So, I'm getting surgery and part of the plan was that they were sent a prescription for pain medication. They told me that they don't have enough in store to fill the prescription. I get that. My next question was whether they would call me when it was ready to be filled. I was told "no. You will have to call each day to see if we have gotten the medication in, so we can know to fill it." So pretty much, I have to hope I call them first, before another prescription comes in and takes the medication that I'm waiting for. This puts my whole surgery at risk, because my doc won't do a procedure, if he can't guarantee that I will have the follow up care that I'm going to need. CVS has gone way downhill with their service. I'm planning to leave and not return.

Rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The pharmacists at this location act as though they don't care one bit about their customers. I've been trying to get my prescription refilled for about a month without any luck. They tell me they've ordered it, give me a date when it's supposed to be in, and when that date passes with no refill, they tell you they have to order it again. Rinse and repeat. Over and over. And then they cop an attitude about, like you're bothering them by needing your prescription filled in a timely manner.

Absolutely the worst CVS in the country. The staff is extremely lazy and rude. Pharmacist and store manager is a joke, proceeds to tell me that they are out of stock of my medication but yet 20 minutes after I drive away, calls and says they can have it ready by the afternoon. Go in the afternoon to pick it up, staff tells me that it won't be ready for another 3 days. This is like the 4th time this has happened. I understand only happening once and correcting it. Like what in the world is going on? Lack of corporate oversight and ensuring customers service. The one in Oviedo closed down and that one was phenomenal. I've transferred my scripts 15 miles away just to avoid the headaches. I hope they shut this one down and their staff have to figure out employment and learn a lesson or two on how to properly do their jobs, communicate and treat customers.

Giving a 1 because it won’t let me rate this CVS any lower. Home of some the rudest pharmacists I’ve ever encountered. They agree to fill prescriptions and just depending on who’s working will decide if they want to fill it at all. Very inconsistent, condescending, and just overall unprofessional.Beware of particular pharmacist, Linh. There have been several times where she rejects medications and questions integrity of my doctor. When you ask her questions, she makes it sound like you are an inconvenience and doesn’t have time to explain what needs to be done to rectify the situation.Conveniently, when your prescription say “Ready for refill” she always seems to be working and putting them back into inventory once they are filled. Not sure if her religious views are preventing her from filling prescription later or not, but CVS corporate office needs to look into her commitment as a pharmacist and question her integrity.P.S. Somehow this review gets removed within an hour after after posting. Also, Meena is terrible as well. I really hope that after this review, something changes.

Worst pharmacy ever!! Got a text say prescription was ready I went there right away when I arrived they couldn't find it. Which they barely looked for it then I was told they would have to reorder it. Staff is EXTREMELY rude!! I tranferes to different cvs hoping to get better service. Also it's an inhaler so it's not like they had to recount anything. I don't know how you loose a prescription the same day it was sent!! I will be contacting corporate. Absolutely great service, my daughter needed a prescription. I was not with her, I was able to call them and took all the insurance info over the phone. Then sent me a link via text so I could pay the co-pay. She was able to get her meds and I didn’t need to go in person. Thank you WS team for helping out a dad and his daughter!

Another review on 11/24/23 visit: the store manager was extremely rude. I don’t know why he is still able to hold this position. I asked him why there are so many items are missing on the shelves and why the return values is only 1/4 of the purchasing price. He rudely, loudly and sharply said “ I don’t know. do you want to return or not”. His mannerisms and attitude are not acceptable especially he’s the store managerI had given many feedbacks in the past but none of the issues was improved at all. Same old issues for years at this pharmacy. There were 4 people in front of me and I waited in line for 35 minutes just to pick up my medications that my doctor called them in 2 days ago. Even though my doctor sent the prescriptions electronically 2 days ago , my medication wasn’t verified in a timely manner.I waited 35 minutes in line and then another 10 more minutes to get my medication checked. I called the store manager to ask him if he could send anyone to help at the pharmacy cashier counter. He just said there’s no one , you just have to wait. When I called the pharmacy, no matter if it’s at 7 am or midnight , no one picked up the phone EVER. When I mentioned that , they just said their phone system was down. I guess their phone system is down all the times since I called many times at different days. What kind of pharmacy that the staff never answered their phones and got away with that. A couple of same technicians doesn’t wear name tag. One pharmacist told me that I could bring a topical RX back and he could change it for me. When I brought them back , another pharmacist told me that they don’t do that , I had to call the manufacturer (which I did and no one picked up the phone just like this pharmacy ). Pharmacy staff are not efficient and not well trained.I went to up front cashier to ask why some products were empty for 3 months and the cashier standing at the counter talked on her private cell phone. It was very unprofessional. I had to wait for the cashier to hang up her cellphone to ask about products emptying on the shelves for at least 3 months. This store is at a very great location but they have the poorest customer services , empty shelves, no communication, no one answering the phone and extremely long wait at the pharmacy

This CVS is the absolute worst. I’ve been waiting 2 days for them to stock my post-op pain medication. “Call back at 11, we might have it then. Sorry we can’t transfer this” Last week their entire system went down and I couldn’t get my script or my vitamins. I was let out and the door locked behind me.A couple of months ago they lost my script in the absolute hoard of prescription pile up in the pharmacy area. Not surprised they couldn’t find a single bag in that fire hazard. She looked for it for 10 minutes before begging the pharmacist to prepare my script again while me and 6 other people in line just stood there grousing about the service.There is always a line, always an issue.One star because the frazzled staff are dealing with these conditions need some sympathy.

Every time I visit this location there is a long line no matter what time of day it is. They only have one person working the register at the pharmacy and you can see the frustration in the customers eyes. Then when it is finally your turn the associates are unfriendly and not willing to answer any questions. Today they made a man who was already waiting 20 minutes for his prescription to get filled go through the line again when there were 5 people ahead of him. That is not fair to him.

Continuesly messes up prescriptions or never has them ready after they notify you they do. Then blame the doctors office when they can't find the prescription, this is the WORST pharmacy I've ever had.

They will cancel your prescription without notice! The rude pharmacist told me to go to Publix. I would recommend staying far far away if you appreciate living!! This place will in no doubt cause someone’s death just a matter of time !!!

This pharmacy is open 24 hours which is so needed for our area. I was able to quickly fill a prescription after hours. Store is clean and up to date and the pharmacist was very helpful and answered every question.

With everything they have to deal with considering they are a 24 hr location, I'm surprised they're able to get everything done and at a relatively good time. I've never had a problem with any of the services here, including picking up my medications. The staff here are always so kind and patient, and genuinely try to help you. I would say give these guys a shot. I know they have treated me well.

The absolute worst!!!!!!!! I went to get eye drops for my son that had a swollen eye from infection and was told to wait 30 mins for them to “mix or make the formula”? After waiting more than 40 mins they came back saying they didn’t have what they needed to make the size bottle, I asked if they had any amount that could be given being they had us waiting for 40 min all along knowing that they didn’t have what they needed. They came back with the worst attitude saying no we don’t have anything!! I’m asking nicely and respectfully and they answer annoyed with the world. How do you treat your customers this horrible after waiting for a long time knowing you messed up by not checking your inventory first before making one wait. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and plain rude! You could’ve made the situation better by offering to see if a neighboring cvs had it in stock. There was zero attempt to help in this situation or at least show some sympathy or understanding for the situation so late at night with kids.

Horrible experience. Don’t ever expect to talk to anyone on the phone there. If you do get lucky and talk to them they blatantly lie to you! I am beyond annoyed with this establishment. I had scheduled a vaccine appointment for my child. I live 2 hours from this store, but it was the closest minute clinic with the vaccine in stock. I made the appointment weeks in advance. I also called two days in advance to make sure they had it in stock and they said yes. Just 30 minutes before the appointment they call and say they don’t have the vaccine. I ask if they just ran out in the last two days and they said no they have been out. So when I called two days ago they just lied to me. So frustrating to waste my time and gas…for what? Unprofessional. Also why didn’t I get alerted when stock ran out when I booked the appointment weeks ago. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t recommend this location.

Don't go here, go to Winter Springs Pharmacy across the street instead.Without exaggeration, this CVS is the single worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. They were over a week late refilling my monthly prescriptions three times this year alone. I had to go through medication withdrawals one of those times as a result. They do not answer the phone, nor do they keep their online system current. It is always a massive line, whether drive through or in store, and you are lucky if they have your prescription for you when you get to the end of it. I couldn't even get them to transfer my prescription to another location. I had to go through my doctor and have them write new prescriptions.Conversely, since I've managed to transfer to Winter Springs Pharmacy, I haven't had a single issue. Further, they treat you like an actual human, filling your prescription in advance and personally calling you should any issue arise. Do yourself a favor: go there.

Medications are never filled on time. They openly admit that they do not pick up the phone. The past 3 times, I have had to wait for my prescription to be prepared on the stop . So, on top of being hung up on when you do get through, you are stuck waiting almost 30 min just for the prescription to be filled. And this is at any time of the day. I have even waited a whole 24 hours after a scrip has been called to go pick it up and still have to wait.

It is truly unbelievably to me when you find yourself running into such rude people. If you treat your 78 yo sick clients like my mother was treated today you should find another job. The pharmacy isn’t for you. Your error led to a delay in processing her meds and now you want her to get in line and wait till after 5. She was discharged from the hospital last night to take this medication morning and night until she can have the procedure she needs to resolve her pain and sick feeling. She woke up sick. Went to get the meds and you told her she already had it confusing her more. Now you’ve found it and want her to wait till this evening. Really? Really disappointing. Grateful I don’t use CVS for script’s anymore. Moving my mom from you as well. Ridiculous!

WORST PHARMACY EVER. Staff is rude, inattentive, slow, and the wait inside and the drive thru are never less than 30 min. I just waited 35 min with only two cars in front of me. As others mentioned, they never answer the phone and haven’t in years. The only time I use them is when I have to pick up after normal business hours.

I frequent this store very often. It’s the closest to my home so convenient! I would say that almost all of my experiences have been good to great. There have been some occasions where the pharmacy is swamped and the line is ridiculous. However, they do the best they can with what they have. Today I called to have a prescription transferred from an out of state CVS location to this location and the person in the phone was very kind, and expedited my request without me even asking. She was confident and knew what she was doing!I appreciate employees like this. Thank you !

I love the pharmacy staff, especially the pharmacist that came over from Howell Branch. He was very helpful, and always was. Howell branch is closed and another CVS is closing and Winter Springs and this will overload the workers. They are doling out prescriptions and need to not make mistakes and be safe please consider appropriate staffing and keeping your stores and customers safe! I only use this pharmacy because it is 24 hours, otherwise I would very happily go elsewhere. Half the time medications aren’t ready when they should be. If you call no one ever answers- I once drove to this location and was trying to call the entire time. There are always incredibly long lines and never enough staff and overall it’s incredibly frustrating. Went today and waited over 30 minutes for an RX they claimed would take “20 mins”. Then when they called me up to receive it and check out, the pharmacy tech WALKED AWAY. So I’ve waited almost ten minutes more to simply check out. Would love to have one visit to this location where I actually feel helped.

The service at this store is horrible. It’s difficult to help in the store and the pharmacists are not friendly, not caring and don’t communicate well with the doctor’s offices. It is also impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at the pharmacy. I was in the drive thru pick up recently and I waiting behind several cars for at least 15 minutes before I reached the window. As soon as I reached the window, they put an “out for lunch” sign up and ignored me. This pharmacy is so unprofessional. I go because of my insurance but I am very unhappy with CVS.

Very busy but quick and courteous considering they are open 24 hours. I had to fill a script late on a Sunday night and this was the only pharmacy open. I was told at another large chain pharmacy that my insurance wouldn't cover my scripts so I therefore expected to pay out of pocket. The pharmacist at this location said "It's possible your insurance won't cover this" but then he actually attempted to run it and, surprise, it worked. The other pharmacy simply looked at my insurance card and told me "no" without making any attempt to verify whether they were correct. I'm looking forward to using this location as my home pharmacy.

I recently had an experience at the pharmacy (4/24/23)where I overheard a conversation between the pharmacist and a patient on speakerphone. While I'm not sure who the pharmacist was at the time, it struck me as concerning that they would discuss patient information in a way that could potentially compromise their privacy. As someone who values confidentiality and privacy, I believe it's important for pharmacies and their staff to follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding patient data protection. I hope that in the future, this pharmacy takes steps to ensure that all personnel handle patient information with the utmost care and discretion.

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. The pharmacy agent admitted to me that they don’t answer the phone , even though they hear ringing. If you have a question about your prescription, you’re basically screwed, you’ll need to make a drive up there because absolutely nobody will pick up a phone to help you. You get the impression they’re annoyed you’re at the pharmacy getting your prescription. I’ve never seen such apathy at a pharmacy before. God forbid you need a life saving prescription, you’ll probably end up dying unless you switch pharmacies. When I say this is absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with , I mean it wholeheartedly. They could care less if you’re in pain or suffering, they made that crystal clear in my dealings with them.

This has to be the WORST CVS in the Orlando area. Absolutely terrible service at pharmacy. They DO Not Care!!! All representatives seem to have an attitude and are bothered even aggravated when you ask a question. My scripts are normally not ready on time and they Never answer the phones and when they do your calls get dropped. Normal wait time on Hold is 30-45 minutes or longer. I am currently switching all my Scripps to another CVS so I don’t have to deal with this.

I just don’t know how a pharmacy can be so horrible. Like CVS is literally the worse pharmacy ever. Especially this location. They always under staff. Never have medications ready. Always behind. You can be waiting In line for literally 10-30 minutes, JUST FOR THEM TO SAY MEDICATION ISN’T READY. They always behind. It’s literally the worse pharmacy ever. I see why they are the only ones who accept Medicaid the most. They literally have to an order to have patients. I can’t stand this location. Can’t stand CVS. Walgreens will forever be elite.
