My first time visiting this location today, and I won’t go anywhere else now. The manager, Cory, went out of his way when a particular item/size I needed for my senior dog was out of stock. My daughter and I spent close to an hour in the store because it was so clean and inviting, and we were having fun watching the ferrets. Cory even came over and took a ferret out so my daughter could see him up close.All other staff we interacted with were friendly and wonderful as well. A+++ customer service and we will definitely be back!

Love this store for our pups. Employees are always so welcoming and helpful. Always have what I'm looking for. Price for the dog wash is a bit insane, but we just don't use that anymore.

Today's visit, thank you Cody, Rieanna, and Brandi for assisting with beta tank selection. Best store to shop for all pet needs. Alissa was kind and considerate during an exchange today. Jennifer assisted with selection of reptiles & aquarium items; so greatfull for the kindness and expertise. Pleasure meeting Shawna at checkout. Combination of excellent customer service and beautiful store makes this location #1.

I bought dog food to be delivered to the house. They canceled the order and they can’t refund me the money and I can’t pick up another bag. DoorDash doesn’t do anything and neither does Petsmart I would never buy again and I will be canceling my membership with Banfield as well.If you do buy stay away from there door dash delivery, they do whatever they want.

I went there to try their self-serve bath for my dogs. It was awful, the shampoo they gave me was so watered down, and I could not regulate the water it was either too hot or cold. The blow dryer blew out cold air, so I couldn't even dry them. The employees were so unfriendly and couldn't care that I was having issues. All of this and I had to pay 10.00 per dog! Go 1/2 mile down the road to Tractor Supply. Much better service and the staff is great and the room is not cold where the baths are.

Great selection for all Pets’ needs. Happy to see they offer cat adoptions. Will definitely be our go to store for the pets. Very clean store too!

When i went an adopted a kitten from there i was told he had all his shots besides rabies and that if i didnt have a cat at home he could be with then id need to get another, so i bought him took him home and let him around my other cats. I am extremely disappointed to say that not only did they sell a sick kitten to me but now all my cats at hime are sick and on antibiotics now as well. I took them to the vet and found out the kitten has only had one shot!! So now im $300 in vet bills for ONLY the cat i was told was healthy. $200 for my other cat. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT ADOPT FROM THIS STORE.

If you're looking for a place with great customer service to help you find what you need for your little cuties at home, THIS Pet Supermarket is the place to go. On my recent trip there, Cody and Rieana were so patient with me as I searched different isles for the different animals in my life. Whenever I asked a question, they answered enthusiastically. Everyone there knew about all the pets in the store by name and personality and handled them with such care which I truly appreciated. If you're looking for a place where you will love it, your animals will love it, your family and friends with animals will love, this is it. I HIGHLY recommend coming here.

Nice store with friendly staff. We went during the grand opening time and they had some good deals going. They have a dog washing station with two bays, my understanding is it's self wash. They also had a lot of products for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles etc. Their pricing was good, hopefully it stays that way. We will be back to get more dog food and items.

You can tell this is perhaps a newer location still; staff was almost nowhere to be seen and seemed very unsure as what to do-didn’t even get a hello or thank you, shelves seemed pretty empty and much smaller selection of product than most other pet stores.
