The staff is knowledgeable and had an item I needed in stock. The prior CVS I went to had my medication on order for over a week and then filled it incorrectly twice. As a nuclear pharmacist, I appreciate the hard work of community pharmacists and technicians. The CVS pharmacy at 7009 Cypress is great, they calculated the correct day supply, were able to use my insurance to save me the most money, and understood my somewhat confusing prescription. Thank you!

The pharmacy staff….where to begin. My husband and I came to pick up our medications and was told the price was way more than we normally pay. So I asked that’s more than normal can you tell me why? And the lady starts yelling “I don’t know, new year new prices or deductibles. Do you want them or not” we told her to keep them filled we will be back later that day after we call our insurance to figure it out. She said you have 10 days.We return the next day, and they have placed the meds back in the shelf and no one notified us about this or anything. So we now another inconvenience. Not first issues with the staff. Good news for us is we found that other pharmacies take out Caremark.

The lady Rica was holding conversations that had nothing to do with anything pharmacy related with people that was the same skin color as her but was rude to black couple after they waited a good amount of time for her to finish the pointless conversation she had with another customer

I want to first preface this review by saying that the front sales clerks here are FANTASTIC! Very helpful, very friendly. I've seen them bend over backwards to help elderly folks, and have helped me as well, on numerous occasions. That's the only reason why this is a 2-star review and not a 1-star. However, the pharmacy here needs some re-training and needs to hire some new people, or new management. There's no due diligence, they couldn't be bothered to double check anything for you. Today, I went to pick up 2 prescriptions for my wife. She does the CVS text notifications and confirmed with me that there are 2 prescriptions. Lady at the pharmacy said there was only one prescription. I asked her to double check. Nope only 1 prescription. So I figure it's a mix-up, I go down to the CVS down the street (970 Cypress Gardens). The man at the window tells me that there are indeed TWO prescriptions that were sent to 7009 Cypress Gardens. So I drive back, insist with the lady at the pharmacy that there are 2 prescriptions. Turns out there WAS another one, she just didn't tell me because it wasn't covered by my insurance. Why would you intentionally not tell me about a prescription just because it was not covered by insurance? (It ended up being under $20 BTW, so no problem there.) Why did I have to drive to another CVS in order to figure this out? This has happened multiple times. If it's not some mistake, it's incredibly long wait times to get meds filled. This is why I send prescriptions to the 970 location when I need them in a hurry, even though it's further from my house.

Friendly and helpful staff, busy during peak hours.I'm not entirely sure why everyone is being so harsh and rating this location 1 star. I've lived in this area for 7 years and I rarely have a poor experience with this CVS. The employees always wave and greet me upon entrance, walk me to specified items in aisles, and are there to help me solve any issues I have.Lines for prescription pickups are typically longer during peak hours. When scheduling a pickup in person or on the phone it's always available at the time we've arranged with no issues. I've never had a mix up with my MANY medications (8 different, 1 from a separate doctor).The only issue with the pharmacy seems to lie in CVS itself, not the store specifically. When requesting a refill online sometimes it won't go through leaving me empty handed when picking up my medication. They really should look into getting that fixed, but other than that if you call or go in person they'll gladly help you and everything will be guaranteed to be ready for you.Maybe, perhaps, the people who reviewed this location negatively feel the staff are rude because they theirselves are rude. I always come in in a good mood and their attitudes match that of mine. Upon further investigation, other reviews seem to be very strange about their star rating. They'll only give companies 1 or 5 stars, no in between.

Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful. Pleasant employees every time I go there. The only thing that bothers me is that they do not seem to get regular shipments of stuff. They have been completely out of my preferred foundation, tampons, mascara, and razors for more than 4 months now. I have been stopping at Walgreens for my items now because this CVS is STILL out of the things that I buy regularly. Which is a bummer because I use their pharmacy for all of my prescriptions and it sucks having to stop at two different stores on my way home from work.

My wife had placed an online order for prescription pickup and other supplies from the store we paid the money for same day delivery when our products arrived the order was not correct the supervisor Tina kept trying to place the blames on us when we clearly have the order confirmation and details that state what we ordered we asked for the manager (Andrea) she said the manager just left for the day and would not turn around to help get our order straight. We needed the items today and would have went ourselves if we knew it would end like this plus we wanted to limit out exposure to outside people due to CVS conducting COVID testing. We asked that the delivery driver return with our correct order but both Andrea and Tina refused to help this is not a way to conduct business I would give them a zero star if I could completely unprofessional. We then had to wait on hold for over an hour to file a complaint and ask for a refund. Don’t waste your time and money dealing with this BS store

This CVS really realy badly services. My daughter prescription refill by my doctor last Thursday. I came to pick up today. They said no refills at all. I said . Are you sure? She said yes for sure., I explained my daughter refills last Thursday, she looked back said,come back by 430pm. Believe or not. Thinking about people need a prescription and wait from Thursday still 430pm. Are they going to die? I hope the store manager need to read their clients reviews and thinking. Hey,what did going on? But I believe the manager didn't care the owner the CSV didn't care either. I said no matter this CVS,the other locations same too. I move from CVS Orlando to winter haven.It is really such. If I can't do change 1 star below 0 I will too. We pay prescription not for FREE.

Terrible customer service and time management. I came here straight from work to pick up a few prescriptions. Upon arrival, one of the prescriptions was not filled because they were waiting on approval, via fax, from my doctor's office due to the kind of prescription it was. I left and stated I would be back for the remaining prescription. I immediately called my doctor's office to check on the status of the fax and they replied that not only did they fax the approval over, but also spoke on the phone with one of the pharmacy associates who ensured her that she would fill the prescription. A nurse from my doctor's office put me on hold to call them back to ensure they received the fax, for the third attempt and the pharmacy assistant stated that as soon as she got off the phone with her she would begin filling the prescription. At this point in time I've already driven all the way back home, so I drive 30 minutes back. Upon arriving to the CVS, an hour after my first visit they pharmacist lies and tells me they had just got off of the phone with the nurse and have not filled my prescription and that it would be another 20 minutes, minimum. A 15 minute trip, turned into nearly a 2-hour trip. Avoid the wait, and go to Publix.

Save yourself the time and energy, go to ANY other CVS Pharmacy. They are slow, rude and do not know what they are doing. Don't believe me, start by calling their phone, 20-30 minute wait if you are lucky. If you get your meds here you may want to make sure they are correct!!!

Went in on Friday afternoon to buy a few things. I was in there on Thursday and it was business as usual. On Friday I discovered that they had ripped out the service counters and replaced them with “self-service” kiosks. They were not functioning properly and there was only one clerk working. The only assistance she was giving to anyone was telling us that they had put them in during the night and she knew nothing about them or how they worked. What is wrong with you companies forgetting about the first rule of retail is CUSTOMER SERVICE! ? This store is very convenient for me, in fact easy walking distance. However, I WILL NEVER RETURN. Walgreens gets my business from now on.

I don't particularly care for having to cash myself out when I'm paying for things that are overpriced. But to have an employee come stare at me like i'm a thief is crossing the line. If they have time to come watch me, they have time to do the job themselves. I'll drive a little further to Walgreens from now on.

Called to have important life saving medications mailed to me as medically unable to leave my home. Spent 8 minutes on phone to ensure it was mailed that day. Never mailed, and found this out because had to call 4 days later.

This pharmacy is the best staff they are very helpfull professional. Dr. Mini will call me and keep me updated on any information that she thinks i need to know about. Staff Luis great in customer service. And today i met Dr. Azuim not sure if i spell his name correctly but he was very helpful with me. Great customers service for these 3 individuals i have been with this branch the past 1yr and months. Thumbs up continue your great work!😃👍

Just FYI The pharmacy manager told me today he's not passed the DEA background yet and can not order some drugs because of that. Why would CVS do this? And why wouldn't they let you know this upfront. How stupid!!! And the people are rude!! Does CVS own this store? It should be closed until they fix it!!

The pharmacy is always extremely slow....always have to wait so long just to pick up a prescription. Waited in line for 15 min today and they had not even acknowledged the person in front of me who was at the window. Finally just drove away....returned hours later and the line was still 5 cars deep!

Photo lab service is non existent. Tried to get assistance with the machine that would not allow check out..she walks up and cancels the ordered, instead of helping me figure out the malfunction so I could order more pics, I changed machines to complete my order. In the past when I printed picture cards I was always given envelopes to go with the card. Apparently this is not offered anymore.

I have not ever used this cvs pharmacy but the reviews are very similar to the reviews from the lake wales cvs,( which I've used for the last 3 months n can say they are THE WORST CVS IVE EVER USED) I also see the same negative reviews from the avon cvs. Which tells me that cvs corporation is not paying attention or simply doesn't care bout the poor incompetent employees they hire.Cocoa beach has a great pharmacy staff, maybe cvs corporation needs to send the incompetent cvs employees in lake wales ,avon n winterhaven to school hosted by cocoa beach pharmacy staff. Where they can learn how to do there jobs.Going to a private pharmacy, maybe have a better experience.

Went in with blood coming down my leg and was ignored, asked front store clerk and was told to go to pharmacy from there I was ignored as staff answered phones and couldn't be bothered to respond to me. I called the store and spoke with a female pharmacy manager whom then told me every excuse in the book, ( the front staff should have helped, pharmacy people can't leave the counter - really you can't answer a medical question without leaving the counter?) Rediculous! Woman couldn't even apologise without me explaining that they should have answered the question and to be nice to your customers!!! Don't go here, find a real pharmacy with people who care and are not just worried about their paychecks!!!!

Adrian Estrada at the pharmacy is the most condescending, unhelpful being on the planet. I tried to get my 3 year old flu medicine only to be told it would take an hour just for them to get the prescription when the clinic sent it before I even left. It wasn't until I went inside to complain to a manager that Adrian informed me that he had the prescription all along and already filled it.

At the first moment the attention looked to be nice I need passports pictures for my kid the person who made the pics was nice then I went to the cashier a different person and a showed a coupon of $2 off that hey provided in their web page and show him and she didn’t apply it because she says that it needs to be printed and the coupon doesn’t say anything about it , what actually says is a instruction to the cashier to enter a 4 digit code to apply the coupon but she didn’t want to do it ...
