Walmart located in 7450 Cypress garden Blvd Winter Haven was horrible about processing my Western Union transfer. The ghetto people pictured below behind the desk servicing the money transfer decided on their own that the transaction could have been a scam. When we got two managers involved, they could not override the employees according to policy. One of the employees ( the shorter of the two) even mentioned to other customers that they could refuse if they think or sense that a transaction was not legit. When employees are up to no good they are assuming that others are just like them. I am a professional in my field of work. They were so loud and unprofessional. We were able to drive all the way to Walmart in Haines City and the transaction was processed. Of course we had to provide ID and all but the lady was friendly and prompt with the transaction.

This is your typical Walmart. Good prices on a huge selection of your everyday needs. I especially like the signage on Organic items. The greeters were fantastic and we felt bad about those employees that might of lost their jobs due to the increase of self checkout lines. There’s lots of free parking and it’s easy to see from the main road.

This is probably the cleanest Walmart in the area. I usually dread a trip to Wally world, but this one seems to be kept at a higher level. Good neighborhood. Good access. It's busy but on their own side road so it's not as frustrating as many of them are.It's still Walmart, but I don't mind this location.

Very Nice and Clean Walmart..not too crowded...really good selection of home decor, clothes, food was well organized not a complete mess like some other Walmarts. Plenty of Parking overall a good place to shop for home essentials 🤠

This Walmart, for me, stands out as above average. I found it quite clean, organized shelves and clothes racks. The staff were not blocking isles and pushing their carts in an aggressive manner as I've encountered at other Walmarts. I pass a Walmart, sometimes, to shop here instead.

This Walmart is just as good as the Walmart in Haines City but in my opinion it's ten times better.It's cleaner, better prices, not as crowded and the employees are actually helpful unlike the employees at the Haines City Walmart.I remember when asking some people that work at the Haines City Walmart for help finding the isle for the items I was looking for only to be told that they don't speak english.3 different employees at that location said that to me which I had no problem with until going by all 3 people taking a break together speaking perfect English.Another time I asked for help with printer ink because at the Haines City Walmart they keep it locked up.I waited over 15 minutes for the guy to bring me a 70" tv instead of the ink I asked for.I was told that he misunderstood me because he didn't speak English but was told on my way out by his coworker that he did that on purpose because he does it on a daily basis to whatever White or black customer because he was racist and kept doing because he knew that he would never be reprimanded, suspend or fired because the managers also believed that he could not speak or understand English.

It's Walmart and they have most everything you need/want in stock at great prices. This location has a liquor/wine/beer store attached as well. The folks in the automotive center are super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at this location is friendly and attentive. Some of the cleanest restrooms.

The biggest challenge here is people's attitudes. Also, this ordinary person are walking around the parking lot looking for opportunities for lawsuits. To be honest, the libertinage, meaning not trustworthy, made this place unpleasant to visit but only necessary.

I ordered online but had trouble with app when my item was ready. I called the phone number & told the operator, who assured me my item will be there when I arrived. I spoke to an associate when I got there & after 5 min she came out with my item. Kudos to walmart for a job well done

Placed a pick up order, took over an hour and a half to get it. Called the stores number as well as number on the pick up sign in total of 9 times bc they either wouldn’t answer or phone was turned off. Called and complained to the manager and my order was out in less than 5 minutes. Hate having to be a Karen, but today I was. Absolutely terrible service.

There's an employee named Oquona. Might b spelled wrong. She's a cashier and was helping with returns. This lady is what kindness is all about. I hope management sees this review. I don't like Walmarts. There's so many rude employees at them. But this particular Walmart has some decent staff. This particular employee went out of her way to be kind. More than she had too. Todayy she was helping do returns at a cashier station. Manager take notice and recognize people that deserve an extra thanks.

Always the same experience and everyone knows what to expect from Walmart, if u are not familiarized the big Walmarts its an all in one place where u can find anything u want from groceries to computers, video games, anything for your house and even clothes. I love Walmart and go frequently

Some shady pricing at this location. I got a bag of GV nuggets a few weeks ago, and the display said $4.62. It rang up $9 and some change. I go in again today to get a few bags and the price is lower today. Took a picture of the display and the price. Went to the register. They again rang up 9 and change. I told the attendant that that is not what the price is on the display. She told me, oh well they are busy and havent had time to change the prices. She called someone, seemed about 5 minutes. Was told I could only get 1 at the marked price.Shady shady pricing. Trying to take advantage of hardworking peoples money, that choose to shop at your store.Check your receipts folks. I however will be taking my business elsewhere.And don't get me started on the produce section. Bags of oranges and other fruits out on display moldy and rotting.

Desiree went above and beyond to help me today after yesterday two reps refused to help me with a justified re-pricing due to a set missing one piece. The customer service rep that was there yesterday wouldn't even help me and even though I told her I really wanted the item, she just took it and said it would get sent to the back for review. Came back today looking for it and couldn't find it on any of the racks so Desiree went back to look for it, found it, and re-priced it for me (with her manager's authorization). So glad Somebody in this store does their job without grunting or complaining.

I'd love to give a much better rating but it has to be earned. I worked for this business for almost 17yrs in the Distribution Center. I was surprised at the difference with how they handle customers inside and outside online delivery services. I always believed in their (3) basic beliefs, Safety and customer service being top tier. I was extremely disappointed with the service. Let's go; Walmart Associates you must stay in the competition,

Went to check out and card reader would not work. Was told to use cash and go to my bank it's there problem. I just used it at there gas pump and was told they weren't their pumps even though they had Walmart all over them. Can't they update there system?

This Walmart car center is a joke. Without notice they stopped doing walk-ins, appointments only. The excuse was because of snowbirds in town, but what about the normal residents!!! The funny thing is when I rode pass the tire bay(S) no vehicles was inside.

Gets aggravating having to go to multiple stores just to get what you need. Then when you find it, it rings up wrong price. There was hardly any labels on the shelve so I grabbed the one that described my item. Get to register & it rings up $2 more. Went back & took picture of what I got to show customer service. Lady at front desk said that the barcoad ending in 5068 doesn't match my code 5069, so I couldn't get a refund. Told her that there is no barcoad for 5069 anywhere on the shelf but the 5068 describes my item. She said doesn't matter, they don't match. Where is that fair to the customer when they can't have their stuff marked correctly? Most of the stuff on the shelf isn't even marked.

On 09/27/2023, A Walmart employee tried to cheat me out of my discount-money at Walmart Customer Service front desk. I knew I was correct because numbers don't lie! So, I pushed my point. But this Walmart employee, a cute black girl with a Low-Cut Top (L-CT) threatened me saying; "I will call Security on you!" I said, go ahead and call 'em, I ain't scared! Since L-CT REFUSED to recount the numbers, I requested a Store Supervisor. L-CT thought that I was going to submit to her Loud Mouth Talking Down to me, but she was wrong. After a white female Store Supervisor arrived, nothing changed because the Supervisor also REFUSED to count the numbers! And then, the Supervisor told me to call 1-800-walmart and walked away. (I was thinking; are these people evil or stupid?)Next: in order for me to force Customer Service to recount the numbers, I returned all the Pool Supply items I had just purchased on 09/26/2023. And then, L-CT wearing employee walked up and agreed with me saying, "I realized while eating lunch that I made the mistake, not you, Sir!" But, what she was saying was CAP (lies) because, whether she did it on purpose or not, she was actually trying to make me 'POP, but I Stayed Cool, Calm and Collected, and finished Strong! L-CT finally recounted the numbers, and resold the same Pool Supplies back to me after subtracting the online discounts which she had failed to do on 09/26/2023.Word Of Advice to ALL customers of Walmart; never let an Evil, and or, Low Thinking Person make you POP (POP means; go mad & start cursing). The #1 & most used Tool of the Devil is to try to make you POP! Stay Strong Brothers, but watch out.
