Paula is the worst cashier I’ve probably ever delt with in my entire life. I paid $100 cash for something and asked for some 5’s or 10’s back cause I needed smaller bills. She refused and said, “I need my 5’s.” I said, “fine, I’ll return this item them.” The manager came over and was as stupid as Paula. I’ve never had any cashier refuse to give smaller bills than a $20 bill, so unprofessional!

I used this Walgreen's store 3 times for FedEx deliveries and twice with FedEx direct delivery and once for a redirect delivery. No matter I how I do it FedEX package pickup is any easy process and is kept in the locked up back room. The only thing I have to do is show ID and tracking number and sign it. Staff is always very efficient on bringing out packages to the register. Very associate there is always polite with FedEx customers.I sometimes shop here because I like Walgreens pricing better than CVS. Walgreens I can also get more items that I need that CVS doesn't have,

Went almost 2 days with no insulin due to pharmacist trying to fill an old script instead of the brand new prescription. I have repeatedly called and made complaints with Walgreens never responding or caring that they almost killed me.

I love ordering my photo gifts from here. I find it super easy to use the online system, and it's a snap to just go pick it up (usually ready way before the estimated time) with a friendly email letting me know it's ready. Or if I am shipping it out of state I can count on you guys to deliver a prompt and quality package. Anytime I ever think of someone who would like any kind of specialty gift like this Walgreens is my first choice. And I love how we every time I do visit your site, there is always a promo code that allows me to go beyond what I was going to originally purchase. 100% satisfied customer! Thank you

I had a coupon from manufacturer to receive a blood test machine for diabetes. It clearly states on coupon no prescription needed. They said they would still need a prescription. I said well you have my information can you just contact the Dr. ? No they would not do that. Totally have no concept of customer service.

I went there to get my booster shot and was told it would take 30 to 40 minutes because they had to fill out some form. I mean how freaking long is this form 100 pages?!?!? Btw there was just one person waiting so, it wasnt cause there was a lot of people waiting. I just think the pharmacists didn't want to be bothered or was too busy and just said that. Just as there time is valuable so is mine!😡zero stars 😂

RUDE STAFF ON THE PHOTO DEPARTMENT. Made an online purchase for a collage on a wood panel for father’s day and I come pick it up and they tell me that they don’t have the wood. They proceeded to cancel my order and they didn’t even send me an email or called me to let me know. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

Be aware -- Head Pharmacist, Bharhavi P, is the sole decider if a prescription will be filled for you at this location and WILL reject prescriptions from out of the general geographical area based on HER OWN discretion. While that is her prerogative, the company at large does not agree with her strategy.Strange that two other Walgreens in the local area were more than happy to fill the prescription for me, this has led me to want to disseminate this infomation to local consumer -- Do not waste your time, money, or dignity at this place and go elsewhere.

Normally wouldn't rate one star based on the experience with just one employee but making an exception for this joke. Tried depositing cash into my chime account and the low iq bag of jelly behind the counter feels like he needs to run every "bill test" in the book to make sure they are real (which I understand I've worked in retail) but then after this blind squirrel finally finds the nut and realizes they're real, his brain tells his mouth to say the stupidest thing he can conjure up which was "either these are really good fakes or I'm just bad at checking bills". So even after checking them, he's assuming they're false bills. I don't think anyone like this should be handling other people's money. I recommend disability 👌

I was assisted by Mr. Erick Alvarez . He went above and beyond in assisting me with shipping off my Fedex package. There's a Walgreens closer to my home but I definitely would drive a little further to continue to receive the customer service I received today. Thank you again Erick for your service. Worst customer service!! I went to the pharmacy this morning, was told my insurance was expired, I told them it needed to be updated hand over my card, she did not input my insurance and continue to tell me it was expired. Gave me a dirty look! Call over another girl and repeated my self again. Finally over 10 minutes was able to get my prescription!!

Its a shame to go to a pharmacy and the pharmacist claims she cannot read the prescription, none of the medicines! I explained that each of those medicines is in my husband record, anyway the one that I needed could be read but apparently she was in a rush to close (around 5:30). Being a pharmacist myself our mission is to improve the health of people. Apparently in todays world they can only read electronic prescriptions. Service in Walgreen stores in WH is not good.

Walgreens is an okay place to shop but I prefer other's because walgreens is a bit pricey on some of their items. Plus their FedEx is only a drop-off they don't supply any envelopes or labels, I think that is almost useless because I can just flag down a FedEx driver and give him the package...

Went to return something with the receipt and was asked for an ID.U didn’t need an ID to take my money so what’s the problem when you can clearly see this untouched product is on the receipt.Will avoid purchasing from here from here on out….And no I have never returned anything here!

Worst store/pharmacy I have EVER been to. I went to transfer/filled my husbands prescriptions and the pharmacy technician (moron) tells me all I had to do was change his address on his license. I come back with it fixed and the RUDE IGNORANT pharmacist Jennifer Welch tells me I can't transfer or fill because I had it filled at another Walgreen's (it's the SAME CORPORATION!!!!!) Evem though that pharmacy was farther from our house and we only went there because other pharmacies where out of his medication and couldnt guarantee it'd be back in on the next shipment. The pharmacist was the RUDEST person I have EVER seen and the store manager did NOTHING about it. When I asked for a manager above that pharmacy, like a district one, they refused to give me any information and the pharmacist tried to refuse to even tell me what the store or district code/number was!!!! I guess customers aren't important anymore!!

AVOID THIS PHARMACY! This is truly the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. I was a Walgreens customer (at other Walgreens stores) for 10 years, but I switched to CVS recently because of the incompetent staff at this Walgreens. After they got the script, it took them two weeks to fill a prescription (and it was for a common medication). They regularly gave me 3-5 day supplies and asked me to come back when they got more in stock (again, for common prescriptions). There were often long waits in line to pick up prescriptions. After switching to another drug store, it was difficult to get Walgreens to send all of my most current prescriptions over. Very disappointed.

Bad customer service, at times bums hang out and ask for money. Had a prescription, controlled meds, they would only fill half of the prescription at a time. Had to go to CVS and get the whole thing at once. The people who work there are very disrespectful of the elderly.

Do not use the pharmacy here the pharmacist is the worst and does not have any customer service skills! Drive farther to the on cypress gardens they are so much better there!
