I am so happy with Fluffy Friends Grooming. We actually saw the truck in our neighborhood and called for an appointment. They were able to accommodate both dogs the following week which was fantastic. One of the pups just got a nail trim but our 10 yr old Harley girl got the works. She smelled amazing and looked perfect. We’ve been going to a local Pet Store and this is by far the best she has ever looked.Her ears were trimmed perfectly and you can see those eyes! I highly recommend Fluffy Friends. You will not be disappointed!

Since this was the first time using fluffy I was nervous for my babies. I sat outside, so I could hear if anything happened. The gentleman whom was bathing my dogs I heard him in a calm voice talking to them. This made me feel better. I will be using again.

We finally found our new groomers in the Winter Haven area! They were fantastic to work with and really made the effort to fit us in last minute. Excellent customer service and our dog Louie looks great! They did a wonderful job on the full grooming. Louie doesn’t love being groomed especially around his face and feet, Fluffy Friends treated him with such care and he looks perfect! Thank you Fluffy Friends!

How do you confirm the appointment 2 days prior to the meeting and they cancel your appointment because you didn’t confirm AGAIN the day before. I’m at the house and when I call her and ask her why did she cancel her appointment her excuse was “people don’t show up so I canceled the appointment” completely unprofessional. Since I was already at the house I thought they would at least groom my dog but she had the audacity to tell me to come back later.
