WARNING: They do NOT honor their own coupons. We just went and meticulously picked out our items based on scanning in the app and making sure that exact item shows as eligible, yet you get to the counter to check out and the clipped coupons don't apply and they tell you tough luck. It's blatant false advertising. We left a cart of $130 worth because of this happening (and not the first time). We will no longer be shopping here, we'll take our weekly trips elsewhere.

The employees don't get paid much for the work they do. Many times under staffed they have to do more than one person's job. They're very good at keeping on the shelves up front in many areas but some can use improvement keeping things where they should be. The cashier's are very quick and helpful to help find products as is anyone who works there aside from ones that have been transferred from a different store but they still have tried their best to find things for me.Great prices and plenty of good deals using coupons from the circular and digital coupons.With inflation so high and wages so low employees still work hard to help customers get what they need.I would have given 5 stars but the store is kind of cluttered with overstock sometimes and it makes it hard to get around things to get what you want. Still a good store to shop from 🙂

This is the cleanest family dollar store I have ever been in. It was wonderful. The aisles were unobstructed and the prices were very good.

The cashiers were pleasant and it was very easy for me to find everything I was looking for. Unfortunately, you can't take the shopping carts past the door and that changed my mind about a couple of purchases, but I managed with 6 bags, 2 with pop and juice plus my cane...

While they all need to change their names to Family Dollar Plus, Dollar Plus General, and The Dollar Plus Store, since everything is now at least $1.25.🤣🤣🤣. The staff has always been polite, helpful, and jbNmn,.hgnjmjmjjjmjjmjjmjmnjmjm hmm. Jjm. Mj jjm.

Very cluttered in this store. Two dollies with boxes blocked the home goods aisle. The card selection was a lot smaller than I've seen in other similar stores and it gave me anxiety to look at it! What a hot mess. I was close to fixing it myself. That said, I did find a lovely card for my mom's birthday for $1. I like how they are wrapped in plastic. I also bought a lint roller that I felt was overpriced, but I needed one.

The manager had a nasty disposition as well as the cashier. If something rings up incorrectly fix it, the only reason I went in there is because to pass the time as I was waiting for family to show up at a near by restaurant. The store is junky, disorganized, and sad looking. The staff does not possess the ability to be professional.

The employees are really nice but every time I go there and I go often the isles for the home decor and the bathrooms accessories are blocked and you can’t shop for anything there because you can never get through I wanted some towels and I couldn’t purchase any

Just had to stop for wrapping paper real quick. It worked out great. There was a line but it moved quickly, and I found some last minute stocking stuffers as I was waiting in line.

Every time you go in this place nothing is in stock if it is in stock it's in boxes in the back of the store they don't have anybody that does this they have one person that does cashiering and stocking. They need to get with it.

The employees may not have alot of work to do which results in boredom but i shouldnt be able to see the boredom on all the employees faces. Their vibes give the place a bad feeling.

Pretty messy place and feels a bit dirty. But when you need toilet paper or laundry detergent quick and it's the nearest place to where live it is a convenient place to run and grab those types of items.

We get our cleaning supplies here @ Family Dollar for our business the prices are very low, have not found any cheaper anywhere else plus lots of other products also great store!!
