Absolutely horrible experience a manager named Amy is very rude and impolite. This manager has also been rumored to have slept with a 16 year old boy who worked their at harveys in exchange for another position. I am absolutely disgusted by the way she publicly humiliates her employees for even the slightest of mistakes. I will never ever set foot in this harveys ever again until this issue is resolved. I will also be digging deeper into the way this harveys operates and will bring everything to light on how this company handles situations.

I don't understand how Harveys and Winn Dixie is still open. Their pricing model is outdated and doesn't save money. Products are over priced and the quality is just not there.

I am the son of Latinos and my parents do not know how to speak English, I can understand that in this country it is the official language, but today a very thin blonde lady who works in the cashier area, specifically in the area of ​​lottery tickets, treats them horrible and offended them by telling them that this was North America, what are they doing living here if they don't know how to speak English and a lot of racist attitudes, just by asking them to call someone who could help them.

My favorite major brand grocery store in the area. It's prices are higher than Aldi's, but lower than Publix. And they have all the major brands that sometimes you just need to pick up. Lines seem shorter here than other majors as well. They run the same sales as Winn Dixie but are less crowded and I enjoy shopping here much more.I save 3 grocery flyers out of the Tuesday mail Aldi's, SaveALot, ( which I rarely go to by chance), and Harvey's.

Visited the store in Auburndale, FL. I wasn't impressed. This is one of those stores where you go there bc of a sale or a particular item. Wouldn't be my 1st or 2nd choice to shop. If I could give it a two and half star I would bc it's just ok.

Rocket highway Harvey's meat department blows. They seem to knock off pretty early and only stock the bars minimum of meat that's on sale. I don't usually get there til around 5 and by then everything on sale is gone. Not everybody stays home all day some of us work. Be glad when Aldi finally takes over

Staff is great, prices are usually better than most local grocery chains. Make sure to sign up for rewards card, truly the only way to get the real deals here. On the app you can get extra points to get cash back off your purchases. So far so good, now for the bad. Sometimes I get freezer burnt food products, salads spoil very quickly, and my biggest pet peeve of this location is the atmosphere. They've attempted to update the interior but they need more budget for up keep or something. It's just very depressing in this location, the lighting is very dingy and so are the floors. I had higher expectations when I saw them years ago beginning to remodel from Winn Dixie to Harvey's, but at this point I wouldn't use the term remodel. They need new equipment/freezers, open faced coolers, etc. One of the open faced coolers by the standing seafood freezers section has been feeling much warmer than usual and I refrain from food in that cooler even though the temp gauge on the outside of it states its to temp. #MakeHarveysLessDepressing Not to brag but I have years of Kitchen Manager experience, so there are somethings that I can't help but notice.

advertise a great price on catfish nuggets but they are never in stock. then they tell me what day the next shipment is coming but i drive there again and they never came in. this has happened to me on several of their specials and i'm tired of driving out of my way for specials that are not in stock. no rainchecks either. i have made my last trip to this store.

Stunning! Absolutely beautiful. Their displays where all organized so perfectly, and everyone there had a smile on their face. Our cashier was ready to help and was very good at his job.They had super amazing deals as well. Amazingly cheap produce and meat.10/10 would visit again.

Placed off of Recker Hwy and Kings road. This is a stand alone store not in the best of neighborhoods and all items are higher than alot of the grocery stores around. Customer service is not the best here. Hope you don't need to look for something because they will not help you. More like I think it's on aisle blah or maybe blah did you look on blah aisle. Then we don't have it.Ice cream prices are ridiculous . This store seems to want to keep all the groceries they are trying to sell by the prices they have.Parking lot is always cluttered with trash. Many times I've had people walk up to me and ask for money, cigarettes and even a ride. I only shop here when I absolutely have too and it is only a 1 or 2 item pick up. Don't recommend this place

At the Winterhaven store we find friendly, in fact very friendly people! Great deals too! Love the pharmacy too! We drive ten miles to get our pharmaceuticals because we have grown to love the staff! KP, Chetan, Courtney and Rasheed are very nice people that truly seem to care….keep up the great work! The store employees are kind as well. There is a kind young man with a bun and black hair that is a very respectful and caring person, don’t know his name but I believe he is walking in the spirit .
