I believe the name of the cashier is Cassidy she deliver great customer service. She greeted me when I walked in she was polite and very sweet. She checked me out when I was done shopping she paid attention and made my experience quick and easy. Usually they have just the checkout opened and you wait for cashier but today was a easy-going I didn't have to wait at all.

Employees take there sweet time to jump on the register to help the line go down, they really depend on the one self checkout pos system there is no customer service interaction it’s a do it yourself mentality ….when there 7 people waiting in line …. Everyone has no choice but to use the POS because there’s no cashier up front ..Like come on now us customers are left standing waiting in a long line for the one self check out cause the employees don’t want to work the registers .. also I’ve purchased expired milk here so check your dates whatever you get in the frozen food section looks like they don’t do a good job rotating there food other then that they keep it pretty stock and cleaned.

CORPORATE. PLEASE HELP! This store is in a good location but the employees are VERY UNHAPPY people and it shows in customer service. Employees are a reflection of management and this is an ugly picture. They keep it well stocked, it’s a little crowded, but the lack of customer service is the worst problem. It’s a local joke in the area, but a sad one, locals make fun of it all the time. It was good years ago but has become so bad now I dread going to this store. Please help, we need this store, do something to make these employees happier to work here, therefore better service, maybe even a smile. What happen to James, he seemed customer oriented and happy?

What’s the point of having this location when Michael and the employees just lock the doors HOURS before closing. Ignoring all of the customers who rely on this store to feed their families. There is absolutely NO possible way you’re having ‘computer’ issues this often. And magically ONLY on his shifts. Please get rid of these ignorant people and hire people who are actually willing to work. Maybe bring Danielle back, someone who actually cares about this store and its customers.

This by far was the messiest, disorganized Dollar General I've ever been in. You had to make items that needed stocked to get to stuff. To boot the check out line was so far backed up and only 1 register open. When they opened a 2nd one it was cash only. Really? Isn't there a coin shortage right now?

***Updated Review***The past few times I've been in the store it has been a pleasant experience. I see Michael working the floor and polite with customers. The new Hispanic girls you hired are phenomenal. Thank you for finally getting good employees in there. I hope you pay them well so they stay. If the little white girl with the short hair still works there just go ahead and let her go. She has a bad attitude. Horrible. I've raised my Review from a 2 star to a 4 because those Hispanic girls are so incredible. The environment/culture feels different now. Happier and more customer focused.***Initial Review***This store is recently remodeled and looks great on the inside, however they have the same terrible employees. Michael and the girl with the cleff lip are the worst. Then there's the manager. If you tell her something was priced differently or in a different bin she will just give it to you for free. Get better staff.

Says they close at 10:00pm but twice in just this past week they have closed at 9:00pm, lights still on everything.. This dollar store has gotten to be ridiculous. There could be 2-3 employees working but only one running a register with a long line. But the other employees are more worried about putting a truck up then to help get customers out.. I give this store 1 star..

Arrived at 9:55 pm. Walked in door and was told to leave.. to get out! I said to the female employee (Skyler) that it was 9:55 and there were still several people shopping in store. She said their manager said they could close early. I asked her for her name and she told me she didn’t have to give me her name and told me to get out. The boy (Josh) running the register told me she told me to leave and to get out. I asked for corporate number and they said get out! have never in my life been treated with such disrespect at a place of business. I do all my shopping including groceries in this store. Have been a regular customer at this store for 9 years. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

After coming home and reviewing my receipt I was charged for some cat litter that cost $10 that I never purchased not only that I had two separate transactions I was told they didn't have any change so my first transaction I had to give them the $0.15 change cuz they didn't have it to give me then the second transactions my change would have been $0.85 and I had to give them that because they didn't have $0.85 in there drawer come on this is the Dollar General I guess I just donated my total of a dollar for no reason because management can't keep change their not being petty over the dollar but the way I see a Dollar General has more money than me they should have rounded it up and gave me the dollar

If you are only accepting cash or going to be closed put a sign on the door. It's that easy. I went today the shelves were empty, only accepting cash and they were locking the front door on people.

My corner DG store. All employees are very nice. There were one manager that wasn't but apparently she's not there any more. I wonder why😏. I always find what I'm looking for. The only thing is there's always merchandise waiting to be unpacked and it blocks some path ways. But other than that I'm very happy to come to this DG.

Always very smooth experience when I go here. Pretty much all of the staff are very pleasant. Some more than others, but have NEVER a bad experience with any of the staff. Usually pretty well stocked and clean.Now if DG as a whole would carry SPRING water or stock more of it, if they do carry it 🤦 that'd be awesome.Not a fan fan of PURIFIED or DISTILLED. Just sayin'.Note to Cooperate HQ:I get that ATF licensing is on thin ice all the time due to the threat of under-aged sales...But C'MON... Is it necessary to ID someone EVERY single time that they patronize and are recognized by staff?Is it possible to scan/swipe the IDS and possibly have a DB that'll keep track once once someone's been age verified should an ATF issue arise?I mean I've seen customers appear 3/4 century old have to show proof age. 🤦🤦🤦Just curious

They stock their shelves. I started using this store. Because the Dollar General at Fussels Corner needs a NEW manager. There are three citizen mobile home parks, he never keeps things in stock. Medical supplies are ALWAYS out.

The aisles were so packed with racks of merchandise you couldn’t use some of them. This is a FIRE HAZARD. If they had a fire people would die. Social distancing is impossible . And only one register open at peek times is ridiculous. Stock shelves after or before store hours and staff accordingly for the time of day. All dollar generals seem to be doing this now but this store was just over the top bad. I will never shop this location again

Awesome staff 5 years ago!! Now in the last week the store has been closed the past 3 days then they finally opened this morning but at 6:30pm they were closed again saying system failure. This used to be the best dollar general around and now it's went completely downhill very undependable for anything!!!

BEST and CLEANEST DG around and THE ONLY DG i will shop at. Always organized and did i mention, CLEAN? I've been in almost every store within a 20 mile radius and couldn't believe how neglected they all are ..even the new ones. (Understaffed and dirty) 😭 This is the only location that keeps it together (out of all the other locations i've been in)

I like going to the Dollar General it's like a mini walmart carries a variety of things for all customers .Not big appliances but small gadget and gizmos ...usually very convenient to get to .The staff is usually very friendly ............

Go there instead of walmart for speed and took just as long. Stood in back of a customer in line for 10 minutes finally cashier says oh I'm not open!&*;#$ then go to other one 10 people in line. Need both registers open.....HELLO

I was there Sunday and place a wreck .Not ADA compliant at all which is 5k fine if a wheel chair disabled person can't get around.Most DGS are this way cause NO BUDGET.

This place has many things and fair prices. If I don't feel like fighting the grocery crowd and I only need a few items it's a quick stop and they have most of the things I need
