We adopted 2 beautiful kittens here through Candy's Cats. They have adaptive quickly to us and their new home. The people and volunteers were extremely nice, helpful, and answered all our questions. They have the best, most beautiful kittens/cats that we have seen, and the animals are very friendly. Candy's Cats are there on Saturdays 12-3. Please visit them for your next adoption. Thank you, we are very happy!

Sofia in the grooming salon did an excellent job with our fussy beagle, Coca. Her nails were trimmed to perfection and she is soft, fluffy, and smells wonderful!

This is my local pet store, so I buy almost all of my food, treats and litter here. Staff is very friendly. Prices are high, but I think that's the case everywhere. They partner with local rescue group Candy's Cats and have rescue cats available for adoption.

Today was my first time visiting this PetSmart because I scheduled for my puppy to have her first grooming. Shaina, her groomer, was AWESOMEEEEEEE!! She was great with my puppy Sasha and Sasha liked her too 🐕! Shaina even went the extra mile to decorate Sasha's hair with two pink bows 😍😍!! Sasha and I will definitely be back again for Sasha's next grooming!! Thank you so much Shaina 🌞🌞🌞 The other members of staff were also very friendly and helpful during my shopping experience.

Shania is an awesome groomer. Our Scottish terrier Gavan can have some aggressive behavior and he does not like getting wet. She has now groomed him 3 times and he looks amazing. .

This Pets Smart is atrocious. They not only shaved my dog too close to his skin. They were rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unprofessional when it came to my pets grooming needs. I am absolutely devastated how I was treated in this establishment. I will never recommend this business or another Pets Smart to anyone.

Not the cleanest store I’ve seen, but I mean it’s a pet store. The staff are absolutely amazing here. Lately I don’t see them selling any animals besides fish which is weird. But you can go there every weekend to adopt a cat or dog, and the rescues that are there are amazing. I reccomend Colleen as your trainer, she is great. The manager really cares about the customers which is admirable. The groomers are really nice and there are great service opportunities for your pet. My favorite place to shop for my pets!

Earlier this evening, I was assisted by Jen at the register. She was very friendly and she was so nice, even when I was having trouble. She was extremely patient with me and very personable. She gave excellent customer service. I could not be more pleased by my experience and associates like Jen make me much more likely to choose PetSmart over other pet supply stores.

Wasn’t greeted waiting on my dog 4 groomer available. Groomer was being very rough with another dog. Dog hung from the table because the groomer was so rough pushed dog off.

The grooming salon is disappointing for a cat owner. Today was the last time I'll take my cat there. As you can see in the pictures, I picked him up still soaking wet and not brushed. I was called and told he was ready for pick up, but he wasn't. Also, the cat groomer called out the day before, so I had to reschedule. This was, overall, an awful experience.

Nice and clean. You can bring your pets, but I wish there was a better way to walk them in..In Florida during the summer, the asphalt can burn your dog's paw. After speaking to staff, you can park behind the store and use a sidewalk.

Logan is the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He spotted small holes in a bag of dog food I was getting and helped me understand that it could be a bigger problem than I realized, so I could get what I really needed. Thank you Logan.

Used to have decent prices, now they want $80 for any 30lb bag of dog food. I can buy 30lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast from Choice Meats for about $120. Why so greedy???

BEWARE! They butchered my parents dog! He has cuts on multiple spots on his back. They didn’t even have the decency to say anything to us! The wounds got infected and we had to take him to the vet. The poor thing is still suffering. If you don’t have the skills to perform such services, then DON’T. We will no longer be going to PetSmart for grooming EVER again!

Amazing customer service. I went there to pick up prescription food for my cat. The first order went throught and the second one placed later was still pending. I asked if it was ready by any chance. An employee (she didn't have a nametag so I didn't have her name,) called the department responsible for prescriptions and had them push it through so she could fulfill the order on the spot and give me both order. That saved me a trip and now I can get my cat started on his new food asap :)

There are two Petsmart in my location, this is the only location that is overly friendly like during my interaction they all go above and beyond of what you expect from a pet store. I like going her and it's well stocked and you get to see beautiful pets.

As a loyal customer who has consistently spent hundreds of dollars per month at Petsmart, I recently had an incredibly disheartening experience that has left me questioning the value of my continued patronage. Despite my ongoing financial support and trust in their services, the treatment I received from groomer Ashley and manager Kristi was deeply disappointing.With four cats and a dog in my care, I have consistently relied on their expertise to ensure the well-being and cleanliness of my beloved companions. However, during my most recent visit, I was met with an utter lack of respect and professionalism.Upon picking up my cat after receiving notification that she was ready, I was shocked to discover an additional charge of $20 for special handling and dematting, despite the fact that dematting was explicitly included in the package I had selected and agreed to pay for. Seeking clarification, I politely inquired about the additional charges and why dematting was added and special handling. To my astonishment, groomer Ashley became defensive, unprofessional and displayed a rude demeanor.As a customer who consistently spends significant amounts of money each month, I expected a higher level of professionalism and respect. It was disheartening to be met with such rudeness and unprofessionalism from groomer Ashley, especially considering the financial support I have provided to PetSmart.Seeking a resolution, I escalated the matter to manager Kristi, hoping for a more reasonable response. Unfortunately, my encounter with Kristi only further deepened my disappointment. She attempted to justify the extra charges by claiming that her employee had spent the entire afternoon with my cat. However, it became evident that she had no clue about the actual duration of my cat's visit, as my cat was at the grooming salon for only two and a half hours which included wait time in the back before and after the grooming session. Kristi's lack of knowledge about my cat and her attempt to justify the charges without proper information further highlighted the disregard for customer care and professionalism.Having invested significant financial resources in PetSmart's services on an ongoing basis, I expected to be treated as a valued customer. The mistreatment, lack of transparency, and dismissive attitudes exhibited by groomer Ashley and manager Kristi were completely unacceptable and do not reflect the level of customer care I anticipated.I strongly urge PetSmart to reevaluate their commitment to customer satisfaction and implement measures to ensure that customers who consistently spend significant amounts of money are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Loyalty and financial support should be met with exemplary service, clear communication, and genuine care for the well-being of customers and their pets.Regrettably,
