This is my favorite place for my fur babies. The owner and the staff are always friendly and patient with my 2 dogs when they come for grooming 🐕 🐕 💕👍 I highly recommend this location for their spa services or to shop some goodies 💕💕💕

I’ve been coming to Pacinos for almost 5 months or more now.. they have always been super friendly and courteous. However wasn’t happy with groomer until today finally my dog looks exactly what i wanted her to look and we are super happy ☺️ thank you Heather you have magic hands.

My wife went today and asked to speak to the groomer as she wanted to upgrade some items and only request that her face wasn’t cut too short. The groomer came out with a bad attitude from the start. She told her she has to cut her short and if she wanted to go and brush our dog and come back and then maybe she could do it. My wife was in shock because she was never treated like that at Pacino’s. My wife came home the dog was not really Matted but my wife brushed her really well. I then took the dog back and the cashier tried to help but the groomer refused to take the dog even though we were still early before the appointment time. My dog always came here and I never had any issues until now. Sadly, we won’t be back and that’s sad bc we were a customer for almost 5 years. I hope they find better employees. Kindness goes a long way.

UPDATE _ Clearly this owner doesn't care about customers and will say whatever to look good and lie. The response is proof. Stay away. My dog wasn't matted. They have a bad attitude and it will not change and this is why we will not return. No one even left a comment on facebook. Went there today and the employee was very unfriendly. I tried engaging in nice conversation and she was not interested at all. Not even a smile or thank you for a compliment I paid the shop. I don't think I'll be returning. I was disappointed though because I had heard really great things about the store. I believe she was concerned with my daughter looking through the frozen foods because she stared at her the entire time. It was very uncomfortable.

I loved it here! Beautiful boutique and amazing grooming. Adeline is my favorite and Maui loves her. And she always does a great job! She always makes sure to ask exactly what I want, and she truly cares for the animals she grooms! Highly recommend grooming your pet with Adeline!

Absolutely loved it here today. After taking my Pekingese to many groomers who actually matted his fur from improper drying of his double coat or did not clip his nails … this place did a wonderful job. He came out smelling amazing, soft, and all aspects of mini groom done. Happy to have found this place. Will be back.

Alexandra cut my dog's hair today, and she did an amazing job! She was also really kind to both me and my pup and I appreciated that the most :) I won't be going back to Petsmart or any other groomer after this experience.

This was my dogs first time getting a full groom here. I told the lady what I didn't want (even showed her a picture). I pickup my dog and she's completely shaved. She's a yorkie....I am so upset and my dog doesn't look very happy or acting like herself.

My boyfriend and I have picked up food here for 2 years. We would get special ordered frozen food for our dog every week. Or so we thought. Each time one of us went in to pick up the order they would be confused and say 'lets see if we have any in' luckily until recently they always managed. But it always made us very nervous. Last week we found out that we were never even put on the list! This was also after calling a week earlier to request a different flavor. When my boyfriend went to pick it up this last time they were confused and didn't have it! The check-out girl called the owner and she said that they would get another shipment on Wednesday (it was the weekend), no explanation, no apology, no discount, nothing. We had to scatter to find another pet food store so we could feed our dog. After this whole mess my boyfriend decided to leave a review of his experience and they replied saying that they offered 10% discounts every time? LIE. And they have tried calling several times. They sure did call only AFTER leaving his honest review. This place is not reliable and not professional. I can't believe in the 2 years at $400+ a month they never got it together. Luckily we have found a better distributer.

I got my dog's birthday cake there today and she LOVED it. The girl at the counter was very sweet and gave my dog a treat and pet her. I also bought a magnet that was super cute and affordable. I will be trying the grooming now that I know they are in that location.

Linda has been grooming my Holly for 3 yrs.... I am so happy how she cares for animals and is so meticulous with her grooming. Holly gets so excited to see Linda...I moved from Winter Springs and tried a few places in Deltona but have never been happy so I'm am doing a long drive just for Linda's grooms!!!

Amazing store with friendly and loving staff. Perfect spot to bring your furry little one to get a bath, hair cut or nails done! There are tons of great options of food or snacks that you can pick up as well. They always have a great selection of homemade treats for your furry friends!

Update: when I was there yesterday I was not offered 10% off my purchase like you are claiming and I was told that I wasn’t even on your list of customer orders after giving my name.I have been a customer here for years picking up my dogs food, only out of necessity because my dogs food isn’t sold anywhere else locally. The service is HORRIBLE here. Barbara continuously forgets my order, without even an apology, and I’m left to either pick a different brand of food or starve my dog (which obviously I wouldn’t do). Definitely would not recommend this place.

I took my dog to get groom. the owner was friendly when I called. I informed her that I wanted a groomer that was experienced. She informed me that Jennifer had 15 years of experience and she also at one time groomed show dogs. When I picked my dog after his grooming the cut was awful and looked like a person just learning to groom did the grooming and not someone with 15 years experience. one side of his face and body was much shorter than the other side. when I say much shorter I do not mean slightly short, I mean it was so obvious a blind man could see the shortness. Also, when I dropped him off he was not coughing, when the groomer gave him back to me I observed he was coughing and for hours after taking him home. His vet informed me that it could be the collar used during grooming was too tight and the groomer did not handle him properly during grooming causing the collar to tighten and irritate and affect his throat area.

Not a fan!I moved to Winter Springs from Lake Mary in April where I was beyond spoiled with amazing customer service by the Woof Gang location on Lake Mary Blvd. and International Pkwy. I was excited to try Pacino's out since it's so close to my house. Big disappointment!!!I walked in and the girl behind the counter was on her phone and didn't even acknowledge me. After a few minutes of browsing, I finally said hello to her and she barely acknowledged my existence. At this point, I wanted to get what I needed and go. I went to the dog food section and had a terrible time finding the kind of Fromm my dog likes. I was searching through the bags while clearly moving things around because the dog food section is super unorganized and the girl never offered any assistance. Because of this, I've spent the last few months driving out of my way to spend my money where it's deserved.Fast forward to tonight when I realized at the last minute that my dog is almost out of food. I sent my husband to Pacino's to grab some food. He arrived at 6:55 which was 5 minutes before closing. Definitely not ideal to arrive only a few minutes before closing but again, I wasn't aware that we were almost out of food. Low and behold, the store was closed! Lights off, complete darkness, closed. Who knows how long they had been closed but definitely poor business practice. I'll continue to drive out of my way to go where I'm appreciated.
