At the time of 10:04 am I went into the bakery on 4/20/2024. I asked Patricia if I would be able to purchase some cake cover sets? She went and asked another employee and returned with a set of 9. After she told me the price I said 5 will work. I ended up paying double than what I should have due to error on the price of the ticket when Patricia input it. The ticket was printed at a higher price per piece than it should have. Patrica let me know after I had already paid for them and apologized. I asked her to just give me 5 more so we don't have to return it, make a correct ticket, and make me repay again to make it easier on her and I. She replied "she had to ask her manager". Her managers name is Rosetta. I was standing there as she asked can I have 5 more. Rosetta starts ranting and running around with her hands up aggravated saying (pull the cameras). "I just don't have 1000s of cake containers just to give you. I said " ma'am I'm not asking for 1000s I am asking for 5 more. Shs also said I needed to make a special order for that many. I told Rosetta I was simply implying it would make it easier for both of us to just give me 5 more due to their error. Patricia I'm so sorry and apologetic to you that you have to work with Rosetta. You should have someone that models behavior that you want Publix associates to display. I'm sorry you have her as your leadership and or role model. It's not fair to the customers and definitely not to the employee's. This behavior I did not expect to come from a Publix associate it deeply saddens me. I have been to many Publix stores and by far this is the worst behavior on display I have seen so far.

Had ordered two finger sandwich platters. I ordered some ham, others turkey and the rest roast beef. To my disappointment...all of the sandwiches had ham, turkey and roast beef together. The reason why I ordered them separately is because some people don't like ham, as well as turkey or roast beef. This way they would have had a choice. Will definitely check next time if I ever order again. IJS!

This is a very nice Publix. Everyone is polite and professional. Now that prices are going up everywhere in all stores, I figured why not shop at a nice store and get good quality items, that's why I chose Publix

This Publix is very clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately the light to turn into this.publix is wildly inconvenient with no turn signal on a busy road. There are some poorly trained employees as well. In the deli section, I nearly lost my entire lunch break to an employee that was unable to locate any toppings for my sub sandwich.

Wow! What a fabulous store! They have only been open 5 weeks. If I lived here, that would be my only supermarket. And their sales saved me 20%!

Not impressed with this location's fried chicken. Not sure how long it sat there but it was seemingly over cooked by the heat lamps. However, this won't deter me from going to other locations.

My Fiancé was set on coming here and I didn’t know why. She got a sandwich and had it decked out to all hell with vegetables. She evidently enjoyed it greatly. I had a few bites and it was pretty good. Besides the sandwich it was a neat store as well. 5/5.

This location in particular.. the public at north gate .. this store by far has the worst customer service.. the people won’t even acknowledge you even while in the check out line .. the deli … heaven forbid you order ahead online because 9 times out of 10 your order will not be on time !!! If at all possible I would shop at a different location ..!!

I recently visited Publix and was impressed by the excellent quality and variety of products. However, someone was stabbed here. Also, I noticed a concerning number of stray kittens in the parking lot. It'd be beneficial if Publix collaborated with the Humane Society to address this issue and ensure the well-being of these animals.

You always get help when looking for something particular. And you don't have to hunt for someone to help. The employees are in the isles. they just ask they know the answers. They are just stocking. Stockers know the location of the products

This Publix has absolutely the best customer service that I have ever been in and that's quite a few. In the last week and a half I have been in the store a few times not only to shop but do a Western Union transaction which was for a deposit for a car I sold and had already had a problem with PayPal (buyer was out of state) The young lady that waited on me first told me I couldn't receive the money as my name was spelled wrong and the next week to load some money on a card because after previous transaction (Paypal) cards and checking had been hacked. To state I was frustrated was an understatement yet Justin stepped in telling me what to do and couldn't have been more empathetic. I called the buyer did some shopping and in record time she had straightened it out. I went back Justin was working hard as it was busy yet told me he would be with me asap. If you add that to Dorothy making sure my bone marrow bones stay stocked, Glenda who without a bagger got me checked out in record time and was so pleasant you just can't beat the service in this store. It's funny as I take an Uber or Lyft to get there and many of them ask me why I come to this store as there are others alot closer and my response is go shop at both and look for help or ask a question and you'll never ask again. Your DMs etc should have shoppers and could see why this store surely rings more steadily than any others believe me I've seen numerous customers from other stores here for the same reason. Thanks management for making this store my go to and a pleasure to recommend to others.

I've noticed for a while now that things are not so good in this publix anymore. I used to buy the cooked chicken, it was fresh and tastes good, and now the chicken is old and has feathers on it. I just bought this chicken.It's disgusting. I don’t recommend anyone buy the cooked food here.

Great place. Publix presents a consistent, professional, product no matter the location. I know from working in manufacturing Publix is the most demanding of any major retailer. I personally find their fruit and vegetables to be the best. A little more expensive than other places but the lines don't get very long without people opening up lanes and helping customers get on their way. Positive and professional atmosphere that never disappoints.
