Today was my first time at a Kelly’s ice cream and what an absolutely amazing experience. Lauren, the Owner, was helping me. She was delightful, welcoming and so helpful. I have a dairy allergy and she took time to check her freezer to see what she had and found Oreo/mint chocolate chip dairy free ice cream made with oatmilk and it was TO DIE FOR!! My husband loved the Mexican Chocolate with chocolate sprinkles and our dogs went crazy for their first pup cup. Lauren was friendly, helpful and patient with my questions. We will 100% be going back there for more!

The service was great, but for the price, the ice cream was pretty standard - no richness or boldness to separate from other brands with similar flavors. The atmosphere was nice, but hard to get a seat as many people were there hanging out on laptops for indeterminate periods of time due to the coffee shop. Make sure you get a drink at home because the cost for a standard bottle of water (in hot FL) is $3.50. We rode our bikes to the shop from the West Orange trail and were pretty thirsty, but will plan better next time. The total for two small (single scoop) sugar cones, no toppings and two bottles of water was $18.00.

I was super impressed by Kelly’s. The cake batter tasted EXACTLY like it’s namesake and I loved the peanut butter in their chocolate PB flavor. The gal at the counter on 12/2 around 3 pm was so sweet too! Such a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Reduced selection and most of the flavors I tried were super super sweet.It continues to be super hard to find a excellent quality ice cream. Now, the store is super nice and the service is very good as well.

Visiting Plant Street from out of state and decided we wanted a cold treat after dinner. Stopped into this darling ice cream shop with such high hopes, only to be treated so rudely!! We arrived around 9:35-9:40. They close at 10. The young lady working the counter made it quite clear to us that she was annoyed that we and the other customers were there. She commented sarcastically that she just loved people that came in so close to closing time. We reminded her that it was summertime and a Saturday night. She had the petty nerve to argue that it wasn’t still summer. What?!? Ok it’s Florida and it’s hot so there’s that! My daughter ordered a milkshake but was told the milkshake machine had already been washed so no on the shake. I ordered a ice cream in a waffle cone and didn’t get much ice cream. In fact, that was the driest ice cream cone I had ever gotten! It had so little ice cream in the cone!! I basically threw away $13!!! We left stunned!! Plant Street is a beautiful area with cute shops and delicious restaurants. So much fun to walk around. All of the other businesses were so friendly and really seemed grateful that we were there! Sorry this stop was so disappointing because as I said the shop was absolutely darling!!

This place was very much a surprise to me! A friend brought me here on a whim and I have been back about 5 times since. I love how each flavor of ice cream taste so much like the item it is inspired from. The pineapple upside-down cake ice cream tasted like it had real cake inside, though it wasn’t mushy and soggy. Which is what I expected from previous experiences with other companies. My personal favorite is the Mexican chocolate ice cream. I am not usually a fan of chocolate ice cream as I find I get tired of eating too much of it but this, this I can eat a pint of. Not to mention is tasted just like the Abuelita chocolate. Great place and hopefully the open more locations!

Super good ice cream. Right next to Foxtail, why not have some coffee or tea and ice cream at the same time? Mexican chocolate is sooo good, would highly recommend!

The ice cream and staff are excellent but do not buy gift cards from Kelly's as they do not honor them at all the locations even though they are the same owner.The staff think the limitation is driven by the locations using different POS systems (eg toast) . The customer should not suffer because of a poor operational decision. A very kind gift card gift has now become a sour experience. Please do better.

Amazing ice cream! But we never actually get to enjoy it because they close at 7 PM almost every day. Who is able to eat dinner, clean up, and get out to buy ice cream before 7 on a week day?!*edit* if they’re open to 9 PM and the google hours were just wrong then it is definitely a 5 star from me!! 😀

Sadly disappointed. As a local who lives three blocks away, I was hoping to love Kelly’s. However, despite the cute names of the flavors their ice cream is nothing special. And at $5 for a single scoop the size of an egg, I suspect that, if they stay in business, it will be from new WG visitors and not repeat customers. I know we won’t be going back. :-(

They have a good selection of flavors for sharing a space with foxtail coffee. We had strawberry and it was perfectly creamy. We enjoyed it out the their covered porch out front on plant st. A great location near the splash pad for kids to come get ice cream after playing. Definitely try it out.

Our first time. Small little shop with a dozen or so flavors. My wife had a couple of flavors in a waffle cone bowl and I had one of their lactose-free offerings (melon sorbet)... all was excellent.

Love Kelly’s Ice Cream! Every time it is so delicious! Last week they had Christmas in July and I had my favorite EVER! Gingersnap & Peppermint! I ate it too quick and forgot to snap a picture!!!

Not much options of flavors, some is good others not so much. I think it's expensive and there is better option for ice cream on Plant Street. It was a good try though.
