend Spill for any type of social gathering or just a relaxing evening out with drinks. PS. Their food is really good too by the way. My husband and I lovethe jalapeno popper flatbread!

It's a very nice bar. I met there with friends we had a few drinks and socialized and most and most likely will be returning. They have many assorted beers from all over the world so what gives beer drinkers a chance to try something new!

Ok I want to be fair here. The music by Thomas Watkins was great. Unfortunately if it wasn't for the music there would be only a 2 star rating. They were extremely short staffed where someone who wasn't even employed there was called to help out. Two people had to take care of the bar plus wait on tables inside and outside. Pretty sure there was only one person working in kitchen as well. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a flatbread that was mediocre at best. This place has so much potential, but it will never be reached unless they get the help they need
