Have you ever walked into a place and not feel welcomed? Well, that’s the feeling I got from this location. They made me feel like I was stealing something. Tried to put my cart back after looking around for fall items and an employee grabbed my cart aggressively asking if I was done with it.I noticed before he even touched my cart he looked to see if I had any items in my cart. Just an unsettling feeling. It was just strange because he waited until the very last moment as I was leaving when I’m sure he’s been inside the store all day to stop me to grab my cart. Maybe I’m misinterpreting the situation and that’s just how he is because I’m sure there’s nice people that actually work here but not a good impression as a customer. It’s honestly just how I read the situation because one can say a lot by their actions. They won’t have to worry about me returning to this store though.

Great place to come and grab a few quick groceries or cleaning supplies and random miscellaneous items. It's always a little fun to just explore and see what they have on the shelves. It's also awesome to find the exact same products with the exact same ingredients for much cheaper than even the big "discount" stores like Walmart and Target. The store has a pretty relaxed atmosphere which makes it feel stress-free. The staff is polite and does their jobs effectively. My only real complaint is that the store itself is a little disjointed/unorganized in some areas. It could use a good, light renovation but not in the style of the Big Box stores. I like the dimmer lighting and more muted colors of the store but some fresh paint and some better organized areas would look better. However, it's still very convenient and a easy place to shop and not feel like you are over paying.

This Dollar General is a good store. I had to wait in line a little to long because they only had one register opened, but it is Christmas time. The bathroom is always locked at Dollar General and you have to ask for the key. I hate this practice. You shouldn't have to announce to everyone who is around that you need to use the bathroom, but that is all Dollar General stores. I guess they don't want anybody sneaking off with the TP or soap! But at least it was clean. I wanted to put the door stop in the door when I was exiting the bathroom so the next person wouldn't have to ask, but I did what I was supposed to do and return the key without making a smart comment. The parking lot was clean as was the store. There wasn't to many employees around at all. I think I only saw the one running the register. Hey, Dollar General there are to many Americans looking for a job, maybe you could hire a few more workers. But I do like this store. It's one of the better Dollar Generals...

Worst dollar general I have ever been to. Yes the shelves are stocked but the customer service is the worst so how do you expect customers to keep returning with employees like that. You definitely need new staff here. I waited in a line for 15 minutes with 2 cashier's ringing up and all they were worried about was the food truck was arriving. You have 2 people on the floor stocking worry about the customers in front of you and let them get the truck. You run the business half a**.

We used to come here due to how conveniently located it is to us. They always seem to have a problem with register or something, checking someone out. Usually have to wait in line for 10 minutes or better and sometimes just leave the store because you cant even get checked out. I have heard cashiers talking negatively about customers, while I'm checking out. Employees at the store seem to hate their jobs. Stocking merchandise always blocking isles. Worst DG I've been to. We drive further for better service and no hassles.

I was in a hurry, only needed a few items. I went into the store. I know the store layout so I bought everything on my list quickly. Since it was Saturday and I spent over $25.00 I qualified for $5.00 off my purchase. Best deal in town!!

This Dollar General was such a convenient place,from Lake Hatchineha, it's only 4 miles, the employees are so helpful and so friendly! I have always felt safe loading my car at any time

Convenient location for me. Store could use some organization. It always looks like they just opened up and had 3 trucks just deliver products. Too crowded, you can barely get around with the carts provided. I still don't understand the whole "dollar" concept. I guess I should stick to dollar tree, where everything is actually 1 dollar..

Dollar General found on Dundee Road has anything that you're looking for with a quick stop. You may need to ask where something is to locate it because the store is packed with things. There's food section household section holiday section medication section junk food section home decor section. it's just a really good place to stop in to get something quick. The staff is friendly and helpful and they will show you where an item is if you need it.

It's a Dollar General you get the level of customer service you would expect from this type of place. It is very disheveled there is always a lot of stuff they just put in the aisles to get it out. It is difficult enough for me to sometimes get around much less anyone who might be handicapped.

I love Dollar General this one is not my favorite, I love the Dollar General in Lake Wales on 17. This one it's fairly new still have a bit of clutter. Not a bad Dollar General the shop at but it's definitely not my favorite

Brand new store Dundee Road, Winter Haven, near Lake Elbert. Very neat and clean, not cluttered with wide aisles. Very friendly and knowledgeable customer assistants.

I would have put 5 stars however the staff was wearing masks, only they were around their chins/necks. They were very helpful on finding the things I needed.

Used to love this store. Unfortunately it's going downhill lately. No room to push a cart and there's always an extremely long wait at the check out

I stopped in for some sour cream and the cashier was annoyed ringing up a disabled person in front of me. He seemed disabled himself and mad because he had to come around the counter and pick up some heavy kitty litter to ring up. Being an older person myself I found it highly insulting and I offered to help the person load their groceries into their car. Another cashier did come up and outside to help get the groceries in the car

they had some gatorade and i try to be fast and use no cart and dropped them but its ok the cashier was super nice trying help me

Took forever to check out. Their was noone at the register and we had to stand there for like 5 minutes before the person stopped what they were doing and actually came and rang our items up.

Management never welcomes me, Only 1 time she Elaborated , I asked her if anything was wrong, She said that she suffered with migraines, I can relate to Migraines, being disabled with Multiple Disorders, Disabilities..... During a visit she was informed of 2 older women Employees, Extremely being Rude to me, when I asked about Pajamas, gowns, Shorts, etc,.and needed to Purchase them because of My Gastroparesis disease one of My Disabilities, and they Refused to assist Me! EXTREMELY RUDE, NEVER WOULD LET ME NEAR AREA, AS THEY WERE PLAYING WITH STOCK! REVIEW CAMERAS. I WAS CRYING AND REPORTED IT TO MANAGER,TALL,THIN. WOMAN WITH MIGRAINES, AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE !? AND HAS NEVER EVER BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED OR INDICATED TO ME!? BY MANAGER. SICK AND TIRED OF GOING IN THERE AND HAVING TO BE THE GREETER, ect,. Rude cashier, sign in front of toy indicated a 25% discount on doll items, then refused to give the discount at register because he said the Bath, doll items I selected was not a doll, because the doll squirted water. OMG, REALLY?
