Devonne and Brittany helped me with my checkout while my medical problems were giving me fairly intense muscle spasms, I had no need to ask for aid, it was rendered immediately and without hesitation, with concern and regards for my well-being at the forefront of their minds. They were concerned about the entire process and even expressed a concern about my capacity to get the groceries inside when I got home(Not an issue, I had help.). This store and it's employees are exceptional.

Just stopped by for a couple of things. As always a quick and easy trip to the store. Not a fan of the self-checkout lanes as I feel it takes away from the customer service experience.

Publix has a reputation for service and quality. Unfortunately, this one is slowly fading away. Poor service, incorrect product, low inventories are becoming the norm.....used to be my go to store as it's my neighborhood store, I'll drive the distance to get the experience Publix has historically provided. Pay attention.....

Worst Publix sub in the world. Today I ordered an ultimate sub about 1:00 from my phone. I wanted to pick it up at 2:30. It was probably my fault so that’s why I not calling the store and complaining. I guess I should have waited until 2:15 to place my 2:30 pick up order. Because this sub tasted like it had been sitting there over an hour. The bread was tough and soggy. It was nasty. Tasted more like cardboard. Next time I want a sub, I’ll walk down the sidewalk to Subway.

I'm pretty sure they teach you proper way to address someone that you think is stealingI'm also pretty sure them self checkout associates have gadgets that shows what been scanned an what hasn'tLeaving your register and walking up behind a customer and snatching there basket then saying I was checking to see if you scanned the sub is not it my screen was already on the part where my payment was processed so you couldn't see rather I scanned or not secondly it was an associate standing there she didn't say anything to me an was checking her gadget now what if I would of elbowed that lady cause she frightened me coming up behind me from out of no whereDo better publix

Publix is a wonderful local grocery store! I'm from NJ and in NJ there's none like em! One of thee BEST GROCERY STORES I'VE BEEN to in years! So courteous, polite and cheerful the people who work at this Publix but seriously Publix does a wonderful job with their employees! Not only do I get asked about what kinda bags I want my stuff bagged in but my stuff is bagged and I am offered to be helped outside and groceries in my trunk! WHAAAAAATTTT!!! Publix always has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of any grocery store. The BOGO selections are always available. The bakery items are so fresh and tasty. If something that seek is not in-stock, go to the service desk, they will probably order it for you.

I am disabled and can not walk and I do not have a car and my son went up to get my pills and he was stopped and accused of stealing a drink when he did have a drink but was bought at the circle k in front of Publix.

Oh my GOODNESS! WHERE to start! The floor attendants? The Deli Girl? The bakery lady? Cashier? Or even Noah, the guy that helped bag my groceries? All I can say is that I felt SPOILED ROTTEN! It's just the best store. It's clean. Stocked. The staff are kind and always smiling. If the lines are long, management will band together and knock them lines out. The deli is fast. Those lines don't last long either.
