We have been going to Paw Haven for over a month now and I have to say Tobie loves them. He is treated so well. He gets excited when he sees us arrive due to the staff is amazing, friendly, and they truly take great care of my fur baby. I truly recommend them if your looking for an awesome vet.

Paw Haven is providing great care for my Aussie Doodle ever since his first vaccinations. He just had his neuter surgery this week & it went great. The staff are very caring & friendly. They called the day after the surgery to make sure Bodie was doing well! I appreciate Paw Haven keeping my pup healthy & happy

I just want everyone to know that they was amazing. We had to put my Deceased mother's dog down She was 11 years old lived a good life. But they was so amazing with us.I recommend them to anybody and they wasn't expensive at all. And she even went out of her way To do a sonogram for free just to let me know the my brownie Had a tumor on her that I wouldn't even know about they was just amazing all the way around so grateful.

Truly some of the sweetest, kindest people out there. I am frequently in and out of this vet’s office for my cats and every single time, I have an amazing experience. Dr. Orange and Dr. Glass are so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The vet techs are sweet as can be and so good with my cats. They can always squeeze me in for last-minute and same-day appointments when needed, which I appreciate so much.The office is extremely transparent with pricing and lets you know the cost for every service upfront before doing anything to make sure it’s okay with you. This is something I really appreciate, as nearly every other vet I’ve ever seen doesn’t tell you the cost until the very end of the appointment.My cats hate vet appointments but they love the staff here. I definitely recommend bringing your fur babies here!

We took our GSP in today for a first visit and was very pleased with the appointment. Our dog has been sick for the past few days and they were thorough and very kind. We will be taking our dogs there from now on :)

Dr. Orange and her team are amazing!! My fur baby wasn’t feeling well, so I called the office and they got me in that morning. I was extremely nervous, but was soon put at ease from an amazing tech, Krysti, who made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was very gentle with my fur baby as she has had limited exposure to people. Dr. Orange and Krysti did a thorough examination and was able to diagnose my baby. They gave clear instructions on how to care for her and make her better. The next day I received a phone call from the office to check up and see how my fur baby was doing. I really appreciated that and advised me to please contact them on Monday with a progress report!! I really didn’t care about what the cost was going to be but was very happy when it was very affordable. Kudos to Dr Orange and her team (especially Krysti) for taking amazing care of my baby and getting her back to her old self!!!

The staff and doctors are very accommodating and knowledgeable. The doctors take the time and answer all of your questions. The office and exam rooms are very clean. I would definitely recommend Paw Haven Animal Hospital to anyone searching for a place to take their fur babies.

They take really good care of my Furbabies Nena & Pique 🐾 🐾.All of the staff from the front desk and assistants to the Vets are all customer friendly and really care for their patients. They ask questions and really try to solve any issues my Furbabies have.They have in place the convenience of texting any questions and/or concerns, and you can send videos of the issue as well.I highly recommend Paw Haven Animal Hospital. 💖

Bootsie was seen by Dr Glass for her annual wellness exam and 3 year rabies vaccine. Dr Glass and Kristi were very gentle with her, which I really appreciate. I especially liked the recommendation letter that they emailed me. Thank You both.

I had just given up on finding a good vet near me when I found this little gem on my way to work. My cat got very sick and unfortunately passed away. Nothing to do with the vet. They immediately got him in. Was sensitive and caring. Then I had to bring him in to put him to rest and ALL THE STAFF was so patient, caring and understanding. He was my dearest pet and I was heartbroken but the kindness of the staff made all the difference. Thank you.

I brought my furbabies in on the recommendation of a family member and am absolutely thrilled with the service and care they receive. I wouldn’t think of taking my babies anywhere else. I have a judgmental cat and feisty chihuahua and their health is everything to me. Highly recommend.

For now everything is fine. Very friendly and professional. I have already recommended it and some friends take their pets there.Thursday November 16 202310:10amToday I went to look for Mikaela's simparica and the girl at the front said something to me and I didn't hear her or understand. I told her that my husband was on the cell phone and that she could tell him to help me and she got up and left to look for the medicine. They should treat their clients more kindly and not work for the sake of working.

I can’t thank the doctors and staff enough for care they have given my senior dog Dupley Joe for different treatments he has needed. They are always quick to respond when I have questions and are also very compassionate to us as dog parents as we have had to make difficult medical decisions for our fur baby. Definitely recommend their veterinary hospital. ❤️

Dr. Orange is a consummate professional. Not only her practice is competent but reasonable and they communicate very well with their clients. Friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable staff. They take care of our miniature schnauzer sisters. Highly recommend them.

The vet is very nice, and same with most of the staff. My problem is they don’t have good communication/ bad computer systems. I can’t say how many times I have made an appointment for one of my dogs, but they put in for another. One tech argued with me that my puppy wasn’t 16 weeks old so she couldn’t give her rabies shot, when she was 18 weeks and their app said the right birthday too, so I don’t know where they came up with some random age? They almost never answer the phone when you call, and when I email they will read it but never reply. They won’t give me a 6 months prescription for my dogs heartworm because she is growing, but the medication covers 25-50 pounds and she is on the low end of that. They refuse to work with online retailers like Allivet, where the medication is significantly cheaper. They also would not even give me that medication 2 weeks ago because she was 24.6 pounds, like come on… Also I got quoted $600 to spay my puppy, that is actually insane, don’t they want dogs to be fixed with how full shelters are?! All this said I do really like the vet and most staff, but I will be looking for a new vet that hopefully has better communication.

This Office is Fabulous with your fur babies, but they need much training on how to treat our fur babies owners!! Calling customers liars when you have called and left a voice mail for next day flea prevention pill!! Reception needs more training , we pay the bill , I don’t need to be called a liar!! When I took our Lil Dog DUSTY to Paw Haven I Was Very Impressed with the Facility N Staff. They were Very Friendly, Compassionate n Professional! The facility was Very Clean, it didn't smell like an Animal Pound. We'll be taking him back there again.

I’ve been wanting to visit Paw Haven for awhile. The vet I’ve been going to has been really kind but quite far from me, and I’ve always wondered why my almost 3 year old corgi is so skittish. I went today for a second opinion about a scab/bump he’s had for about two weeks now. He came in nervous but after a few minutes, Mr. Darcy felt safe and welcomed. Everyone from the front desk, tech, and Dr. Orange have been so kind and loving towards my boy! He responded well to the love he felt and all the treats. Just a year ago or so my Corgi was a victim of a dog attack that scared him as well, one of your employees was just so kind in having a dog and his owner move so I could exit with my boy in a safe manner as well. I was immediately impressed with the love and care my dog felt. I will be coming more often to make sure my dog is in need of anything. Thank you for welcoming us as new patients and the proper care my precious Corgi needs!

Gracie Mae is in amazing hands every time we go to Paw Haven! From the moment we walk in the door to the moment we leave we have been nothing but pleased with out choice of vet. The staff is so friendly and truely cares and treats my girl like their own. They were very nice, but I did not expect over a grand for teeth cleaning with possibly 1 extraction. Seems that is near average for the service.Ended up with the standard 3 year vaccinations, bloodwork and first time exam for about $250.

Their office is nice and clean and everyone is very friendly. We have a Mastiff, she needed her nails cut. It's not an easy task. They did an amazing job.

I loved it here! First and foremost, they were able to get me in same day and they weren’t even my primary clinic. Secondly, the building is VERY beautiful. I loved that the exam room was specific for cats so my cat could play if he wanted. Thirdly, the tech was very kind and super sweet. She knew what she was doing and cared for dobby very well. The veterinarian Dr. Sutton was very nice and explained everything in depth. I used to be a tech myself a few years back and I love this place . I was very pleased with how everything went. The pricing was affordable too. I will be taking all of my pets here!
