To avoid long waits in line or on phone, stay away from rush hours 4pm to 7 pm. If I do that, the wait times are reasonable. (When CVS closed a nearby store, the waits here were terrible. No more.)The pharmacy staff are courteous and helpful. The pharmacists have helped me many times and remind me about vaccinations. They are open 24/7. I find that useful.

This pharmacy location is genuinely terrible at answering their phones. I normally have to drive over just to ask a question because I’ve been on hold for over an hour multiple times that it’s not even worth staying on the phone for that long. I will say though tonight Noah was so nice at the pharmacy. It was obviously incredibly stressful with an insanely long drive-through line but also a very long line inside. He was going back-and-forth on the registers and checking as many people as out as quickly and efficiently as possible while being so nice to everyone (even the grumpy people)! Give Noah a raise! Seriously made a seemingly very stressful night/miserable atmosphere into a nice one for those who interacted with him. Only giving 3 stars because of Noah, because otherwise it would be none.

Having a very tough time getting my prescriptions and it seems like you have to jump through hoops. I realize there is a shortage but customers need help getting their medicine so please be patient with us as we try to deal with this. And please don't make it so difficult to get the medications we are prescribed by our doctors.

Love that this location is 24 hours . It can be hard to get them on the phone at times due to their volume of work however, staff is very friendly. I usually find walking in is quicker than drive through .

Worse just the worse slowest pharmacy. Wait times are 30 min to 1 hour drive thru or inside. Highly understaffed. Switching to Walgreens

Nothing nice to say. Sat on hold for 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer, just to get nothing but attitude from the moment the lady picked up the phone. Then I find out my meds that the previous cvs said would be transfered, is actually not eligible to be transfered and that my doctor has to order my meds again at this cvs. The prescription was put on delay without ever notifying me. Apparently anyone can run a cvs pharmacy now

Absolute trash. This place has no clue how to run a business. There’s always a line. They’re either not allowing for more employees to work, or, they’re not paying, therefore causing people to not work for them. I cringe when I have to come here to get scripts for family.

This is the worst pharmacy counter experience I ever had. I was told the system was down and they couldn’t find my prescription which was already ready. I knew it was ready because I received a text indicating it was. The technician was incompetent. The system in place apparently requires for the computer prescription system to be functional in order to provide service and that is unacceptable. I was firm on my demand to get my prescription even more because it was ready, I had no copay to pay and I could sign for it without the need of the computer. The Pharmacist did not even bother to come and justify the mess and after a long wait somehow they found my prescription. I will never come to that pharmacy again even if I have to drive further away to pick it up. Stay away from this pharmacy. Healthcare services can not stop because a computer is not working. Bad for CVS, shame on them.

Treat your customers like they are valued and respected. You can sometimes wait 5 minutes or more before anyone says anything to you and when they do its usually "are you picking up or dropping off". There is no greeting or engagement. It would be nice to have them acknowledge you even if it may be a few minutes before taking care of you and it would also be nice if they said Hello or Hi, how are you before asking if it's for pickup or drop off.

By far one of the worst pharmacy and staff that I ever dealt with in my life. My wife spent 45 mins on hold with pharmacy with no response. I had to call store manager to go back and input my wife’s proscription for refill. I was told that medication will be ready in 45 mins to an hour. I stopped by pharmacy to pickup and I was cut off by a car turning left so I was forced to go to pickup line and wait. After a few mins of waiting teller asked if I had a refill and I explained what happened. Without a care teller asked me to go around behind all the cars that came after me to pickup my order so I just left their incompetent store without my wife’s medication…

This used to be a good pharmacy. Medications were easy to refill with no complications and the wait times were not long. It's the complete opposite now. Problems and delays are encountered most of the time when refilling medications; requiring multiple phone calls to the doctor and the pharmacy (if the pharmacy even answers the phone). Despite having 6-7 people behind the counter, there is often a long line and wait to pickup medications, and the phone goes unanswered. I waited on hold 35 minutes for one call.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been too. I've had consistent problems with getting my medications on time ever since I moved to the area a year ago. I'm on hold right now and have been for 35 minutes now. On 4 different occasions they said my medications were not called in just to say they found them later. Right now I can't use the automated system for a refill because (AGAIN) it's saying no refills available which is wrong because my dr submitted them right in front of me over a week ago. Do not go here! They never answer the phone. I've been trying to get through for 3 days. They have more business than they are capable of handling.

It's a madhouse. They're overwhelmed with the other stores closing and all. It was always hectic but now it's just plain lunacy. I don't blame the workers or the staff I blame corporate for underpaying and understaffing.

The pharmacy staff here is absolutely horrible. My husband went here directly from the hospital for his hfm prescriptions. They told him he couldn't use his medically needy/share of cost insurance. So he called me to figure out how we were gonna pay and they berated him in front of other customers for being on the phone and not being prepared to make payment. It is absolutely disgusting the way they treat someone who is sick. The manager should be fired for the way she treats customers. We are not scummy lowlife people. I just switched jobs and my new insurance only covers me right now but I make too much money for Medicaid and were working out our insurance. We were willing to pay full price for his <100 dollar mouthwash just needed to decide which account it would come out of after an expensive hospital visit. I am so appalled I don't even have words. The pharmacy has no business interacting with the General public never mind sick and suffering people. You can look forward to my call to corporate,

Wildly inefficient. I came to pick up a prescription that had been called in 18 hours earlier and they could not find it. There were 7 people working, and there were 3 incoming phone calls, a car waiting in the drive-thru, and one person helping the 5 customers in line. Several of us were told that the prescriptions would need to be filled/refilled. Biggest chaotic mess possible. No direction or guidance. When the pharmacist tried to give directions on what he wanted people to do, they ignored him completely. They need some training on efficiency.

Down to one drive thru lane and they use it for all business including COVID testing! Was stuck between cars for over 20 minutes and when I pulled up there was only the car in front of me!! I hate having to come here they are so slow!! They gave me a previously opened pill bottle! The poor kids at the window have to deal with everything! Open all the lanes of your going to offer COVID testing to at the drive thru and post which land it is!

Worst CVS and pharmacy I have EVER been to. Avoid at all costs. So unorganized they had to look through multiple bins, with no organization to them, to find my one prescription. What should have been a quick pick up turned into a 30 minute wait. And no this is not my first bad experience with this place.

This CVS is generally very slow in the pharmacy section regardless of drive through it walk in. We have used them because of proximity but have started moving to the Walgreens. The folks who work inside for the retail section are nice and very helpful.

I had a prescription, stop by for drop off pharmacist told me they don’t have my medication in stock, it’s on order and will be available by Wednesday or Thursday. I called Sunday to ask if my medication is available, the pharmacist said I can’t provide you any information about the medication on stock over the phone, you have to come to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and they told me it’s not in stock, So why you said last time it’s in order, he said the order was rejected and they can not order this medication any more.

So after having to go to the emergency room at 2 am a few hours after 4th of july, I end up at this 24 hour cvs...I have never had such a wonderful experience as this early morning, the pharmacist was the most helpful person of my entire evening, he was super patient ,helped me find an affordable substitute for a prescription that was too expensive without insurance, and then filled the most important meds I needed asap... if you ever have to go in the middle of the night for help i highly recommend this cvs location. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful...thank you

Waste of time. They can’t fill my prescription because they don’t have the medication in stock and apparently can’t call any other store to find out who has it. The lady literally told me ”sorry but that’s too bad” I drove 30 minutes to this store for nothing don’t waste your time the low reviews are accurate this store sucks

They wanted to charge me $42 for a prescription for my dog. At Publix the prescription is free. I usually always go to Publix. But I thought I would try CVS this time. No thank you. I'll go back to Publix where it's cheaper and the staff are always friendly. Although the staff at CVS was nice about it. No complaints there. But how can they charge $42 for something and I can go across the road and get it for free? Not being competitive at all.

Reckless and irresponsible pharmacist here. Refused to honor a refill - even after my wife's physician personally called after submitting a legal and valid electronic order.I've spent a few days reading Florida statute on prescription refills and found no valid state or federal law that justified the decision of the pharmacist at this CVS location. I will be taking this matter up with the corporate office.

This team did a great job. I transferred from another pharmacy. They made it simple and quick, had the order done in the time that they had promised me, and bonus*** I just had to drive up to the window to pickup my prescriptions.😊

Usually busy, but they do the best they can to get you in and out and stay as friendly as possible. Unfortunately, the last several times I went my prescriptions could not be filled and I was sort of just shooed off.

Pharmacy staff is not very friendly, but I know they are crazy busy. They have a high volume. Not rude but don't expect anything other than getting you out the door.

Go to Walgreens, it's literally less than a mile down Red Bug. One woman behind the counter at the pharmacy is in incredibly rude, and everyone else is slow and incompetent. If the staff is stocking the shelves in the store, just leave because they won’t let you shop and you can’t get around them. Checking out in the front is another endeavor – they won’t call for another cashier until the line basically reaches the freezers at the far wall.

Garbage service. Pharmacy staff incompetent and rude, time it takes to get a prescription filled is just a random whim of fancy and only completed whenever they feel like it. Disgusting.
