If poop poor customer service is your comfort zone then look no further than Planet Pet. I stopped by for a simple supply for a new kitten, and the young “lady”, that reluctantly came from the back waited on me. I had never been here before as a new pet owner and simply needed direction as to where their food geared towards young felines were. You would think I was asking her to be my personal shopper as put off she behaved. When at the cash wrap this person asked if I had been here before, with a sign by the register of the benefits of membership, to which I said no. And she proceeded to end the sale without asking or capturing my data for future rewards.I declined the receipt as I don’t plan to step foot here again.

I love the selection of genuinely helpful/good dog products. PetSmart & Petco don't even compare. Lots of good quality rawhide alternatives :) Also the manager/owner is amazing! So knowledgeable, helpful, and nice!

The best cat food, the best cat litter. I started going there for the litter, and lo and behold they got the only food my runt can eat in the store! No more ordering from the corporations. Shop small, shop local!

I just came to this place because we are on vacation and our dog ran out of food and this place was the only place that had it. When we arrived i politely asked the lady in the store if they had the dog food i was looking for and she rudely just answered "i don't know you have to look". So much for customer service.

Went to Petco then Walmart - both didn't have cat dewormer but this store did! Plus they didn't come up and talk to me which I appreciate about small stores like this as an introvert.

I would leave 4 stars but there was more good than bad so I didn’t want to do that to planet pet. Planet pet became my new pet store for my fur babies and I absolutely love coming here, even though I’ve never met the owner (and I’m hoping to meet soon!) I can tell she cares a lot about what she’s putting into her store for the animals which says a lot, all quality products for amazing prices which is another reason I will continue to come here (the prices are the correct prices, not up charge prices that other businesses do). I also love that they do have a rewards program on their food!Now the only thing I wish, which is why I would’ve given 4 stars, is the workers. All that I have met so far besides 1 that left, are not friendly. They all have a personality that is not welcoming and they would be the reason as to why I would not come back if it wasn’t for the products. They don’t know about a lot of the products so I don’t really get help from them, and they don’t talk to you unless spoken to, hopefully something changes but all in all, I love planet pet!

Great pet shop that’s always stocked with healthy pet food, treats, toys, and various other supplies. They have an adorable and friendly cat that roams the store. Best part is that many products are priced lower than what they are listed for on Amazon!

I have been getting my pet foods from Planet Pet for several months. It has always been a good experience with friendly people, that is , until my latest visit. I was having a nice conversation with the cashier and then all of the sudden she brought politics to the table. I tried to end the conversation but she refused to stop! I was told I need to do my research, because I did not agree with her point of view. I don’t feel that an employee should bring up such topics with customers, it’s not your business to be doing so. I have enjoyed getting my supplies at Planet Pet but unfortunately because of this one person I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Would not go anywhere else due to the quality and prices of the foods.In addition to makaylas knowledge and customer service. My three cats are grateful she suggested the food that she did and I now don't have to waste anymore of there food. She truly loves animals and treats everybody else's like her own.

Awesome pet store! We were recommended to go to Planet Pet and we decided to check it out and it was a way better experience than expected. The girl that worked there advised us on which food to get and was knowledgeable and patient answering all the questions we had and the difference in brands. Definitely recommend it.

The staff are ways wonderful and answer questions with some realistic solutions. They are a small shop that don't always have everything you need, but they always offer to help you get the specific item you need. I always come here when I have questions and need to try new things, they also have samples with a purchase.

If you understand that high quality food & nutrition is the key to health, this is your place! Skip the chain pet stores and crappy foods with unhealthy additives. Planet Pet has great products and great advice backed by a great return policy for finicky pets, because they can't tell us what flavors they like.

I've been bringing my French bulldog Hairyson Ford here since he was a puppy. The prices on dog food are about 25%-50% less here than ANYWHERE else in central Florida! The owners and the staff are super friendly and the store is always very clean! We pass by Petsmart and Petco driving from downtown Orlando to shop here!

I go in for my cat's products there tons of other foods for dogs and other animals.The owners knowledgeable on the background of all the products so you know if there's corn or non GMO products in what you're feeding your animal. I always learn something when I go in there.

The woman at the counter was so rude to me and all because of her own uncertainty of how their Customer loyalty program works in conjunction with their computer system. I recently went in to purchase my usual order and redeem my free bag of dog food using the Fromm Frequent buyer program and Margret argued with me and basically accused me of stealing the proof of purchase labels off the back of the bags. (not exactly sure how one would go about doing that- but whatever she was crazy) after arguing with me for a good 5 mins, she ended up telling me to leave and never come back. Which was fine Pookies is right across the street and give WAY better customer service anyway. I was so shocked by her behavior, that after leaving I contacted fromm Customer service immediately to make sure I understood it correctly. The woman in customer service verified that YES I was right, and was so appalled by how I was treated that she sent me a voucher for a free bag of dog food in the mail. If I could give zero stars for planet pet I would. If you want the same great pet supplies and wonderful customer service, save yourself some time and go straight to Pookie’s dog boutique across the street.

All of the girls here are really nice which is refreshing with poor service in stores these days. I only feed my buddies high quality food. This place is cheaper than the huge pet stores and I can find natural supplements and toys that are not at the other stores.

This is the absolute best place to buy pet food. Very informative about foods, and if she doesn't know she will find out. They will give you samples to try, and they have only the best selections of foods on the market.

Above and beyond service. ONE of my cats, with a sensitive stomach, only eats a certain food. Macaila has us on a schedule so i won't run out. I was almost out and due to go out of town. When the shipment did not arrive as expected, Macaila, on her day off, went out of her way driving to another source to get it. My cat is happy and I'm convinced that this exception service represents Planet Pet well.Thanks you Macaila!.

went there today at like 10:19 am they open at 10 am. So we sat there for 10 minutes no one showed up. I am all about supporting small business. Since they didn't show up now I have to go to pet smart to buy my over priced dog food.
