This was such a nice little place. We were greeted by a gentleman who was so friendly as soon as we entered the store. I went to purchase a few homemade treats for my German shepherd dogs and this store did not disappoint. I got a few special birthday treats and a couple of the "Florida" inspired treats. I also found a kit to make my puppies a birthday cake. It included the mix, icing, sprinkles and a silicone pan shaped in a bone. So cute! I will definitely be back when I'm in the area

I must say that is Woof Gang is the best one we have been to. Tori groomed my golden doodle and did an amazing job. She was very informative, professional, and friendly. I will definitely be going back to get my grooming there with Tori! Not to mention they have the best snacks for the pups.

Frank was beyond amazing. Celebrated our pup's 14th birthday with us. I love woof gang and will definitely come back to this location. Frank- thank you for pitying my old lady as I know she is getting up there in age:) Great recommendation on the dental treat as she loved them!! A regional chain of small stores, Woof Gang seems to do a great job of capturing that boutique dog-supply store feel while offering reasonable, large-store prices. The selection is well chosen, too, with cute and fancy baked treats, wholesome simple treats, premium everyday food, collars, leashes, supplies, and toys. Prices weren't always clearly marked, but it's a small, friendly place, so price inquiries werent too much of a pain.

This place is beyond incredible. I rescued a dog and I wanted to give him a bath. Took him to Wolfgang. in Winter GArden as it was closer to the training I was taking him. Jennifer Lombardi went above and beyond with the customer service, The groomers were extremely patient and sweet and made sure Peyton felt at home. Later 3 days later I had a bad experience with the training facility and Jennifer not only helped me but once again groomed Peyton. Also Emma stayed with him until I picked him up. This place goes far and beyond any customers expectation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT I wish I would live closer so I can bring all my puppies here

If I could give the staff and groomers here more than 5 stars I would!!!They have been great with our Border Collie/Australian Kelpie mix, Kali. And with our fur-ocious Pomeranian/Chihuahua, Rosie. We cannot tell you how awesome they are. You need to go in, not call, to meet and greet the staff. Nice thing is the downtown Winter Garden area is dog friendly so bring the kids when you do.Just talking to them about your needs, their services, etc. will demonstrate to you what I say here is the truth...the best in the area, period.We had issues with another local pet spa. Let's just say their review reflects the issue accurately along with my resume in working with dogs in over 4 decades.I hate to write this review because we love our little gem. It is hard enough to get a booking when we want it. However, because they do right by us, I want to do right by them.Hoping someday they have the ability to expand and become the best groomers you can get in all of Florida. Who knows...maybe better than those big named corporate places you find everywhere!Anyway, we love them and are loyal customers. No matter where we live in Florida, I'd drive hours to have them work on our fuzzy kids.See what they do for Rosie in one of my pics. I think she hates us now because people think she's cute when she wants to be feared, LOL! ;)

Every time I go for a grooming they say my dog needs to get matted, shaved to his skin even though i brush him everyday and feel no knots. They keep the dogs in kennels. Prices are high

Walked in ecstatic to celebrate our dog’s 2nd birthday (after having driven 30 mins out of town for a DOG bakery) and the workers didn't even greet us (there were two associates present). Gave them the benefit of the doubt and loudly expressed excitement on the “Happy Birthday” treats at the front door and still no acknowledgement or greeting. It wasn’t until we started leaving when they gave the weak attempt to greet us with a simple “Hi.” Simply not the experience we wanted or what our dog deserved.To some it may seem silly, but as a couple who cannot have kids of their own, celebrating an occasion like this means a lot. Luckily, and to our surprise there are some other options nearby such as “The Hangry Bison” with a Dog Menu, and we got our pup food from there.

So very blessed to have Sophia as our groomer ! She takes care of Lola and Teddy , cavapoos who sometimes have knots and matted coat. Even tho most groomers would shave them down , Sophia is so patient and truly treats my pups like her own❤️ They always come out smelling wonderful and looking great !!! Highly recommend Sophia to anyone with poodle mix!

I've been pretty hesitant to take my dog to any groomer but Ashley at woof gang did amazing! I showed her a picture of my dog before with the length and style I wanted and when I came to pick my dog back up I almost cried tears of happiness! It was absolutely perfect!! LOVE this place! We moved and needed a place closer to where we live now and so we brought our Newfoundland fur baby here to get fully groomed and de-shedded. They did a FANTASTIC job!! And she loves her groomer!!But one thing that was a bit disappointing (but understandable) is They only give you 45min to pick up your pet. If you call and need more time, they will extend it another 45min if you need for free…after that they charge a $50 kennel fee.I get that, but where we used to go, they never minded keeping her for the day because we work, and never charged us any extra for it!But overall great service and wonderful staff!!Definitely will bring her back and out other babies too! ❤️🐶🐾🐾

I brought my Maltese poodle in for a groom he’s a 9 month old puppy couldn’t even drive off before they called saying they couldn’t groom him. I don’t know their protocol on stress puppies but I worked at a grooming and boarding place before and we’d take our time with more fearful dogs as they need a little extra warming up. They didn’t try to work with him or ease him, it’s very unfortunate. For as much as they love their pups I guess that’s only for the less challenged ones. Id recommend asking them how they handle a stressed pup before booking an appointment.
