I like that there’s a Home Goods so close now, but it’s not always stocked with things other locations have. The same stock seems to sit in the store and new products don’t get set as often as other locations. The staff is friendly and helpful. It can be a little difficult to move around the front by the registers. They always have merchandise piled up there. Not my favorite Home Goods but glad we have one close by.

Lots of fun ideas for home decor. We like to check out several of the HomeGoods stores in the area, as there's something a little different from store to store. We got a great deal on a rolling hamper that was marked down just because it was missing a lock nut for one of the wheels (easy to replace with a trip to the hardware store). Very friendly and helpful staff.

This Winter Springs Home Goods is operating unethically and bordering on fraudulent behavior.As I reported in the "I Love Winter Springs" community group and verified by other members with similar experiences, Winter Springs Home Goods does NOT honor its own return policy.I brought back items my client had declined well within the 30th days HG stipulates as their return time frame. All the items were unused, still tagged, and I had my receipts in hand. I was promptly told by a glorified cashier with an attitude and wearing a headset that she could not refund my business card. I would only receive store credit IF she could find the items on my receipt. Of course, she could not, stating that my items didn't match up with my receipts. I told her that they absolutely did, and I had recently purchased them at this location. When I pressed her, she balked.I then asked to speak to the manager, and she implied that I was, in fact, "speaking with her." But when I asked her if she was the store manager, she hedged. That's when I knew she was lying. But low and behold, after arguing the point with her and telling her I was going to get to the bottom of this, she miraculously found the items on my receipts. But she then had the gall to state that I had not shown her these particular receipts! Every. Single. Receipt was laid out in front of her.When I returned home, I called back into the store, and the assistant manager informed me that the store manager wasn't currently on site. I explained my situation, which she deemed unacceptable, and told me that this employee would be appropriately dealt with and the store manager would return my call the next day. I never received that call.I then contacted the HG corporate office. I shouldn't have bothered. Instead of being apologetic and willing to help, the two people with whom I spoke were confrontational and resistant. When I insisted on speaking with a "higher up," I was flatly told, and I quote, "We don't do that." Full stop. I was, however, told that the matter would be taken up with their "operations team" and that I would receive my requested email regarding the upshot.When I received the email the next day, it was a form letter thanking me for MY email and telling me that the problem had been dealt with. I had never sent an email, but I did then! I informed the mailer that I had had a lengthy phone conversation with her the previous day. I then requested to be apprised of what steps were being taken and with whom HG corporate had spoken to at the Winter Springs HG.I have heard nothing back. Period. But in reading about successful lawsuits brought against the HG Corp in recent years, requiring them to pay out millions to consumers, I feel vindicated in my complaint.Trust me, I'm no Norma Ray, and we can collectively say that we can't win against these conglomerates and go on about our business, accepting their unethical behavior as part of the retail environment. But this is our community. This is home. Are we truly ok with this?If we confront these companies with the truth, if we remind them that if we purchase in good faith, we expect them to honor their own store policies, change will come. What say you?

Lots of fun stuff to browse through in this store. It is packed tight with merchandise so plan to spend some time to dig through to find your bargains! The staff is available throughout the store and the employee on the register was very pleasant.

Always a good place to go for a woman when she's bored but she better have some money to spend.. You are going to walk away with something LOL. I always end up spending over $100 each time

Nice, clean store with a lot of stuff. No lines anywhere. Cashiers friendly and helpful. My wife was so happy with this store, so we spend hour in it. Actually she spent in, I'm out, and I was really happy.

I came in to shop for my mom and found this cute little bear. When I went to the register this very sweet Asian lady bagged it but she must have accidentally broke it when doing so because when I looked inside after only walking with it in my cart it broke. I went to return it and this very feminine pale skinny man was incredibly rude and misdirected me multiple times when asking politely if there were any other ones to replace it. The store was nice but he ruined my experience and I'm really disappointed in his behavior when I treated him with grace

I love HG. For the most part I've always dealt with super friendly employees who go the extra mile. Clean, well organized, most things are affordable compared to some of same or like quality you find online from other stores. I always find something here for my place. I've bought so many beautiful things for my room, livingroom, kitchen, bathrooms from here. Something for every room.

Love Homegoods. However, this location has a horrible worker, Anne Julia. She was one of the rudest people I have encountered in a while. Not only did she roll her eyes when I asked for assistance picking up a piece of furniture… but she then said- well Im not doing it. I had to ask again if she could call someone to help me. Honestly, I believe people have bad days, but she was on another level of rude.

So I love this store for the merchandise, but the customer service here lately has been awful. I came in tonight with my family to just shop around and buy some candles and we were followed by an employee who kept sneering at us and making comments in a condescending way like “um can I help you with something?” And rolling her eyes because my child was squeaking the dog toys. Yes, my kids were talking and playing with the dogs toys, but we put everything back, weren’t in the way, and they were well supervised and didn’t break anything. They were simply being normal kids and it seemed like we were a huge inconvenience for just being hthere. Then once I chose some candles and we went to check out, there were two employees just talking at the register that completely ignored us until another cashier rudely rushed passed us behind the register never saying excuse me or a single word. Browsing Homegoods casually shopping is supposed to be enjoyable and relaxing and this was far from it!

I love home goods but not so much their prices. They have a good and bad overall, but most of their items I find to be generally overpriced. This is a great location and it’s definitely easy and fun to shop. They have beautiful things and I do enjoy shopping here. I just think it’s not for everyone when it comes to pricing. But overall, they have a great selection of home items from bed to bath and kitchen. Whoever their buyer is does a great job.

I have never had an issue with this store but when I asked the gentleman if they had any other particular chairs he said "the chairs are all over". He than told me that this is an over flow store and we don't have stock. (Thank you I have been a customer for years!! )Worst service I have ever experienced!! I purchased what I came for and cashier was pleasant but gentleman was not!

Had a return with a receipt after 30 days, items in original packaging never opened too small for my windows. I was treated like an absolute thief by “duty manager” Debbie who had the worst most off-putting attitude. Received a fraction of the price of what I originally paid for them despite the fact that I had a receipt with original price and was absolutely aware I would be getting store credit. I shop at Home Goods so often, I’ve furnished a lot of my homes with their items, of course have a credit card for the rewards, but have never ever been treated with such disgust and literally outright like a thief. Will NEVER SHOP here again, and encourage anyone who reads this to go out of their way to shop at other Home Goods. So disappointed!

It's a decent HomeGoods that usually moves around stock frequently so it is always good for a visit now and then.Of all the HomeGoods stores in the area, it is typically the *slowest* to roll out the next season/theme of products, though.I wish the checkout process was faster, but that is slow going at all of the stores (even accounting for having to paper wrap most items to prevent dings or breaks).

I've always been a fan of HomeGoods but I like the Altamonte location better. It's pretty chaotic here at least during the time when I went there. Some products were left on the shelf broken or torn and mismatching goods on wrong aisle...

I received awesome customer service from Yolanda and Debbie when I purchased a rug in May 2023.I intercepted Yolanda as she was headed into the back room and asked her for help with taking down a rug from the display. She immediately turned and helped me with a smile. Taking care of customers, even when they take you away from what you're doing; I love it!Debbie, the manager on shift, saw Yolanda working hard to take down the rug. Debbie came over and helped Yolanda. Team work; I love it!

Visited this store the other day with my grandmother. My experience was absolutely appalling. I was subjected to unfounded accusations and disrespectful treatment by the store manager. An older guy. It is outrageous that I was accused of intentionally placing an item from the clearance shelf to exploit a discount. The manager's confrontational and defensive behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Their lack of customer service skills and refusal to listen to my side of the story left me feeling disrespected. Homegoods needs to seriously reconsider the competence and attitude of their managerial staff. I refuse to recommend this store to others and will not be returning until they address these issues and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Used to love the products but going through the checkout and being harassed about getting their credit card while I’m trying to pay them for my purchase is just not worth it. I don’t have that problem with online sellers.

I love doing shopping at home goods. A lot of varieties and goods coming from different countries. I keep on coming back whenever I'm looking and in need of stuff for our new home. Always a lot of stock. In store end caps are well decorative with new arrivals and in season stuff. Very organized.

I've always loved this store, it has such a great selection of unique items! I was looking for a lamp and I found the perfect one. The employees are awesome, especially Victor who helped me with the lamp! 🙂👍
