This location was better stocked than the one down the road from my house. Associates were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Garden Department Associate loaded 40 bags of sea shell carefully and willing. We will be back to get more soon.

Bad customer service. I went to make copies of my keys and of course you need an associate to do it for you. So I looked for the closest employee to the key section which was a lady at the self checkout. She wasn’t busy so I approached her and asked if she could please assist me with the keys. I ask my question and someone from across the store shouts something to her asking for help too and the employee turns her back to me and walks away. I was confused as to why she walked away when I was talking to her first. I go to the next employee I see and ask for help and she told me to wait because she was currently dealing with a customer which I completely understood. She then asked me to check in the self checkout section and ask an employee there but I told her I did but they turned their back on me. All she said was “Oh”. I walked away in frustration and I find a different employee by the self checkout section and asked her if she or ANYONE could help me with these keys. I was wanting to be in and out of that store but the lack of service made it impossible. She then informed me that she could not leave her area which, again, I understand but that she would call someone to help me. Finally an employee shows up to help me. I felt ignored and like I had to chase people around because they didn’t see me literally asking for help. I already have bad social anxiety and that just made it worse. I doubt this helps anything but I wanted to share my experience :( Hope this doesn’t happen again.

today we went to get a generator. A gentleman named Luis helped us with the best costumer service that we have ever had by far in any store, restaurant, etc. he explained with knowledge and detail on how to get the generator to work. super friendly, polite.

Patricia, is not only a fantastic store manager, but an amazing human being. It’s so refreshing to see someone so passionate and invested in their profession now a days. She went above and beyond for us when we came into the store to gather tools for a project. Her staff really is a reflection of her because the costumer service here is unmatched. Thank you!

Their kitchen designer (Gail) was very helpful. Their delivery system is a bit disorganized. I had to be on top of a big delivery by calling them about 7 times. Other than that, big store, large selection. Just do your research because some items are in national shortage and take long to get delivered.

I do love the idea of having this store near to my house. But also, I'm fond it overwhelming crawling and overselling, and most things cannot pick up. I often have to travel to Ponciana or Orlando because It don't carry it in the store.

A lot more helpful and courteous than the Lake Wales store, that I visited 30 minutes before I went to this one. They're equal distance from my house and will shop here rather than Lake Wales from now on

This happened about two years ago but I forgot to leave a review. Our washing machine we purchased brand new was defective. We payed for them to install our washing machine but they refused to. We called them for a refund and they only refunded about $50 dollars. We were supposed to get more. They have somewhat helpful employees. The store is ok and sort of clean.

Home Depot ssociates are more helpful and friendly than at Lowes (HainesCity, FL). I was shopping for a washing machine, and wasn't sure which one I wanted. The associate EJP0623 was very patient and informative. He gave me all the time I needed to make a decision, and scheduled my delivery on a day that worked best for me . I love the customer service at Home Depot. They give you the star treatment regardless of your race.

Horrible experience if u want a smooth easy day do not go here they sure know how to test your nerves.The worst home depot in all Polk County and I'm sure even all florida. Got laugh at by their employees at rental department because I was upset since I always rent a box truck to finish my jobs and they have always told me first come first serve so arrive early and i did they have 3 even 4 trucks and is only 8:30 am and they look at me and tell me we don't have any trucks there all reserved and they couldn't find a way fo explain, since they know i been renting them this pass few months and everytime I called before I always got told first come first serve we don't do reservations. We'll there full of it and can't find a way to fix the issue and I asked for manager and 20 min later manager still not show up. This ain't the first time I have issues with this location but since is the closes to the house but I rather drive to Lakeland they are actual professionals at their job and will solve any issue or concerns you may have.

Don’t order anything from Home Depot. The employees at the pick up desk are actively quietly quitting. I have been forced to order several times in recent months on my behalf as well as my customers. Every experience when I go to pick up I am told they do not have it immediately when I push back because I have notifications that say the products are in the building then the employee will walk around the corner and actually look for it and find it. This has been a consistent experience to the point where it is my expectation to be told my order is not in by the person at the counter. It happens with the same two people the same way every time. I have never had a single experience that left me happy and pleased to of done business at this location. If you are picking from shelves and shopping make sure you take a picture of the price tag for the item you’re purchasing I have had many difficulties with items that are advertised at one price on the shelf but ring up for other prices at the counter. My time is important and in many of these instances I have simply paid the extra money and left because getting assistance from an employee to correct the mistake Home Depot has made is it a 30 minute process and you will speak to a minimum of five people. This monopoly store has cost me thousands of dollars overtime. Because many of my clients stress and frustration, I have yet to hear a single resident of Central Florida speak kindly of Home Depot most refused to do business with this company if it can be avoided. I am now on that list

Found what we were looking for and found help when we needed it. Not something that we can usually say at a home Depot, but this location was excellent with that. Only thing keeping me from the 5 star, is the mark up on items that seems to be the home Depot way. Many of the products we shop for have such a steep mark up. Home Depot used to be more consumer friendly. These days they seem to love their contractors and everyone else just has to wait for special buys.
