I was a lost puppy up until I walked into this place.My wife usually is the one that’s in charge of buying all things related to our two dogs. With a new hurricane brewing and headed towards Florida, she asked me to get dog food.I was overwhelmed upon walking into the store, but the two young ladies attending this venue were super friendly, with big smiles on their faces, and quick to help.I couldn’t remember the type of food that my dogs ate. They quickly jumped on the computer, pulled up my wife’s information, and shared our previous purchase history. I was in and out in a flash and happy with my experience.This place was stocked with everything you can imagine, as you will be able to see in the pictures.P.STo the owner of this establishment. The two ladies working the schedule today, September 24, at 3:30 PM were terrific. I don’t have their names, but I would imagine you can find out who they are based on this date and your schedule.

Love this place! Amazing range of healthy dog foods - I wasn’t sure which to pick for my “picky” eater pup. The salesgirl gave me a variety of samples of the Fromm brand - Dixie loved all except one! Stella & Chewy’s Meal Mixers made it possible to use up the Purina bag she didn’t care for. Tricky Trainers soft and chewy training treats with peanut butter are also a hit. The store’s Newfoundlander pup gave a free bath to Dixie, or rather Dixie needed a bath after the nuzzling session. I look forward to our next visit.

Kim and Co are absolutely amazing. I'm a new dog owner and really don't know anything about proper nutrition for puppies. I visited Gracies for the first time this week and they took the time to explain everything and make plenty of recommendations for my stubborn, picky, pooch. Also told us what food can make our certain breeds stomach sick. They truly care about my pets health and I know I'm getting exactly what my puppy needs. Thank you Gracies! I will be back once he runs out of food!

We love shopping at this adorable pet store. They are kind enough to order in our favorite brand of raw dog food (Steve’s) for our 2 cavaliers. They have all of our girls favorite treats and shampoos here too. They even have a great selection of Oxbow products for rabbits. The customer service is fantastic everyone is so sweet!

A pretty little shop packed with all quality goodies in it. 2 gentle and calm Newfoundland Fur Babies are permanent fixtures who give joy to every customer as they greet as soon as one comes in! Staff are so warm, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of their products.I went there as referred to buy Orijen dry dog food ( difficult to find in general pet stores!). I was also looking for a good brand dry food, salmon as main ingredient to try combining the two. It was Zeus first time to try salmon, so they gave me so many different small bags of salmon dry food to sample and see what brand Zeus like the best! That was so generous and sweet of them!! :)Prices are very competitive with online or even cheaper. I’m really happy to have this specialty pet store in the neighborhood. In fact today, I’m headed there again for supplies..Try it yourself and you will be fascinated by this little store with so much to offer!!

Been a customer of Gracies of over 10 years! They are always super helpful and have always helped me and my fur babies! When we went through allergies and even stomach ulcers in my dogs, the girls always made great recommendations and actually listened to the symptoms and tried to help. They even tried to help me find the most cost effective while trying to help my dogs through their health issues. I solved both dogs issues through food rather than a ton of medication. Definitely recommend Gracies for a great experience with the best quality foods out there. They even do special orders for me. Love them!

I am fairly new to the area, and I needed a dog store that sold high-quality dry and raw food. I found this place via Google, and I was hesitant to drive 25 minutes to get there. Love this store! Very cute and always clean. Prices are comparable to all other stores the carry Fromm dog food. They always have what I need in stock and they have two of the sweetest dogs that you get to see when going in so that's always a plus in my book!

Gracie's is by far, the best small business in Winter Garden.Kim and the team know my pets by name, they know what brands of food e buy, the size of the bags and my shopping schedule. I don't even track my shopping schedule!! Since my 3 dogs eat 2 different types of food and its not in the normal rotation, the special order and keep the stock in the back for us. I always get a call when it's ready for pick up. Thank you so much for always proving top notch service.

Great staff! Prices are good! I have kitties and they have just a few brands/ flavors but it works for my needs. If u have a dog, the selection is better. And I hear they deliver now so that's a bonus!

I love Ms. Kim and everyone else at Gracie's. They have always been so helpful in finding a good and cost effective food for my dogs. They are always willing to give out samples for my pooches to try before deciding on what to go with. And they do amazing work with local rescues! Plus you have to love the gigantic Newfoundlands that greet you at the door <3 Fuji, Nikon and Kodak.

I love this little boutique store. Often I walk in the rickety old front door and am greeted by two large Newfoundland dogs. After a few visits the variety of people working behind the register knew my name by heart and automatically assigned my reward points to my account; my pups have a big and expensive diet, so 5 bucks off my purchase here and there is a nice little bonus.

Owner Kim and her staff are knowledgable about healthy large breed puppy food or small breed senior dog foods and everything in between! I was looking for K9 Craving raw meat for my puppy and found Gracie’s online and called and spoke to young lady and she was so kind and helpful over the phone and put aside 2 boxes of the K9 Craving, when I got there I was greeted from both young women and the 2 massive dogs , I was very happy with the customer service they provided and loved the store , definitely will be buying all my puppy needs here 👍
