I was on vacation with my son in the area and just decided to swing by to have a look to compare to my local shops in the Northeast. Selection was fantastic. The customer service was exceptional. Even though they knew I wouldn't be a customer that day, an employee made sure to show me their offerings, explain their business, answer any questions I had, and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the hobby. He asked questions about my setup to make sure not to lead me in the wrong direction. I have been to dozens of fish/reef stores and this one takes the cake. Next time I drive to Florida I will definitely have my travel cooler set up with heater to bring something home. Thank you

Great spot and the team there is very passionate and helpful about anything coral and fish. The tanks were clean and they had some rare fish I haven’t seen before like a pencil dartfish. The grow out system is simply amazing. All your SPS coral needs.

Just had a system installed by TSA. Could not be happier with the purchase and installation process. Alex designed a custom system for me and took lots of time to answer all my questions and explain his choices.The install team was amazing. They had incredible attention to detail and they did not leave until the system was set up and running perfectly. The wiring job was top notch. The tank looks beautiful.

Bought my coral during the winter sale. Fun time hour by hour trying to get on a deal or for a free coral but wasn’t fast enough. Got some good pieces for good prices. First time buying and definitely will get in on the next sale. Very fast shipping.

Excellent shipping, contact and communication, as well as product quality. I picked up some coral, macroalgae and crabs all of which shipped promptly and are doing great. Specimens are bright in color but also quickly adapt to your home conditions. Since I'm just getting into corals after running a more simple 75 gallon for 6 years, I will definitely be ordering other corals from here in the future. Thanks for the great service!

As a newer hobbyist I was fortunate enough to visit Orlando on vacation a couple of years ago and not far away was Top Shelf Aquatics. I had never dealt with them prior to that visit but was blown away by their shop, employees, selection of equipment, fish, corals, tanks and everything related. I was even able to purchase a piece of equipment that they had in stock that was not available elsewhere. The store was busy but one of the employees made it feel as if we were the only customers by taking time to answer all of my newbie questions and helping me with coral selections. Since that visit, I have participated in their live sales online and today I’d say 75% of my coral is from TSA. They are my go to source for coral. Everything has always arrived pest free and as advertised. I wish I was close enough to call them my LFS!

Top Shelf Aquatics have been great to work with. We live in Utah so sometimes we have problems with cold weather and shipping. They have been wonderful about getting back to us if we have a problem and fast response times. Their corals are amazing and beautiful. I will definitely be purchasing again.

I purchased a sea goblin, Arrived in very good condition, and is doing OK after six months. Came in a large bag, padded packaging, unlike other vendors, who ship in small bags with little water to save on weight.

I have spent thousands with Top shelf they are my go to company for corals . When you are buying high end pieces you want to make sure who you are buying from . There shipping is spot on corals always arrive healthy . Pricing is good and most importantly if you have any questions or have any issues they are there to help . If you never have bought from them I would say you are definitely missing out on one of the best coral stores out there !! Give them a try you will not be disappointed

We live in Alaska, where it is very difficult to get coral and fish. We started in the hobby a few years ago, and the folks at TSA made it possible for us to have a beautiful reef tank. They have been extremely helpful in answering our questions and giving advice. Their communication is excellent! Shipping to Alaska can be difficult due to long transits and extreme temperatures, but we have always received well packaged corals with plenty of heat packs in insulated boxes. Every single coral has arrived warm and healthy. TSA is outstanding and is our “go-to” place for beautiful and healthy coral.

Edit: I now own a saltwater tank. Staff helped me every step of the way. By resisting the urge to do it my own way in following the advice of the staff my tank has been so far successful. Seeing definite growth in my corals. All the staff here is fantastic. Shawn specifically is the one that helped me with this tank from beginning to end. If you want real helpful advice by someone who won't oversell you something that he knows you won't be able to handle you should definitely go talk to him.~~~~~~~~~~~~Love the selection of corals here. Staff seems pretty knowledgeable. I don't own a saltwater tank but I sure do want one every time I come to browse. When it is time to finally get one, this is where I'll be going

I have yet to receive any orders (I have had many) that did not exceed my expectations. Corals always have polyps out in the bag and are super healthy. Definitely NOT the case with other big name vendors. Out of every thing I have ordered I have never seen any bugs/hitchhikers and or algae on my corals. This is the only vendor I don’t cut the frag plug off immediately before putting in the tank. Absolute perfection

Placed my first order with Top Shelf Aquatics, and was very impressed with how the corals ordered were packaged. The packaging was exceptional, corals were very protected in doubled bags and cups holding the corals in place. Each bag was labeled clearly. The corals arrived looking exactly as they did online (wysiwyg). Long story short I will absolutely order from Top Shelf Aquatics again!

This is the first time I ever bought corals from TSA during black Friday sale, I bought 38 or 40 frags and I was very impressed the way each coral was packed, one of the bags leaked and corals were all on frag plugs, no pests or algae, hitch hikers and size were impressiv. I would love to buy again, they recommended dipping corals which I did bit I did not see anything that came off the frags,

Drove to Orlando from St Pete to visit Top Shelf after seeing them all over YouTube and following them for a while. I ordered a couple frags online and picked them up (and ended up buying more frags in person lol). The shop is DOPE. Also their frag prices, for the most part, are significantly better than anyone in the industry. Usually that means the quality would be lower, but to be honest it's the exact opposite. They had some of the nicest frags I've seen anywhere... pieces that would cost literally double anywhere else. Staff was very helpful and friendly and packaged my corals for the long drive home. Thanks guys!

Very disappointed with the customer service and return/refund policy. They will not admit that they sent the wrong torch instead they argue with you when the picture clearly shows that it’s not the same. Also the torch died after 2 weeks and they blamed it on my tank when every coral in my tank is thriving (acros, torches, hammers,…) the tank is over 6 years old. After going back and forth with them they offered me $100 off to pick another one. All I wanted is a simple replacement but they wouldn’t do that. I will definitely shop World Wide Corals from now on they have the best customer service in this industry.Thats not true you guys never offered me a full refund if you did I wouldn’t be writing this review. Also you guys never posted my review on your actual website I wonder why!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are great. Saltwater fish, coral, tanks, lights and anything else you will need to be successful in the hobby. Steve and the rest of his team are fantastic. They are real professionals, if you need advice on your system go there they will help. Outstanding products and service by outstanding people. Update I purchased their display Red Sea reefer 525 and the guys loaded into my trailer and gave me some helpful tips on setting up. Always a great experience! My first choice and favorite place to buy fish too! I cannot overstate how fantastic the staff is at TSA.

I have changed my review.... I give this place 1 star. This is because the associates there lied to me. they told me that the fish I bought had been there for weeks and it had just gotten there. They said there was no need to QT the fish as it was in a hyposalinity, Cooper treated water, and that the fish was 100% healthy. I bought it died the next day. Properly acclimated it, did everything right. Then I bring it back, they test my water about 10 different ways, and since my water is pristine they gave me store credit, but we're completely rude to me. They followed me around the store like I was a thief. Rude rude rude... Their very expensive selling anemones for twice their values. I bought a huge long tip in Leesburg for $39 one half the size at this store was $80. The store is nice and clean, but good Lord their expensive and completely rude. Do your research and find a store that is for you. Price point, service, and quality. Just my 2 cents

Top shelf is by far the best aquarium store around you don't have to have no worries no live stock will have any pest or desease. They have everything you'll need and want for your tank. They will help guide you down the right path if your a beginner like i was. Now i have a beautiful perfect tank. I love the clearance section for a beginner this was vital for learning to keep coral alive without losing alot of money. I wont buy anything from anywhere else i know top shelf aquatics have the best products and live stock
