I went in to Dollar General on Thursday, March 7th at about 6. There was no one at the register and when people were yelling for help it still took a while for anyone to get there. The employee finally got there so I asked about fingernail trimmers and she sent me to a whole different area when the trimmers were right there at the register. Not a good experience!!!

This store is a nightmare and a hazard. These pics are not a one time issue, the aisles are always blocked in a way that makes this store dangerous to everyone, especially those with wheelchairs or even canes. How they get away with being so blatantly non ADA compliant blows my mind. This is the second time I’ve gone in and walked out with nothing, because I could not get to the items I needed.

To the person that just attended me at 6:20pm on August 14th 2023, QUIT YOUR JOB, there is no "i have a line" excuse when an old person is in front trying to get his stuff and you are basically pushing them out of the store because "You have a line" sooo? YOU WAIT, if you have to wait 10 years for the person to finish you wait 10 years for the person to finish, you hate your low wage paying job, get another one because i was fine waiting for the sir in front of me to finish his shopping, so no need for you to hurry him up because there is a line AND WITH AN ATTITUDE 😒😒😒 STOP ACTING LIKE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO AGE.

The cashier Tina is very unwelcoming, she should not be in customer service at all. Has bad attitude. NO Hello when you approach the counter, No Thank you when leaving. She was eating a bag of chip and had to finish them b4 checking me out. Clearly she didn't want to be there.

This store has so much inventory, so many aisles. But there is a lot to look at. The cashier is nice. And she is experienced. Fast at the register. They had what I was looking for. I bought a lot of shorts and shirts. It is already too hot.

The store could use some real work. It's a risk going in to shop sometimes. There is always stuff stacked an looks like on bump an it will all come down. Its like going through a maze an hope nothing falls on u.....##### May 24, 2020#####Updated I went into the store a couple days ago an wow just wow. The store is so clean an safe looking. I noticed one of the workers was back Holly Bentley great job girl. I walked through the store able to see everything on the shelves clearly. I actually shopped for once instead of running in a grabbing exactly what I wanted an worrying that I would be buried alive.

Better have a ID if you need to pick up cigarettes or any other tobacco product!! Fast turnover in employees but some have been there in long running. Great prices on milk right now. A lot of parkingspaces just always make sure you turn left when leaving. I gave five stars because I go there all the time.

Always have fun going here. Took my daughter there for first time and whatever she liked I got her, she was flabbergasted. I told her to fill the basket and she thought I was joking and I said its all really great stuff. And its only $1. Didn't spend a fortune and she was amused for 2 hours. Shampoo, makeup, air fresheners, picture frames, treats for the dog, sweets in smaller packs. We had a blast.

I needed a gift bag,card, and tissue paper and quick checkout. No one at cash registers when I walked in, so no welcome.I had to ring bell several times, no one came, then I went up and down aisles looking for the help and saying, Yoohoo, anyone working? No answer. Found employee in storage room and told her I wanted checked out.

Very reasonable prices.. This particular Dollar General had a pleasant cashier. He was also knowledgeable of where items were located. However, the store plan was very unorganized. I recommend a different floor layout

They were stocking shelves and not letting anyone take from the shelves. They had aisles blocked and when I asked to get into one was told they couldn't move the carts! Rude, people dirty storeStill nasty, and now with limited stock. Apparently rice and canned tomatoes are hard to get items- of course Walmart Publix Winn Dixie they have no problems having "easily & readily available" items in stock. What a shame, some of these stores are in small towns that have no major grocery store, and dollar general can't even carry the most basic of items!

It's your typical Dollar General. The store and its layout will not wow you, but the people make the difference. It isn't 5 stars because its basically the Waffle House of grocery stores, but I love the staff so I will keep coming back.

The manager there is so rude you can't find nothing in the store .. it's roof is leaking like alot .. all the coolers aren't working .. the only thing that made this place decent was one of the workers !! She's normally at the register with short hair and glasses. The manager acts so rude when you ask her a question.

Every time you go into one the aisles are sitting with racks full of boxes to the point you can't get down the aisles, always cluttered up. We like going there but very tired of dealing with this. I'll start going to Big Lots instead.

Only one employee was working during the busiest time of the year which was the holiday season he went out of his way to help every customer that he could plus check them out at the register and still had a sense of humor he was very professional and knew how to handle every customer I would go back as often as I need to have great prices and the employees are extremely nice

The woman who runs the store always opens but then closes and leaves. Unprofessional. Especially when it's past time to open. Needs to be a lot cleaner and organized. Best part: It's clean out front, but not because of the DG workers. They leave it a mess and let the porter people do their work. Good job to the cleaners who clean the lot. Not to DG workers.

The employees here are very rude. I have had one bad experience after the next with rudeness from employees who have acted in my opinion very unprofessional. I was told that I could not return some craft duct tape VERY RUDELY because it didn't come from a Dollar General!!! I asked them to plz just go look on the isle and they refused and acted as though I was trying to rip them off! True I didn't have my receipt but it most certainly came from there they had plenty on the shelf. I just wanted to exchange it...I over estimated how much I needed for my project. Another time I was yelled at then FOLLOWED because it was 10 mins to close time and they wantwd me out rt that second. I won't go here ANYMORE!

This Dollar General is very messy. You can not go down many of the aisle with a cart because they have product in the way that hasn't been put on the shelves yet. They are usually busy anyway and check out is never quick. The shelves are either empty or you can't get to whatever it is you came for because there is to much junk in the way. Dollar General clean up your aisle before someone gets hurt...

The employee at the register had no idea what he was doing, zero sense of urgency whatsoever. And therecwas a long line behind me. Usually this dollar general is pretty good, this employee kinda ruined it.

This is got to be the worst Dollar Store I've ever gone to the Isles were packed and trashed stuff on the floor it's a good thing I'm not in a wheelchair because there would have not been room the Isles are so slender the store was just in disarray I'll never go back there if I could give them zero Stars I would but I'm giving them one star because the only good thing in the store was the cashier who is very polite.

Inventory is never stocked and eisles are always blocked with the things waiting to be stocked. No sense in even trying to use a buggy you can't get even get down the eisles. I literally live right across the street but will drive to Cypress Gardens to avoid the mess if at all possible. Sorry guys but Looks/seems like poor time managment. Staff always appears to be busting their butts but the store is never clear. Can't imagine their frustration either.

They have wonderful day water wicking yoga pants I love them not as tight as some on the expensive stores but they're super comfortable well worth the money

Store very nasty. Stuff all over the floor. Was afraid I was going to trip over something and fall. Christmas still in boxes and on the floor. Could not find what I went in to find. Just a nasty dirty store. Very disappointed in the all around experience. Want go back there again.

Store is a disaster of a mess. Half the aisles are blocked with stuff that needs put away, spilling over onto the floor. Some aisles you can’t even get down to get any items. I still had to go to Walmart after I left there to get things I couldn’t get to there.

Went in store today and really noticed how clean the store was. The isles were free of clutter. Compared to past experiences, the store was always overcrowded with stuff and you had to find a way around it.
