Bought the Skin Candy for my dog who was suffering from some allergy flares..The woman in the store quickly pointed to the product and proceeded to put together an entire bundle that would have cost me over $100 ! Not what I was looking to do to solve an itch problem and I’m GLAD I didn’t go that route.Needless to say bought the skin candy was OVERCHARGED more in store than buying off website which is quite ODD…I was instructed to spray dog 3x a dayNot only did it not do a thing for her she started to stink immediately and was very sticky! Didn’t even want her around the furniture or anything .So beware if you buy this you’ll have to give dog bath literally every other day !Not worth nearly $45 !Not to mention I was in the 7-day window of trying to get a return I sent an email and i even tried to leave a review on their website and got no response whatsoever.Completely ignored and stuck with a product I cannot used for my dogComplete waste I don’t recommend and there’s absolutely no customer service!

Really cool look with even cooler products! Super friendly owner, who had lots of knowledge about dogs and dog care. Would definitely recommend taking a look at all the fun doggie stuff, even if you don’t have one!

I was recommended to use crazy for belly, rubs, and skin candy. It worked amazing on my dog Daisy, her tail healed up and her hair grew back. Great products all natural, no chemicals, no preservatives!!

I went into the store looking for a product that would help keep my dog hair from matting. He has very fine hair that mats easily. The lady in the store recommended a spritz. I used it on my dog and OMG. The spritz got my dog all sticky and nobody can touch the dog without getting their hands really sticky. My dog went to the groomer last week and his coat was all silky and without any mats. Now, it looks and feels dirty, like he hasn't had a bath for months. Immediately after I used the spritz, his hair got all fuzzy and in the stage to start matting. What a shame! I'll have to take him to the groomer again immediately. What a waste of lot of money and my time. Who could think that a store on Park Avenue would sell something like this.Thank God I didn't buy the other products she tried to push on me. I wouldn't give a single star, but I have to give at least one star to be able to post my review.

We spent $60 on the cheeky monkey shampoo and the strawberry kisses conditioner, based on their recommendation. I said I like conditioning products as my dog has long hair. I was hoping to love it. Well, the shampoo is okay but the conditioner left his hair very greasy (yes i shook it up first). I’ve used it twice now. Both times had to rewash him to get the greasiness out. Maybe I got a bad batch, I don’t know. If we lived closer I would take it back for a refund. Super disappointed. I never leave bad reviews, sorry to do this.Follow up: The owner responded graciously. Gave us a full refund and offered us free samples of their new product line.

My 14 year old cairn terrier was having skin issues with some dry spots. After a bath with the Crazy for Belly Shampoo and Skin Meditation spray, he is doing much better! Highly recommend Nak’d!

This little dog store is so sweet and friendly. The products are wonderful! I especially love the soaps and the bath bombs. My Maggie Mae comes out smelling so lovely and SOFT!! The Don’t Bug Me spray works to keep away natts and mosquitoes by the lake!Over all this store is the best new thing in Winter Park for our furry little girl❣️

I have shopped here in the past twice and loved the products! They had an extensive line of soaps and bar soaps for dogs. We loved one of the soaps that helped with skin issues. Came in today and found the store completely different. Only about 1/4 the products they used to have, shelves bare and some gimmicky retail products. Two people were working, I stood around probably for 5 minutes and went up to the counter because I wanted to ask a question. They employee and lady who came from the back appearing to be an owner or manager, were so pre occupied didn’t even recognize me the entire time. Like I was a ghost in the store. Turned me off so I left since it seemed like they had no interest in making money. Completely different experience than before, the other lady who used to work there was so kind and explained everything for me. It’s sad to see how it’s changed now

Hi! I was in your store in Winter Park on July 22nd with my sister. She prepaid for a bottle of the Feeling Smoothie spray. Kym said she would call within the next 2 days when it came in and either have it shipped out or my sister could pick it up. She never received a phone call or the shipment. I tried calling many times and the number doesn't go through, it's like it's disconnected so I made a trip there myself to see what was going on.When I got to the location the door was locked, everything was moved from the shelves and no product was available. I saw a gentleman through the window so I knocked and asked him to come to the door. He said his name was Rob, I explained to him the situation, he apologized and said they were only changing labels and redoing a couple things and would be open that Friday. He took down both of our names and numbers and said he would call to give me an update and still to this date there is no phone call or shipment.She was supposed to be contacted the next day when they got more in and then again when Rob had more information on when you would be open again.At this point it is dishonest and bad business. Please issue her a refund or advise when the spray will be available. Are you out of business? So many questions and nobody to answer them.I sent a message on your IG account and Facebook to try and resolve this before leaving a review. I have yet to be answered.Please respond so I know how to proceed.
