That store is my first shopping experience in Florida. I'm from Seattle. Wow, was I pleasantly impressed!Everyone was kind & just helpful in any way they could be.I was especially impressed with how clean and fresh the fish display was! And the sweet lady greeting me and offering help was literally heartwarming, and I'm no metro man!! :)Thank you to the Publix team on Ref Bug Lake Road!

First time tonight at this Publix, and I came in 15 mins before the deli closed. Regardless the employees were very nice and happy to help me, which made me and my son happy too.Thank you to Brad! Bald nerdy manager guy in glasses is a creeper, IMO. Always closely scrutinizes others in self checkout, the whole process is so accusatory.This store is a travesty - I've been a customer here for over forty years. The store has changed so much in terms of customer service.

I love this publix-granted i mostly only go here to pickup Western Unions BUT in other publix stores ive gone to in the past have given me a nasty attitude and would refuse to cash my WU for absolutely no reason whereas this Publix has always cashed my WU & have done so with the most friendliest of attitudes ever. I highly recommend (ONLY this) Publix (location).

Ry and luke at the deli were some of the best workers I’ve experience in any grocery store. I’ve been to dozens of Publix’s across Florida but these two had a positive attitude which made the shopping experience great!

Cashiers here are always friendly and helpful! This location always seems to have exactly what I need, too. AND they don't dilly-dally when they make the pub subs (thank you!!)

Great hot food and subs but the layout of the store is horrible. Prices are also higher than neighborhood market. Only buy things when they are on BOGO

Wonderful shopping experience. The staff takes great care to offer superb customer service. The only exception is the snotty brat working the deli counter. One lone bad apple won't ruin my experience. Sorry, little fella ... grow up!!

Its a Publix. Its the same as every other regular sized Publix. More expensive than Winn Dixie and other grocery stores but clean and good customer service. No bums will bother you here. Parking at this location is a nightmare this shopping center just doesn't have enough parking and its awkwardly laid out so always check how busy it is before going.

The deli ran out of fried chicken on Saturday right at 6. At least they had fried and non-breaded wings and a couple flavors of rotisserie chicken.

This is my go-to Publix. Not only is it close to my house, but it is also super clean and the dell's are always fresh and punctual! Shout out to the gentleman who makes the sushi too, he is so patient, and almost always gets fresh rolls out!

All Publix in Florida need to train their Baggers how to bag groceries. Constantly having wet items mixed with dry items, i.e. ice cream with boxed crackers. Heavy items mixed with bread or soft items like chips Etc it's not rocket science let's train our employees better!

I love, love, LOVE....LOVE THIS PUBLIX!!!! Deanna, Kamar and Chase/Terrance Deli. This group of team members along with the fantabulous Mangement staff make this the best Publix by far. The store is ALWAYS clean and well-stocked. The restrooms smell and are clean and sanitized. The Deli sandwiches are made to order and fresh from the Boars Head meat or cheese to my favorite po boy sandwich. Kamar has the recipe for Customer service embedded in his smile. Deanna runs that register quickly with grocery handling precision adorned with the most beautiful smile you ever could see. I'm here alot for my grocery shopping needs. The young man that helped me with wood can't remember his name but he's always in the parking lot making sure it's clear of shopping carts and trash. This is one of my Publix Stores. The pharmacy is exceptional and always very efficient. There is a female tech who is always very friendly and even addressed me respectfully by my name. I don't remember her name,but she is either Caucasian or Latina decent. She has long dark brown hair. She always goes the extra mile. She is a pleasure to speak with each and every visit. If she sees me in the aisle, she always speaks and asks if I need any assistance. She is a true asset to the pharmacy and your store!

Wonderful Publix. It has a Bakery, Deli, & Sushi/Seafood area just like the other Publix's. They finally have self checkout now as well. I would recommend this Publix, but if you are not a fan of a 24/7 busy parking lot, then check out the one down on Aloma & near 417N Entrance (Clayton Crossing)

Very disappointed I come to this store with my mom every weekend.. this day today I went in by myself to get ham from deli... there were 2 customers who were being attended to I was the 3rd in line waiting. Noticed that the guy handling the sandwich section was helping in deli. With that being said as soon as the person who handles the sandwich area finished with customer at deli knew I was waiting to be attended to next and he marched right back to his area without asking me what I wanted. Mind you there was NO ONE WAITING AT THE SANDWICH AREA. once I saw the blatant dismissal I walked off mad...I walked past the deli to return my bread I had purchased to make my sandwich then he had the nerve to ask me if he could help knowing i walked off upset...I said NO THANK YOU letting him know how upset I was.Then I went to the fruit area for pineapple chunks and watermelon slices and the display was void of these items. My whole mood changed and I felt like leaving everything in my cart and walk off. Today was a busy day no excuse for the lack of preparation in the fruit dept and the lack of attention for customers waiting at the deli area Not a happy customer.

This Publix overall wasn’t bad. My only reason for it giving it five stars is because it seemed like every container of berry I looked at was molded or near molding. Otherwise, the store was immaculate, the staff was friendly, and their sales were great.
