My pup, amora, was in pain. Her nails, overgrown and were digging right into her poor paws.From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was as warm and welcoming. But the real magic was in the staff. I swear, these folks have fairy dust sprinkled in their veins!Not only were they skilled professionals, but they had the gentlest touch and the biggest hearts I've ever seen.Seeing the way they handled Amora, with such love and patience, almost brought tears to my eyes.They didn't just win over my dog, they captured my heart and loyalty.Five stars? No, a million paw prints!! Thank you all.P.S. Amora says "Woof you, thank you!"

I don’t care what a terrible hair style you guys do. But if you hurt my dog, no matter out of what kind of reason, you should let me know!The few days after the haircut at Woof Gang, my puppy kept scraping his ears, and we thought it might just be itchy. But today, when we groom him, we found a scar on that same spot!This is extremely irresponsible and disgusting to see after the haircut. I’ll never come to Woof Gang again.

Love Maddie, she’s the most pleasant person to talk to that works there, for a groomer i suggest Paola, Bow or Sergio. The manager recommends raw or grain free food to almost every customer of hers, which is not good for puppies diets for countless reasons - do your research. They charge you to use your credit card here and up charge an extra $8 or more for such small simple items that it’s kind of ridiculous. Cute bakery items though. Also grooming is incredibly pricy lately. Just be ready to go broke here, and don’t take pet diet advice from people unless they’re a licensed veterinarian.

I switched from the Hamlin location to here. Too many issues there and I needed to change.The staff did a great job checking me in and calling when my dogs were ready for pickup. Paula meet me before she took both dogs. I explained what I needed done. When I came back she meet me again and they looked awesome! They actually do a card on your dogs so they have for next time. So happy I switched and highly recommend this location.

Really? I got charge extra due to his knots, but they cut all his hair.... in 12 years I never got my dog like this and with more knots than today.... stay away of this place ... i pay $65 per dog .

They treat your pets like family members. The groomers take great care of your dogs. Superior haircuts. Highly recommend bringing your pet to Woof Gang. One of the few places we can find dog food with no chicken additives as one of our dogs is allergic to poultry.

Each time our pup goes in looking like a ragamuffin and comes out looking like a beauty! The staff is friendly and share details about your pet’s visit. The store has lots of treats and fun retail items. Doggy doorbells on pink? Yes, thank-you :) We definitely recommend them!

The grooming services are good and they seem to treat the dogs very well, but for my second grooming service in a row, I specifically asked for no extras that we did previously, just a standard groom. For the second time, they did not listen to me and did the extras and charged me an extra $20. With tip, $100 to have a 4 pound dog groomed. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great assortment of treats and pet adornment. I went for the cat groomer. Who is spectacular. Our rag doll feline Margaret, 16 pounds of, "Oh hell no you can not brush me!" Appeared after two hours with the miracle groomer as a lamb in a lion costume. I haven't been able to look at her without smiling. So adorable. And the groomer said she was as good as gold. Just like a kid, they're mean to you but not the rest of the world. And yes, she weighs 16 pounds. Her head was left full fur, body and legs down to the paws shaved, her tail shaved with a great tuft of fur at the bottom. I highly recommend both the store and the groomer.

My experience at this location was wonderful thanks to Olga and the pleasant receptionist. My Maltese puppy Leyla got a mini groom and I'm more than happy with the result. She smells amazing, her nails were properly trimmed and she looks like a new dog! The only reason why I didn't give Woof Gang 5 stars is because the services here are over priced. This has nothing to do with the services provided! I pay less to get my hair done at the salon...that's all.

I went in to get my dog a birthday cake because he turned 6 today! NATALIE greeted me with an amazing smile. She was warm and welcoming she also told me about their grooming and dental prices. I will definitely be back! Thank you Natalie 💛

We bring our dogs to Olga. We've tried other groomers including the ones that come to your home, but we feel Olga is the best. She does an amazing job. I believe the pricing is in line with the industry standard. Excellent work for a fair price. Olga is exceptional.

I’ve been grooming my 2 y/o Shih Tzu here since he was 4 months and he LOVES going!!! He gets so happy as soon as we get out of the car he drags me all the way inside!! Staff is super friendly and helpful. We always see Trisha for grooming and she is fantastic! Highly recommend!

Olga was the best groomer , she no longer works there :(The new groomer Cathy was quick to SHAVE and we still paid $70.00 Very disappointing to see the results after our dog had to spend three hours for her worst look ever.In a positive note the employees in the front are always very nice.

I took my Golden Retriever, Reagan, here yesterday. The pricing was average. They even honored the over-the-phone pricing I received before bringing her in! The staff is very friendly and answered all my questions, even after I left the spa. I will definitely be taking Reagan back in the future.If you're a new customer, you get to pick a treat bag for your dog. Excellent place!

Honestly an amazing grooming service. I wish I could remember her name, but my sheltie LOVES her (she's amazing, she had a sheltie i believe). Every time I take my dog there to get a bath and her hair cut, she comes out happy and not wanting to leave. It's a little pricey, not gonna lie, but definitely worth it in my opinion.

My wife read all the wonderful reviews so we scheduled an appointment for our Goldendoodle to have a full day of grooming- bath, full body haircut, and cleaning of the ears, nails, and sanitary areas. I’m surprised to say that our experience runs contrary to most of the reviews- we are so disappointed with his haircut. Now maybe it was the groomer, which we used (can’t remember her name) as this was our first experience here, but my wife and I will never use that groomer again (if we can determine her name?) or will not be back to this venue. My dog looks like he was sabotaged, violated, and ‘raped’ of all his hair. You would not recognize my dog if you knew him. He was shaved, almost completely bald, everywhere on his body. Now I’m very proactive with my pup and take wonderful care of him with exercise, brushing, and vet appointments. He is very friendly, well-behaved, and trained well. Upon picking up my dog, he came to me nervous- shaking and panting and even had a bout of diarrhea inside that back room where the grooming is done. This never happens with my boy! It almost seemed like he was abused behind closed doors. When I spoke with the groomer, she had a bad attitude and even gave me all his cut hair in a bag. What does she expect me to do with it, put it back on him? The receptionist and tech seemed so embarrassed by this and took the bag of hair away. Now maybe this is a wonderful place, but my groomer had a bad day. Having said all this, I would love to learn her name (tall, young Hispanic-looking woman with very long brown straight hair and mild accent - an attractive lady) so that I may determine whether to use just a different groomer or switch locations. My dog had two previous groomings at PetSmart with only positive experiences. He was at this Summerport Woofgang for 4 hours with no water, as he drank a whole bowl of water once home and did not have any diarrhea the rest of the day. If anybody can help me out with the name and/or recommendations, we would greatly appreciate it. Overall, I’m disgusted with my Goldendoodle’s experience.

Called to reschedule appointment and gentlemen put me on hold and transferred me to a Spanish speaking person which began to explain why my Dog couldn’t get groomed!?,.:( I was shocked and explained to her why she was speaking to me in Spanish??? Obviously 🙄 the Male I spoke to previously didn’t want to speak to me So I kindly interrupted her and said I will take service somewhere else. I can only imagine how He or She will treat my little boy.

I rescued my Shih Tzu from Orange County AnimalShelter and he was abused so badly he has been fear aggressive since I have gotten him. I have been struggling to find a way to get him groomed knowing how scared he is of people. I brought Randall in to see Carla and she did such an amazing job with him. She took her time to get to know him so he wouldn't be scared and truly made him look amazing. I am always hesistant to trust anyone with my dog but she is the best! I will always go back just because of her!
