Thank you Amber for baking my wedding cake. It was the best cake we ever had. My guest ate every bit of it. You did an amazing job. The cake was fresh and elegant. My Experience and treatment was handled with care, I was so concerned and the staff we're beyond professional, thank you Publix sincerely. Even the last minute purchasing of these romantic looking modern bouquets saved the day. If I could give 10 stars from start to finish on my experience with this location I would. Thank you for playing such an important role and making my event look beautiful. I am so happy to have Publix in my neighborhood ❤️

Always have amazing customer service and extremely friendly staff. Everyone knows where everything is. The store is also really clean too. Little pricey but have really good sales when you can catch them. Highly recommend store.

Noah is an amazing human. That young man deserves deserves a house and 1 million from Publix. He is probably one of the best if not the best person that I have met in the customer service industry. He had a smile on his face while he was working that was genuine. You can tell he really likes his job. He went to the rotisserie to grab me two chickens that had just finish cooking. That Publix is out of my way but, I will go there just because of him.Bree is also a doll. Very helpful and passionate about her job.Thank you

Friendly and helpful staff. My only issue is an inconsistent inventory. Also for some reason the bakery will only make cherry turnovers, I asked why they never have blueberry or raspberry turnovers, they never answer.what do they have against blueberries?

I've been going to this location for over 20 years. I wish they had more Hanukkah, Passover displays during Jewish holidays. It's non-existent. Store manager has never said hello to me even though I'm a very long time customer. Very clean and generally well stocked.

Good supermarket but lately the fruits are so expensive and not fresh. Excellent the deli and meats. I love the variety of breads and cakes.the best key lime pie ever. nice employees, cashier's that respect Seniors. Nice supervisor. Crowded parking lot.

Not sure if it’s change in management or the instacart shoppers but we use to love to shop here. Now the instacart shoppers are always pushy and rude while shopping. Or they are loitering in the front smoking. The one is always parked in a handicap spot. I’m sad they have seem to go down so much in the past 2 years. Hopefully Krogers makes it down here!

I like this Publix. The employees are, of course, very friendly. That's what they do. But some of the Publix that I have visited in the area lately, are fake friendly. They seem forced and fake. The Publix on Sr 27 in Lake Wales seems that way. They seem to be smiling in your face, but your glad that they are wearing masks!But this Publix seems genuine to me. Young and old and of every color. It does my heart good seeing an All American business acting as All Americans should. Good Job Winter Haven Publix. The example you set has not gone unnoticed. Looked at 2 other area Publix stores for a special wine that were out of stock. I contacted Publix employee Harli at your location.She located the wine and found 4 in stock. She kindly put them aside at Customer Service for us to pick up. She it truly customer service oriented and very professional. This young woman is a credit to your store! Thank you Harli!

Publix has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of any grocery stores in the south. The shelves are always stocked and lots of variety. If they don't have what you want on the shelf - ask, they will probably order it for you. Best bakery, hands down. Get the Publix app and always remember to check out the Buy One Get One Free list. The bakery has the best in bread and sweet treats.

I love this store all of the workers are friendly and you’re met with a smile. I’ve only had three less than satisfying experiences the first when wanting to complete a birthday cake order I requested a different color than the original design and asked for cream cheese icing the young lady I hadn’t ever dealt with before attempted telling me my request couldn’t be done until I advised I’ve done this with every cake I’ve ordered for years. I picked up the cake the next day everything was as expected except the color. The second and most recent incident I wanted to pick up meat smoked Turkey leg to be specific, while looking through the selection of meat I pulled two packs of meat with mold out of the freezer I handed it to the guys working that area but there didn’t seem to be much concern if there was more. Lastly I use this location for my medication for some odd reason the pharmacist had my discount card instead of my insurance card used to pay for my RX this resulted in me paying more out of pocket for several prescriptions over a few months until I asked another pharmacist to double check when asked to pay a large amount, she fixed it quickly and I haven’t had this issue since. These instances are far and few between this Publix is a great place to shop considering it’s busy location.

The macs pork rinds, Italian fenel taralli, and the olive oil taralli that we found on the shelves were all expired by a ridiculous amount of time. Two of the taralli boxes expired in March of 2021!!! I realized this once I got home. The next time I went back, about a week later, I checked the shelves which was when I found the rest of the expired items. I informed a manager who immediately asked me if I had the receipt. I told her that I didn't, and she immediately cut me off and told me she can't help me without a receipt. I explained to her that I had no intention of returning the items (I already tossed them), but rather wanted to let her know so she could pull the items off the sales floor. She thanked me with a somewhat annoyed tone and said she would handle it. Today, A MONTH LATER its all still on the shelf. I cant bring myself to shop here knowing they are so lax with selling expired merchandise. If you continue shopping here please check your expiration dates and bring all the expired items you find to an associate so they don't go home with one of your neighbors.

I visited from out of town and went there for 1 reason...blue bell pralines and cream ice cream. AND...they had it! I left with my ice cream and a made to order sub sandwiches. All was good!!!

There was a beautiful older woman( white and grey hair) who checked us out. Her son went to SC University, and she had green bracelets on. I told her it was my husband's birthday and she sang Happy Birthday to him. We were far from home, so that really made him and me feel good. They do not make ladies like this anymore. This is the exact type of person you want working with the public. The store was clean and Shiney. Always the best products as well. Fruit is always fresh. To whoever our checkout lady was, thank you, and I hope you get a raise.

I love Publix, but am not pleased with the meat department at this location.I wanted to make pasta, meat sauce and meatballs. At this visit they didn't have any meatballs made up.I asked the gentleman working in the department if he could put together a dozen. I was told 'i don't have the stuff to do it' and he just walked away.Huh??? I've never had this happen ever. He could have opened a pack of ground meat and rolled them up, sprinkled seasoning and put on the price tag.I was so shocked I had to notify the manager.He was surprised as well. He kept trying to convince me to come on back and have the guys get me what I needed. I politely declined.I let him know, I just wanted him to bring it to their attention. And also, I was gonna go ahead and take myself down to the next Publix(SouthEast Plaza) where guess what, they DID make fresh meatballs for the customer.It took all of 3 minutes guys. Stop being lazy at the Publix Legoland location
