I was trying to get a 5x7 and I ordered it online to get it from the location on first Street. Well I didn't have any notification about it until I went to the store trying to locate my product and they had trouble finding it. Little did I know that they don't make those size magnets at the first Street location and that it was just changed on the email. I felt so dumb after the whole ordeal. So I drove all the way over here and then I got it. One of the ladies working could have been nicer but Johnathan is doing well in providing services. They have a lot of interesting things here. I liked this Haribo gold bear.

This location is the absolute worst when it comes to the pharmacy! I’ve been going there for years and I’m switching somewhere else. Customer service? There is none (they ignore you). Even store managers are useless. Forget convenience I rather have a pharmacy that DOES their job and is out of my way. Do better! I’ve been on hold for a hour for pharmacist- she kept putting me on hold- I got ahold of the store manager he made her pick up. She literally answered and put the phone down I heard both the women working in the pharmacy 1/8/2024 around 7pm, conversation after about 5 minutes of this she finally picked up the phone and said, “how can I help you?” Although I was annoyed, I did not have an attitude. I just need information on my prescription. She pretended she could not hear me even though her manager had no issues hearing me five minutes prior. She ultimately hung up on me. I called back got the same manager on the phone and I was on hold from there on for another 20 minutes. I absolutely give up with this pharmacy. I’ve given them multiple chances over the years. I’m done. Customer service is awful here. Not worth fight.

I came to Walgreens night time. The cashier Nikki was rude to me. I pressed no for putting my phone in for rewards. Nikki then said I assume you don't have a a number.she was talking about for the rewards. That was rude and embarrassing in front of other customers. Nikki definitely need training on how to talk to customers.

Ferraro Rocher promotion in the front door is a scam! It says 50% off then when l got to the cashier is just for Walgreens card holders. They should put in big letters that are just for Walgreens card holders.The employee gave me a weird look just bc l said l didn't know.Second time l have problems in this Walgreens. Won't come back ever again.

location has really gone down hill, used to be fantastic customer service. not sure what changed, pharmacist is a bit of a tool with no manners, staff is impatient and unable to explain themselves clearly. save yourself some trouble and go to the location on 1st, excellent customer service.

The worst pharmacy ever. I dont know who's running that place but if you want to waste time and money and get incorrect information then thats your pharmacy. Never again. I will drive an extra 5 - 10 miles not to have to deal with that place!

There’s nothing more aggravating than trying to call the pharmacy for advice on a prescription that you picked up from them, when every paper you have says to consult with a pharmacist for questions. But yet I got pushed around by the pharmacy technician to call my doctor even when I was just asking general questions about the medication and if there’s generic versions without the same side effects and warnings. I love not feeling safe enough to take a new prescription and them not giving me any advice. I will definitely look for a new pharmacy as the staffing at this one has gone way down hill. Patient care definitely doesn’t radiate with their team. Ralph was amazing when he worked here, but I guess him and all the genuine workers left. Hopefully corporate will care enough to make a change! OUR HEALTH MATTERS

How does this pharmacy stay in business? WalMart runs a better pharmacy. The ONLY reason I go here is because my insurance has some kind of agreement with Walgreens, so I am not covered at any other pharmacy. I am forced to use Walgreens.I have issues month after month with this pharmacy. And, heaven forbid my doctor sends in a new or different prescription. They seem to always put new prescriptions on 'hold' but never reach out to me or the doctor. I only find out after days of calling the automated number that says they're 'working on the prescription' and will call me when its ready. When I finally call and talk to someone, I'm given some reason they can't fill it until they either talk to me personally or talk to my doctor.In addition to having new prescription issues and refill issues, this pharmacy seems to be extremely understaffed - probably because staff is wasting so much time handling issues like the above. Often they close the drive thru window (which I do not usually use) funneling everyone inside to wait in a long line that stretches down the aisle. While waiting in this line I have often seen other people with the same issues of getting their prescriptions filled - finding out days later that there was some kind of issue that was never brought to anyone's attention.

COMPLETE CHANGE OF OLD REVIEW-->This pharmacy is the best out of ALL walgreens locations. The store might be a little different. However, Ralph who is the manager has known me since I was able to start driving and getting my medications. They are always the most helpful and beneficial pharmacy. They can get backed up but if you speak to Ralph or Mr. Nguyen, they can help you with anything.NEW REVIEW-------->THIS WALGREENS SHOWS HOW THEIR CORPORATE IS CARING ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES. THEY DONT. THEY BURN THEM OUT TILL THE END. ALL THEIR CARING EMPLOYEES FELT OVER WORKED, UNDER PAID, AND NOT CARED FOR AT ALL.WHOLE NEW PHARMACY STAFF (HORRIBLE) AND NEW STAFF IN THE STORE. I wouldn't go. CORPORATE I HOPE YOU READ THIS BECAUSE YOU ARE SLOWLY LOSING BUSINESS.

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced at a Walgreens. I had an appointment for a vaccination at 11:30 recently. I made my appointment over a week out. Got there and there was one person Bianca working the customer service counter and drive thru she was pretty busy so I understood her less than friendly attitude. Yet there were at least 5 people filling prescriptions in the back. You would have thought someone would have came up to assist her. But no one did. There was no one but me waiting for a vaccination at the time. 11:30 turned into 12:15. I approached the counter and the woman Bianca mumbled something to me without even offering an apology or looking my way. I sat back down and 15 minutes later the person who would administer my vaccination came out and rattled off some excuse as to why I had to sit there an hour when no one else was there for a vaccination except one other customer that came in about 12:15 and asked me how long I had been waiting. The woman administering the shot told me the vaccination had to sit out for a while they just couldn’t administer it immediately. My question is, since I made my appointment a week out why can’t you review your appointment log and see what vaccinations will be needed for the day. Couldn’t you have taken the vaccination out at 10:30 or even 10:45 so that it would be ready at 11:30??? I have been to other Walgreens for vaccinations and this has never occurred. I was talking to a friend after my vaccination and she said the same thing happened to her at this location. I wish I had known before. I have had the same vaccination at Winn Dixie. At Winn Dixie you never have to wait an hour! 15 minutes tops and everyone is very courteous. Horrible customer service and lame excuses. Never again will I go to this location. They just can’t handle it.

I've been with this pharmacy for years and the previous head pharmacist Mr. Ralph(?)left along with all of the other pharmacy techs & pharmacists that worked with him. I don't know what happened but since that time I've not been impressed by the customer service & even had a few errors along the way. I felt like I was going to a small town pharmacy with the old crew. They were helpful, friendly and knew many of the regulars by name as we approached the counter. The new crew treats me like a number & gets obviously aggravated when I asked questions about the quantity or delay in approvals.

Not sure what happened with the pharmacy but it is almost impossible to get routine scripts filled without issues. The pharmacy deleted 1 of our prescriptions and they made it our problem not theirs. There is no longer any professionalism in this store. The employees act as though they are doing you a favor by being open.

My two-year-old takes two little cars with him everywhere he goes, he took them into this Walgreens the other day. I buy my products, everything is going fine, my son has his two cars in his hands the entire time that he always has that come from my house. I had a nice conversation with the cashier, she said nothing about the two little cars, she’s telling me how cute he was and asking how old he was etc etc. I get to my car and the manager runs out and told me that the cashier told her that she thinks my son took the two cars from the store. Look I understand them wanting to know because that’s something that could happen, he’s two years old. I assured her multiple times that I knew for a fact they were his two cars from home. Not only do they have his initials on them (because he takes them everywhere) but they were completely scratched up and heavily used, nothing that would’ve come new from the store. I had him in my arms the entire time and we never even went down a toy aisle, there’s no way he could’ve taken ANYTHING.I’m not upset at the manager who came out, she was very nice, what I am upset with is that the cashier had many opportunities to ask me nicely hey are those cars from the store or your house? or how about I ring those cars up for you that your kids holding? But the fact is that she had a nice conversation with me and then the second I left the store went up to the manager and told her that my son took the cars which he did not. The way she went about it really rubbed me the wrong way especially since I spend a ton of money at this store every week.

Do not use this pharmacy! They kept telling us they excepted our insurance but the prices kept going up. Then we find out that they do not except our insurance since the first of the year. ( they robbed us out of over $100) they flat out lied to us. We find out today they don’t except it. We have to change pharmacy because of this. The new pharmacist calls to get my sick special needs child’s scripts. They say they refuse to do it over the phone. They will fax it. They don’t fax it. I have to call them to have them fax it hours after it has been requested. Then while I’m on the phone with the pharmacist he is having a whole different conversation with a tec. He tells me he is doing it right now. I ask to speak with a manger. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and in that time the pharmacist still didn’t contact our new pharmacy. He waited until the manger answered the phone. I needed these meds to keep my child from having to go to the er as he has been throwing up all day. They treat you and the health of your loved ones like games. And they lie about rather they take your insurance or not. Please do not make the same mistake we did and trust this pharmacy with the health for you and your family.

The last few times I have used the drive through service, it has been at least 20 to 30 minute waits. Usually only two or three cars ahead of me too. They really need to either staff up or train their associates…30 minutes just feels excessive

The pharmacy manager decided that the prescription that was sent in for my Fiance' was not needed. He is one week post op from back surgery and apparently the pharmacist doesnt think he needs his pain meds. The drs office called the pharmacy he then agreed to fill it but refused him good rx. told him he can pay the full amount for his pain meds. We have been dealing with this ongoing issue with this pharmacist prior to surgery and now post op. Sad my fiance goes to war comes back injured amd your pharmacy tells him to screw off.

After a really long wait in the drive through, the pharmacy tech gave me the wrong price for the prescription. It wasn't until the next day that I realized they overcharged me by $200. When I explained it them they were very rude and unprofessional.The drive through always has a long wait. The hours of the pharmacy are too short for any person with a job to make.

After three hours of the doctor sending a prescription they claim they don't have I ask if they can call the doctor to verify to which I'm told that they are not allowed to call anyone even a week ago they did just that. Customer service is terrible and they need better training.

Trying to get on the phone for my prescription from the pharmacy and they hang up on me as I’m on hold. Someone even answered the phone and told us to “hold on.” And as I said hung up on us. Medicine isn’t a joke Walgreens do better

She got disrespectful towards me because she neglected to say that I had to put my rewards number in beforehand. This is very unfortunate as I usually love this location.

The lady who just cashed me out was EXTREMELY RUDE! Indian women. I won’t set foot back in there b/c of her! She huffed and puffed the whole time cashing me out. I purchased ONE THING! Then I asked for change. I said “May I please have back (2) $5, (1) $10. She said no. I said ok. May I have ones? She said no, I’m short “. Really? Saturday and a Walgreens doesn’t have change. She doesn’t say sorry. She didn’t give me my receipt. She was RUDE! Go somewhere else Winter Haven.

Wasted 45 minutes after 7 am which is the opening time for the store waiting for a manager to arrive. I wasn't the only customer to walk away because no one could get in the store.
